Thanks, me too. It happens sometimes if I take a nap and end up sleeping for a long time. I start to feel really anxious and guilty about sleeping.

But sleep is soooo goood.

momo can't take naps, she would have a really hard sleeping when she would have to go to bed. :/

We don't get much sleep lately. Naps are about all we get.

oh don't even get us started on not being able to sleep. The last three weeks or so have been insomniac hell. I haven't started getting more than two hours of sleep for every 20-36 hours of being awake until the last couple of days, and in the last two days I've slept like 22 hours total.

we take melatonin sometimes, but it doesn't always help.

It helps me most of the time. Sometimes when I take it I end up sleeping for a little while then get up at 3 or 4 and can't go back to sleep for a little while.

We just suck at sleeping.
I'm always tired/feel sick. XP So it's no surprise I do.
He's kindof an insomniac though.

I can't imagine not being only sleeping for a few hours and then end up being up the rest of the night...I would probably feel like crap.
