I really hate waking up to my stomach hurting me and growling. It does that to me almost every single night, even if I eat a big meal for dinner. And if I decide not to get up and eat, it would just keep growling and hurting and shrinks a little, which I really hate. And then I go eat only to feel wide awake right after. :rofl:

Yeah my stomach used to that a lot when I was younger. Mostly because I just didn't eat until it got to that point.
Sometimes I go to sleep just to avoid eating, but not much anymore. Usually I can find a tiny snack to hold me over. :yes:

I've noticed though, that when I eat a big meal right before going to sleep, I wake up suuuper hungry.

But now I just don't buy junk. I wait until I work.
Unless I don't work.
And then I just buy something to hold me over.
Once I get more comfortable, I'll make little things, like pasta.

You lose weight faster if you're not eating like a piglet all the time.
