My interests mainly involve video games, though I also love cooking, crafty things, and music. I'm also into history and just a general knowing-of-things.

Well, there are a lot of video game users on here, so I think you will find that aspect to your liking.
As for cooking and crafting, I expect you will like the events. There are many contests based around those things.
