Physical closeness is almost everything to me. I want to hug, kiss, snuggle, have sex with the person I'm with. Online, for me, can only sustain friendships because that's all I can feel for a person without being around them physically.

This is what I was trying to say earlier but it kinda came out wrong. LOL X}

Depends on what you want from the relationship.
Like I'd never consider myself to be "going with" anyone I only see online. That to me is just too lonely, and who can you tell if someone is cheating on you or not? I eventually like to be close physically anyway, so as someone said back up there, unless it was going to move on and become a long distance relationship or something, I'd just get too lonely and bored with only computer contact.

Yess. Phusical relationship is VERY important. Only computer contact is kind of pointless because the person could easily be cheating on you physucally or like cybering and stuff. Physical is VERY important also so you meet the person and find out what they are like in real life and not just behind a computer screen. :]

Totally. I also have a hard time being away and simply not knowing when I'd see him. He only lived 45 minutes away but he'd never answer the phone (leave on silent, in the car, etc) and it was basically difficult. Things got better when he moved back home and things got much better once I moved in with him. I can barely deal with the living separately.... an online or ldr would simply be hell for me.

Seperation like that really kills the relationship I think. I mean if you are online it makes it very tricky because you are not with the person so you do not know if they are cheating and such. Online is very tricky and hard, but it can work out. :] And physical seperation is very hard because you want to be with the person soooooooooooooooooooo badly! :}
