I wouldn't know if I was high up or not (I'm very afraid of heights) so I'd just be freaking out.

Kinda no 'high' or 'low' in space since you're floating in no air-ness...

But I hate seeing the darkness out there and be enveloped in it. It's like when you star gaze in a place without the light pollution, you see the stars and all but it's just a huge stretch of darkness out there. The quote 'when you gaze into the darkness, the darkness is also gazing into you' fits quite well for the feeling I get when I look up at the night sky.

which is why I'd probably freak out. I'm not on stable ground. And the fact that you're somewhere unknown and limitless is just weird

Like, the fact that something could be staring down at you or something big and unknown and dark is up there is scary?

No, I just don't like the creepy darkness like I'm about to fall upwards into it and it's ready to swallow me up.

lmfao I remember thinking how bizarre it was that if you view your location to be 'upright', technically the people on the other side of the world are all walking around upside down back when I was a kid.
