Maryland had really expensive places to live...the apartment, that only had two bed rooms, were 1000 dollars!

So, um, I hope no one minds if I awkwardly slide into the conversation here.
I've been creeping through numerous topics, trying to find somewhere to post.
After three years of hardly getting online, this is a new experience all over again.

Anyway, words of wisdom from someone not that old. Do wait to date, because though it may seem like the world depends on it right now, it really doesn't. Focus on your studies and get through school before you worry about that sort of thing. It's just more stress to deal with, really. And this isn't the nineteenth century; you don't need to be married at thirteen to be happy or successful in life.

When everyone else was dating I was competing in a National fencing event. XD

And while everyone is dating, I'm at home watching TV and doing nothing but wishing she was somewhere else with people to hang out with. xD

Well, to be fair momo, my apartment is $550 a month. 3 people live here.
It's a one bedroom in a slightly shady side of town.

$1000 isn't too bad for a two bedroom.

My boyfriend and I and his friends had a three bedroom townhouse for $720 a month. Plus $300 of it got paid for by one of their grandpa's for him having good grades in college. So we didn't pay much rent each. But there was other bills of course. We didn't have cable though, just internet. xD
We played DVDS and video games on the tvs we had. ^^

god I would live to live in a house...with a huge backyard...and have nice nabers instead of ass holes.

Who needs cable these days? You can watch just about everything online.

Right now, I'm watching Law & Order: LA on hulu.

I'm now currently living with my mother in a mobile home park. :P
A nice one and not junky in the middle of everything.

I watch most of my "TV" online at this point--we don't have cable.

I can have the tv all day then mother comes home and has to have her tv.
