«It's not just skin deep» he is a very patient guy, is easy-going, in fact you could say that he is just one of those guys that everyone seems to get along with but if something happens that he does not agree with, well he will let you know it, he can be a scary guy when he is sticking up for something believes in, really is a hard worker but you wouldn‘t know it since he seems to come off as lazy.
«Writing my story» Lavi is one out of six kids, his parents didn‘t really expect a lot from him but then again they were never really around, he was just lucky that he was the only other boy. He got new things when he started school and has been with each new year, only cause his sisters buy them for him. The only sad thing is his brother was in Slytherin and he had put a really bad curse on him, that is the reason for the ring/line of stars on his forehead that he hides from everyone. People tried getting it off and tried to figure out what the curse was but they all failed, the reason he got it was because he saved a girl from something terrible that his brother was trying to do to her.

«It's not just skin deep» A bit of a slacker in all retrospects. Hates to overwork himself and frankly doesn't care enough about much besides getting by in his classes. Friendly enough to everyone and respectful unless you rub him the wrong way. Then he'd ignore you. In fact, he does seem to lack empathy for some things. Few people have gotten too close to him for him to truly call them friends. Those he did get, he'd do anything for them, also acts different with them. He can be considered as heartless and a bit coldblooded by others. Perfect for his house. Even if his true personality is nothing like that. Few know of that part though.
«Writing my story» He's a half blood. Mum was a muggle, dad was a wizard. Thus he had the chance to go to muggle school and have an education in that sort of stuff. Honestly, his parents wonder what went wrong with him. He has everything he ever needed. Never spoiled, enough friends and love. Also clueless about his origins, as his mother wanted him to have a normal life. Without too much magic. They just had to wonder why he wasn't as connected with everyone as they hoped him to be.

There was also the matter of his schools. He'd been to countless in his time before the letter came on his eleventh birthday. He's brilliant, since he aces tests but he doesn't care about the teachers getting mad at him for not listening. He never did care about the whole school conduct and regulations. He just did what he wanted, when he wanted. Something was always missing, and he did feel out of place until he discovered that he was a wizard. It was then he decided to try and be better at classes. To at least make them proud.

Of course if anyone points this out, he'd be quick to deny it and say he doesn't care. He has been able to make at least a couple of really close friends. He keeps his being turned into a vampire a well kept secret, as it can endanger a few people if it was out. He keeps himself in check for the most part.

«Like what you see?» Mathew is about 5'6". He has deep raven color hair with white highlights in it. His hair is punk style and looked a little messy but a style mess not that I didn't brush it look. He has brownish hazel eyes and pale skin. Mathew has his left ear pierced twice and has a pinkie ring on his right hand. He wears a neck less with a charm gem on it around his neck that his mother gave him. If he can he wear sweaters that are styled over just bulky looking ones. «Writing my story» Mathew Ned Mc'Coil grow up in Scotland in a small town until he got his owl to come to Hogwarts school for witchcraft and wizardry. He has no brother or sisters and grow up study and reading books for fun. In the village he grow up in there was no other kids to play with so he had to play by him self a lot. He would make up games and physical actives while he was learning. He would not just do some thing to do it unless he could get some thing out of it. He grow up in a wizarding family and is a pure blood and learn he could do magic at an early age. He study it for a long time be for he came to Hogwarts and made sure not to do magic out side of it so he dose not get jailed. But when he inside Hogwarts he tries out as many spells as they will let him. Mathew is now a 5th year and he look forward to going to school to learn.

OPEN FOR POSTTING!!!!

Mathew was just finishing up his dinner while most were done and leaving to go to there dorm rooms. But he did not want to rush out in to the crowd of people. He as a thinker and would rather watch them all fight and push out the door then actually join then in it. He ate an apple as he watch study each of the new students and some of the old ones as well.

This was just like any other year well how it started off any way. Mathew looked at the banner and sighed why was it always Griffindor when Ravanclaw was always in the lead with a perfect record. Yet in the last few minutes come how they would pull ahead this year was going to be different they were going to have there colors up in the hall next year. That was Mathew plan to make sure no matter what Ravenclaw came out on top over all other house here.

Durring some point of the speech and dinner, Lavi had restted his head down, his cat ears on his hat laying back as he slept there at the table. He hadn't gotten much sleep the past couple of nights and on the train so when he restted his head down on the table, closing his eyes, he was quickly a sleep.

(ugh sorry guys but that is all i could get from him)

Kawayou smiled to a few old friends once they all piled into the giant dining hall. As soon as it was time to eat, Kawayou took out a thin book of his, reading quietly. He would occasionally put the read down to nibble on some vegetables. He didn't like to eat meat often. He wasn't a vegetarian, but he wasn't much of a meat eater either.

Slowly children began to trickle off to their rooms. The first years usually stayed until all of the others were in their dorms, seeing as getting in through a group of first years is very hard, since there are usually so many.

A peppy girl with bright purple curls came to sit beside Kawayou, chatting with him. He would smile and nod, and reply here and there, but generally she did all the talking. Finally he decided it was high time to head off to the bedroom, and unload his things to decorate his little dorm. Tomorrow was going to be a big day, and he would prefer to get some shut eye rather soon.

The red head yawned, looking bored as the feast carried on. He had already eaten his fill and was just waiting to be dismissed. Of course, he did chat a bit with his fellow Slytherins but it was just idle chat. Nothing that held his attention for long. Most of his friends had been in their last year before, so now he was stuck without as many of his friends to hang around with. He scowled a little, glancing around. There seemed to be a few more first years straggling around the hall. Maybe waiting to avoid the rush of students that were leaving. he grabbed a cup of pudding before standing up. Of course, he shoved his way through some of the people as he left the great hall.

Mathew nodded as he saw his roommate Kawayou heading up to their room. He was a quite one for sure but you could still learn about about him by just watching his movements. Those Mathew could not help by smiled when he saw the sleeping Hufflepuff on the table. It seem most were gone now expect for a hand full and those left really were not paying much attention to his actions.

Mathew finshed off his apple and stood up and moved over to the Hufflepuff table and sat right next to the sleeping boy. Then lean over to whisper in to the boy ear. his hand lightly tocuhing the boy forehead brushing some hair from the boy eyes away. "Your going be late for your next class." He lied seeing if the boy would wake up with thinking he was late for a class.

Kawayou looked over, seeing the one boy that he usually shared a room with. They hadn't really become friends, but they weren't enemies either. His lavender eyes looked about the room, and he saw the people in Slytherin moving like they owned the place, per-usual. Kawayou wasn't usually hostile mannered, but he detested those awful Slytherins. His father had been one, so it only seemed natural to hate them, as well.

Slytherins were the only group that he was prejudiced towards. Looking back, he saw Matthew go to a Hufflepuff student and whisper something to him. With a shrug he walked away, going towards his room, finding his name. Ah, again it seemed he shared a room with the younger male.

Once inside, he came over to a rather large cage, smiling at the oddly colored bunny inside. He was a rich scarlet, as if his fur had been dyed in blood. Kawayou let out a small smil, cuddling the long eared rabbit to his chest. "Oh Bunbun, being without you during the day is just treacherous!" The bunny wiggled his nose, looking up at Kawayou with beady dark eyes. In the light they looked purple, but other wise black.

Moving to put the creature down, Kawayou took out his clothes, putting them in drawers the old fashioned way. Then he took out the last thing. A portrait. It was the only thing of his mother's that he had, and he gave it a gentle kiss before laying it on the table.

Finally he was done, and he flopped on the bed, reading.

Lavi grumbled before his head slowly liftted up, most of his forehead was covered by his beany hat with the magically moving cat ears which he was allowed to wear to hide his curse marks that his brother had given him. He blinked sleepily at the person before yawning, streatching and rubbing his eyes.

"I am always late." he said to the boy, which sadly was a brutally honest answer from him, it was kind of funny about honest it was. He always seemed as if he was going to fail cause he was always late, seemed to sleep in class all the time but yet some how he passes.

"Aww is that so, well your missing out on a lot then." Mathew smirked the kid was kind of cute when he just woke up. "Well won't you rather sleep in your own bed instead of his hard table." He laughed a little as his hand Findley moved from the kids for head. Maybe it was the wonder of what was the beany hiding that made him was to move the hair a little.

Those he saw some thing but the beany was more or less in the way to really see fully what the mark was. He would have to get closer to the kid some how to learn about it. This really had his interest up because not maybe had the ok to wear this silly things in classes or at opening ceremonies like this. Mathew just looked at the boy wondering what else the little Hufflepuff could be hiding.

Lavi shook his head slightly, his red hair falling back where it was before Mathew pushed it out ofhis eyes, which were the most shocking green color that anyone has seen, or that is what he was told anyways. "Hmmm...you have a point....so i guess i will be heading to bed now." he said with another yawn he stood up, looking like a lazy cat as he looked back down at the man, giving him a three fingered wave before he slowly started to make his way out of the great hall, but the funny thing was that he had fallen asleep while standing up so he crashed into a few things as his feet carried him some where.

Mathew nodded back then stood up to head back to his own room. He did not see Lavi crashing around because they were walking two different ways. He wonder if the kid was going be alright those he did take note of the kid's green eyes. They were very attracted to look at. Those he did start to link what ever the kid was hiding under the beany and him being always late do to sleeping as being part of the same thing. Soon Mathew headed in to his room and saw Kawayou and his bunny. "Another year together I see." Mathew just flop on his own bed not unpacking a thing.

Shadow had arrived at the common room and went straight to bed after nodding at some of the other Slytherins. Some of the girls had tried to engage him in some form of conversation but he had just brushed them off. He was sleepy and they were annoying at the moment.

The next day his alarm, kindly given to him by his mother, went off and he almost growled. His dear mother had thought it funny to get a charmed parrot.. thing, to wake him up. The stupid thing kept squawking at him at a shrill, almost impossible to ignore tone. He threw the device at the wall and was satisfied that it had stopped. Albeit it did give another feeble attempt to squawk. He closed his eyes again to try and sleep but found that he couldn't. He huffed a little, rolling his eyes before pulling himself from bed. Might as well get an early start on breakfast and figure out my schedule. He'd still needed to pick it up. Changing into his school robes and grabbing his wand, he headed down the stairs and out of the dungeon toward the Great Hall.

Lavi had madeit to bed after about an hour of sleep walking towards his common room, he really had nocluewhat was going onas hejust walked intohis room and plopped down on his bed, out cold until the morning when his roomate was shaking him a wake to try and help him be up in time to not be late for classes. He yawned as he streatched, slowly moving about as he waved his roommate away, who in turn left to go eat breakfast.
He pulled his wand out, mumbling a slight spell and his trunk started to un pack it's self, he looked around for a minute before he grabbed his normal bathroom things and a change of clothes along with his wand, heading towards the bathroom. It didn't take long for him to shower and brush his teeth, looking completely normal in his school uniform and robes, with the acception of his hat with cat ears. He stored his things away before he slowly made his way to the great hall for breakfast.

Mathew had finally gotten to sleep a while later after changing in to his own night clothes. He slept fairly well for some one who alway was thinking of things. He did not need an alarm cloak he was just one of those people who had it easy that way. He got right up cast a spell to make his bed and grab his bath items. In to the shower he went, when he was all done he was in his robes looking very sharp.

He went back to his room to see if Kawayou or any of his other roommates where up. Those seeing as it look like they were sleeping or had left already when he was in the bathroom he just shrugged and headed to the great hall for breakfast. He was so very hungry. It was his favorite meal of the day and he sat at the Raven Claw table and looked about around the room as he ate.

Kawayou looked over when his roommate entered, and he smiled, sitting up. He reached over and took Bunbun, holding him in his lap and stroking his head and his drooping ears. He lifted them, making a face at the bunny as if it were a child. He then looked over and saw that Matthew must be ready for bed, so he reached over and put the bunny back, then turned off his lamp.

Kawayou woke up early the next morning, heading off to the bathroom to share. He took showers every day, maybe even twice a day. He was very cleanly, and hated filth. He quickly dried and styled his hair, then put on his uniform, heading to breakfast early, books and wand in hand. He arrived before too many others came. Soon though, two red heads had entered, one of them being a Slytherin and one being the sleepy Hufflepuff boy. Then he saw Matthew, but he didn't wave. Instead, he finished his food, waving good bye to the girl next to him, his only friend really, and headed off to class early.

Shadow made his way through the doors and to his table before picking some breakfast. The place was still somewhat empty considering it was still a little early. In other words it was peaceful. Something he didn't mind in the early morning. He looked around the table to see that none of his friends were up yet. That almost made him scowl. He could have had another hour of sleep but no. Stupid alarm went off. There were the other people that he'd noticed yesterday night, including the one who was tired enough to sleep on the table. They weren't any of his concern though so he just finished eating in peace before he went to go and grab his schedule. He had Transfiguration first followed by Arithmancy, Double Potions, Charms, Astronomy and Defense Against the Dark Arts. As a few extra classes, he had decided to take Music and Apparition. He didn't bother with any other classes this time. He'd failed History of Magic since it was just so dull. Herbology was a class that he didn't really need.

Mathew nodded to his roommate but did not say more then that. He just ate his food in peace as he eyed up Levi from a far studying his move he was to see if he was still sleepy from last night. He was taking mental notes because he was going to learn the boy secret and then decide what to do with it. Those if it is what he was thinking it was he could make the boy indebted to him if he fixed it. Which only made him smile thinking about it.

Kawayou looked down at his schedule. First he had Potions, then he had his Elective. He smiled as he looked over his list. This year was going to be a good year. Care of Magical creatures was his second class of the day, and he mapped out the school in his head. It seemed he was going to do a lot of walking, and he may have to apply for a Time-Turner. Then after that he had Charms, Herbology, Transfiguration, and Music. He grimaced as he looked over that one. The only reason he applied for the class was because of his friend Yukarie, who really wanted him in it with her.

Pushing his hair back, he dodged around people heading into the Hall, and ducked into his class room, smiling at Snape, who scowled back in turn. Although he had been replaced by Slughorn, his position was given back to him that year.

Lavi wasn't paying any attention to the people around him, he looked as if he slept in his clothes even though it was clear that he had changed in to them that day, his eyes were partially closed as he sat down at the Hufflepuff table, slowly begin to eat some breakfast as he looked at his schedule. Defence Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Transfiguration, Double Potions, Herbology, History of Magic, Art, Care of Magical Creatures, and Apparition, though it wasn't necessarily in that order, that was just on the sheet, he just decided to take all his basic classes a couple of new ones, and Art just for fun, though he would be sleeping through a few of them.

The only thing different about his schedule was that his first period was free so that he could go to the hospital wing for his normal check up that he had to have everyday, which really sucked for him since it was the reason he was late all the time to his classes and the reason his school day lasted a lot longer then everyone else's. He grabbed a few strips of bacon, eating them before he fixed his hat once more, the cat ears seemed on alert for the day, flicking towards anyone who spoke, which was the only thing giving away how he really was at the moment. He then picked his bag up and slung it over his shoulder and just as slow as he had come into the great hall he made his way out and towards the hospital wing.

Kawayou payed attention in class that day, but the kid next to him wasn't. He kept messing around with the potions, goofing off to his friends. Kawayou tried to do his own properly, carefully adding in one last ingredient.

Suddenly, the boy next to him crashed into him, and he ended up mixing wrong and the entire thing exploded, knocking Kawayou back into the desk behind him and break that beaker. The glass embedded into his back and he winced.

Soo he was escorted to the infirmary. There he saw the sleepy cat like boy, but he didn't pay too much attention. He really was in more pain, than anything.

Mathew finished up breakfast then headed off to classes. He may have been a Th year but he had some 6 years classes he was what some would call to smart for there own good. He wasn't like Hermione smart were he would answer every question to be the teacher pet. No he may know the answers but he doesn't alway show it off to keep him self from getting under people skins. One of Mathew favorite teachers was Snape and his potion classes. It was great to listen to a master talk about them. Those he did not have potions until later with the Th years but he was looking forward to it. He was in Magically History right now but what they were going over he already knew but he still took notes in class.
