Izzy smiled as she played but when the drink and food came she looked over at twix and smiled. She then started to eat and knew that she would have to go thank the cook for making her this food. He was very kind to her for doing this for her and she would have to repay the cook and twix. She then switched the tunes and smiled as more people started to dance and couldnt' wait for this night to end.

Quinn smiled when she heard him, "I would like anything to eat at the moment." she said as she looked at him and kissed his cheek gently. "and lets head home for now. I am tired and just want to relax for now." she said as she looked at him and leaned against him some.

Devon smiled as he kissed her and gently picked her up as he stood and carried her. He walked holding her tight not wanting her to fall or lose her. He walked down town to the old ruin down library that he had called home for a while now. He smiled as he gently used his leg to open the old iron gate and walked in gently putting her down as he pulled out his keys after searching for them and open the over sized oak door and laughed as they where greeted by two over sized dogs. He hit the ground as they both jumped on him licking him making him laugh.


Twix slipped a few of the customers their orders and took his payment using some of the old magic tricks he had learned over the years. He slipped different magical objects making a great profit for his home and his own personal stash. He looked up after he had finished making his last drink cleaning the bar watching Izzy. He thought about the money he had made on the old tricks he had learned and felt bad. It was child's play for him to make money and make or get the magical items most customers came for the club for and his drinks the same. Monica and Quine where right he should use his talents for good. He looked up at Izzy as he looked back to where he had put the money and closed his eyes as he walked to the sliding door that the food came out of the kitchen. He made a list and slipped a envelope with it and the money couple of thousand he had made to the staff he knew they would do as he asked and nothing else with the money.

Quinn laughed when he picked her up and slipped her arms around his neck. She loved how close she was to him and just wanted to stay like that for a little while. As they came to the house she smiled at it, she loved this place. She watched as it got closer and then kissed devons cheek when he set her down. When she saw the dogs she laughed and patted their heads when they came over, "well hello, how have you two bee doing?" she asked as she smiled at the dogs and petted them more.

Izzy was enjoying herself up there and didn't seem to care about what was going on around her anymore. She was lost in the beat of the music and she then smiled as a small little thought occured to her. If
twix has never been outside alot then she would takehim here. He deserved to see the world
as much as she did so why not show him around a little bit.

Devon smiled as he watched the two dogs greet Quin. He got up from the ground and slowly walked inside holding the door for her. He laughed as he watched the dogs and shook his head. "I take it they are well and have missed us. I hope the plants fared as good. Humm I wonder if we even have any milk or tea for you to drink." He said as he tried to remember if they did or didn't. "I can't remember anything sadly enough." He said as it hit him how sick he had been. He looked to his hands feeling fine as ever.




Twix smiled as he locked the door to the club after the last customer had finished and left. He along with the others hurried to clean the club as his request was being fulfilled. He hummed a little to the beat that was playing as he finished clean the tables then went back to the bar. He turned and looked up at Izzy. "Hey your off the clock no lady. Why not calm down and come back to earth. Your making the rest of us look bad." He said playing.

Quinn smiled at him, "I think the plants should be okay." she said as she continued to pet the puppies. Slowly she pulled herself away from them and then smiled at him as she headed inside. Inside was still the same as always and she was glad to see him in here again. "and I think you should have some stuff in here." she said and frowned when she heard him. She reached up and gently stroked his cheek, "well you where very sick, I am just glad I have you back." she said softly andthen smiled at him and pulled him inside more. The dogs followed them and it felt great to be back.

Izzy had continued to play but when she heard twix she laughed and turned off the music. "oh is the night over already." she said and then smirked, "and maybe I should continue to play and make you look worse." she said as she smiled at him as she walked over. "so is there anything you need help with?" she asked since if she was going to stay here she shoudl help clean up or do something.

"Nah we already have everything already cleaned up. Though if you come this way with me my dear lady." He said as he gave the kitchen help a nod seeing that they had got everything he had asked for and had it ready already. "Come now." he said as he came around the bar and gently took her hand. He held it gently know he was warmer than most humans as he lead her back up the stairs. He walked to her now room and gently open it as he smiled seeing that the staff had redone it and got the items and even new clothes. He smiled seeing her things in there as well. He wasn't sure if they where going to be able to get her things or not.


Devon kissed Quinn pulling her to him as he wrapped his arms around her. He closed his eyes as he enjoyed the moment. He open his eyes as he smiled and lead her to the couch and took a set as he smiled as the puppies came right behind them and quickly jumped up beside him as they whimpered for Quinn to join them on the couch. " Well you take a set with me Angel? Do you have time to fool with such a weak man as I? Would your lord permit it?" He asked as he stared up at him gently kissed her hand as he laughed watching the puppies quickly jump up and lick her hands.


Monica kissed him gently as he slept. She couldn't sleep as she laid there. Most of the pain was gone in her wounds but she worried about Ash. She didn't want him to die or be unhappy. She laid her head down as she kissed him again. A soft smile formed on her face as she ran her fingers threw his hair. He was wroth any pain just as the human was to Quinn. She hopped that Ash wouldn't do something stupid and get himself in worse trouble at lest she could have him now.

Izzy smiled when he took her hand and followed him up the stairs. She trusted him completely and found that she liked how warm his hand was. It made her feel safe, safer then she had felt in years of being on her own. Yet as she took comfort in it she found she felt like he was hiding something from her. But everyone kept secrets so she didn't bother to really ask. When she saw her room her jaw nearly dropped and then she looked at him, "did you do this?" she asked as she pointed at her room and wondered when any of this could of happened.

Quinn smiled when he kissed her and wrapped her arms around his neck. This was everything she could of dreamed for and now it was happening, she finally had him in her life. She chuckled when she saw him on the couch with the dogs. Everything felt like it was right in the world now. "of course I will take a seat and I will always have time for the man that I love." she said as she sat down next to him and kissed him gently. She would always have time for him since it was her duty to be with him. She was his guardian angel and nothign would change that.

Ash smiled in his sleep as he felt her kiss him and pulled her closer to him. He muttered her name softly when he felt her hands in his hair. The way he said her name told you he loved her more then anything else. He would pay any price to be with her for that was all he wanted now. She was the one person he lived for and he would do anything to be in her life forever. Slowly he opened his eyes after a little whiel and smiled when he saw her next to him. He gently kissed her and smiled, "hey." he whispered softly.

Twix grinned as he heard her and watched her quite pleased. "I am glad you like. This is our way of saying welcome." He said as he peered in the room. "I might have got a little over board but I hope you like it. Also there is a walk in closet right there for you." He said hoping she hadn't notice that it hadn't been there before. He and the others loved using magic and he still couldn't tell her the truth none of them can it was going to be hard to hide their real selves but they couldn't just let her leave she brought to much happiness.

Monica smiled as she kissed him and snuggled up to him. "hey there handsome. Go back to sleep you need your sleep." She said as she gently ran her finger along his jaw line. "I love you my dear one." She said as she nuzzled him. She gently wrapped her wings around him as she laid there.

Devon smiled as he heard her. "You make it sound like you are taken with me. I better marry you before you change your mind." He said as he pulled her to his lap and kissed her deeply. He gently moved her hair from her face as he stared into her eyes. "I do mean that Quinn. I had been caring this for a while." He said as he gently put her on the couch and moved to the floor as he pulled out the white and silver box. He open the box and reviled the engament ring. I know it isn't much I thought you would like it. If not I will gladly buy you one you want. I would give you anything Quinn. Since I am part angel now if you wanted to you could marry me if my knowledge of your kind is correct.

Izzy smiled at him and did something very unlike herself. She hugged him and kissed his cheek gently, "thank you, this is great." she said as she left go of him and started to look around. Everything looked amazing and she couldn't believe that they would do this all for her. She checked out hte closet and then looked back over at Twix, "this is amazing, I am not sure how you did all of this but thank you." she said and wished that she knew. Everything was amazing and she wondered how any of them could do this so quickly. It was like magic. Infact after she started to work here things were very different, almost as if there was magic afoot.

Ash smirked when he heard her and pulled her closer to him. "I love you too." he said to her softly and kissed her gently. He loved the feeling of her fingers on his jaw and closed his eyes. He didn't want to sleep but he slowly started to fall back as she ran her finger along his jaw.

Quinn was surprised when she heard him and when she saw the ring she could only stare. After a few mintues a huge smile spread across her face, "yes." was all she said and then she tackled him and wrapped her arms around him. This was what she wanted more then anything else, to be his and only his. Gently she kissed him and then looked into his eyes, "yes, I can and will be yours. The only thing I want is you, you make me the happiest angel ever." she said as she looked at him and knew that nothing would rip her apart from him.

Twix smiled as he gently touched his cheek as he watched Izzy. He grinned as he watched her loving how happy she looked. He laughed as he heard her. "Of course magic is here. This is a one of a kind club after all. This is the place that people come to in order to escape their real lives Izzy." He said as she gave her a wink. "I am glad you like it. You deserve a place of your own with no fear of anything."


Monica smiled as she gently stroked his jaw line as he slept. She kissed his fore head as he slept watching him unable to sleep. She laid there as she loved every moment getting to watch him. In the early morning she drifted off to sleep tangled up in his arms.

Devon held his breath as he felt his heart racing. The pause Quinn gave felt like eternity as he felt his mouth grow dry he wished he could die then fearing she was going to tell him no. A smile slowly formed across his lips as he heard her answer. He smiled happy as he held her and kissed her. He gently took her finger as he slipped the ring on. "You are my Angel Quinn now and forever you will be. I love you Quinn." He said as he stared into her beautiful eyes.

Izzy smirked when she heard him and shook her head, "yes your right about that, it does have that magic to it. But there is a different one a work here. I am not sure what or why but I feel like there is a different kind of magic here, like it is real." he said and wondered if she was just going insane finally. When she heard him she smiled at him, "thank you, I don't remember the last time that I have had a place like this to myself." she said as she looked at him and wanted to do something for him to show him how mich she approcoated this.

Ash slowly woke up as the sun came up and smiled when he saw Monica. She looked beautiful and he loved her more then anything else. Gently he stroked her head and never wanted to leave her side. She was the only person he would ever love and he would find a way to be with her. Nothing was going to tear him away from her forever. He kissed her gently and then continued to stroke her head.

Quinn smiled when she heard him and saw the ring go on her finger. She could hardly believe that she finally was getting to be with the man thar she had always loved him. Gently she reached out and stroked his cheek as she looked into his eyes lovingly. "and I love you, I always have and always will. I don't think that would ever change and ever will." she said and then kissed him gently as she pulled herself closer to him.

Twix laughed as he shook his head. He nodded his head with the hypnotic beat that seemed to emanate from the club. He laughed as he shook his head hearing her. He began to dance to the music as he started to feel alive. He took a few graceful steps forward into the room and grabbed her as he quickly moved her around his body from one side to another as he spun her around with the music losing himself in the beat. He laughed as he enjoyed him self for the first time in ages. He picked her up and flipped her making sure she landed gently and safely as if she was one of his drinks he was mixing. He handled her with care never losing control of her as he danced with her.

He closed his eyes as the marks began to glow appearing as red markings on his skin. He began to shift into his real form. He open his eyes as he felt his wings about to appear and moved from her suddenly stumbling out the door as he quickly vanished from sight. He appeared at the bar as the true demon he was. His wings stretched out as his eyes showed the fire in them reveling his true identity. He stared at the DJ table at the song that Izzy had left playing. He want to attack it but couldn't it freed him from his human form letting him be his real self. He looked around for Ash or another demon. It was to dangerous for him to be in his demon form in the open. There where to many demons and angles alike that would give their soul to have his head. He closed his eyes as he felt the presence of another being in the club beside him and the kitchen staff.


The flames from the candles near the door began to blaze as he stood there with his eyes closed. There was no way for Izzy not to see him and protect her he would and the others. He stood there as he waited for the other to show themselves knowing it would be shortly now that he was there in his true form.



Devon held onto her as he kissed her and smiled. He laughed happy to hear her answer. His heart began beating again as he relaxed slightly. He held his wrist as he closed his eyes as pain ran threw it. He open his eyes as he looked down and saw strange markings appearing on his fore arm moving up it. His eyes widen in horror as he watched the markings grow and change before his eyes. He screamed as flames appeared from the markings then a black aurora as the markings formed a cross with strange symbols. He closed his eyes as he saw a tall slim man with blood red eyes. He thought is was just a normal man till he caught sight of the fangs and then looked again as he saw the black demon wings that came from the monsters back as well as the black scythe that the demon held. The monster had a river of blood at its feet as it lusted for blood. He screamed as he open his eyes and fell from the couch as he landed on his knees. "Ah!!!!!!!!!"


Monica's eyes shot open as she laid there. "Octavius." Was all she said as she moved from the bed. She walked to the monument that held her sword. She open it and pulled it out her wounds still not fully healed as she walked to the balcony and leaped in the air not saying a word. She flew threw the air as she let out a scream as a black aurora appeared around her making a chain that grew tighter around her. She fell to the earth at great speed crashing threw the roof of the club.

Izzy laughed when she started to dance with Twix and listened to the music she left playing. She let him spin her around and found that she was having more fun then she ever had before. Something about being around him was better then being around other guys. It was like he wasn't normal or something. But when she caught a glimps of the red marks on his arms she got worried and watched him run out of there. She hoped that he was okay.

Slowly she crept out of her room and down the stairs, wondering where he was. "Twix.. is everything okay?" she called as she got down to the club. but when she saw him she coul donly stare and wonder what he was. His body was like it was on fire and he looked evil. Park of her wanted to back up and run away from him but the other part, the part that was a idiot wanted to get closer. Slowly she took a step towards him and said very softly, "twix is that you?"

When Quinn saw his face in pain she got really worried and when he started to flow she got really worried. Gently she wrapped a arma round him and started to whisper a few thing to him, trying to get what ever dark entity to get away from him. She then took his face into her hands and gently stroked it as she said the words to his face and then drew a mark on his forhead that seemed to glow as she touched his skin. She then kissed his nose gently once she was done and hoped that he was okay.

Ash felt Monica leave him and right away could feel the dark presencess. He growled softly and jumped out of bed, all human side leaving him. He was a demon completely and he ran out of the house. He flew down to earth where he felt MOnica and growled when he saw her crash threw the club. He quickly landed besides her and picked her up into his arms, "monica?" he asked softly as he held her close to him.

A black aura appeared from the back of the club as a tall slim man appeared. He just grinned as he watched Izzy. "Human....her blood will flow you can watch it. Oh my Arch angel do I hurt you little dove." He said as he began to laugh. He open his eyes as he turned his attention to Monica. "It looks like have have stirred things up around here after all dear little brothers. As for your Ash you can watch them die. Octavius it has been centuries. There is a nice ransom for your head boy. The great first and last fire spirit. Fire its self embodied into a being. To bad you can't save anyone here." The man said as the black flamed appeared around Monica as she screamed in pain her sword no help to her as it laid in the middle of the floor. Her wings and true appearance no visible as she tried to fight the demon.


Octavius open his flaming eyes as he heard the demon and watched it shows its self in human form. His wings spread open as he straighten up reveling his true height. No words came from him as he glared at the foolish demon. He lessen to what the demon had to say as a dark expression engulfed his face as he heard the idle threat the being made about harming the others here. He held up his hand as he stared at it cut his eyes to the being as he heard Monica's screams. A wall of flames quickly appeared around the man as he cursed and hissed in pain moving back with great speed. A slight grin appeared on Octavius face as he steeped closer holding his hand out amused by the demon. "One who stands in front but never wishes to be seen. A imp you are and all you will ever be. He sent you here for us. Me my head him his life. Why hurt the angle or human what pain can you bring them that we could not stop. How sad you don't like flames. Shameful." He said in a ice cold voice as his eyes blazed.

Devon screamed as he felt the pain run threw his body again. He felt it ease for a moment as he felt Quinn's soft kiss. He looked up at her as he smiled faintly hoping he was hiding how much it hurt. He looked down to his arm as the markings began to glow again. He closed his eyes as he knelt down his faced to the ground as he cried feeling the pain of some one. A white aura appeared around him as a beautiful pair of angle wings emerged from his back. He open his eyes as he looked up at Quinn. "It is hurting them. It is evil. I..have never known such evil. How could something want to hurt innocent beings." He slowly got up as he felt himself being pulled to the dark presence. He looked to Quinn as he tried to smile for her. "So this is part of being part angel? I can tell when and where evil is and feel the pain it causes? I feel the need to find it and punish it. I don't know why I do though."

Izzy backed up into a wall when she saw them and didn't know what to make of what was going on. All she knew was that there where very powerfully people in the room and that her friends had been hiding a lot from her. When she heard the dark being she cowered slightly and wrapped her arms around herself. She didn't know what to do, she was just a human.

Ash growled when he saw the pain that he brought Monica. He then stood next to octavias and let out a growl of his own. "if you do not back down now your goin to find yourself dead. Now back off o lf Monica." he said and then moved to Monica. He took her into his arms and wished he could do something for her.

Quinn stayed close to him but when she saw the wing she could only stare. They looked beautiful and she couldn't help but smile at him happily. "that is part of a part angel but I am just glad your okay." she said and stood up. Gently she took his hand and kissed his cheek getly. "if you feel like that is what you have to do then I will go with you. I want to make sure that my future husband stays safe." she said as she looked at him.

Octavius stepped in front of Izzy as he arched his back reviling his true wing span. His eyes blazed as he glared at the man. "You want her come get her." He said letting his point be known. The man was going to go threw him for Izzy and threw Ash to hurt Monica. "How pathetic you really are a hand servant. I used to tourer your kind for the hell of it. Your kinds heads and eyes will sell for millions on the black market today. Oh to think of the things I could do with you." He said as he heard the sound of the cook appearing and the rest of the staff. He stared at the man blankly as the staff appeared behind him protecting Izzy and Monica. "It looks like you might have bit off more than you can handle here boy." He said in a dark demonic voice that hissed. "Ash and I are not the demons you want to face. Lets just say we earned our titles and rank. I didn't get to be so feared and hated by both sides for no reason little fool. Ash is feared by all as well."

The man glared at the pair and let out a growl as he saw other join the party. He then laughed as he heard Octavius and Ash. "Bring it on then my dear pathetic brothers. You are not the monsters you once where what use are you but dead. And you." His eyes cut to Ash as a look of disuse came over him. " A angel for a mate what mockery of off spring would come from a union? Please you have a prime mate waiting for you that any demon would die to have and you humiliate yourself with that pathetic harlot. Beautiful I will give you and good for a fling but that is all how can you love her? She is but a toy and that is all. Have your fun and be done. Really I might have my go soon enough at her I want to see what she has that can turn a demon from a mate like the one you have." He said as a wicked grin appeared across his face.

Devon kissed Quinn as he looked at her. "How...do we get there?" He asked as he looked from side to side as he felt the wings they felt strong. He smiled as he stretched them out feeling them now as part of his own body. He looked back to his arm as he felt the urge to go where he was being pulled to again. He looked to Quinn as he took her hand and walked out the door with her. He looked to the sky as the marking began to glow again making him almost crazy as he began to run without warning at full speed. He ran and ran the closer he got the stronger the pull was on him making him in a trance state as he ran. He couldn't think his body moved with out thinking acting on a new instinct. It was as if Quinn herself was there being punished it drove him crazy the feeling he felt. He was hurt and angry all at the same time.

Monica shuttered as she wrapped her arms around Ash. She turned her back to the monster as she hopped he didn't mean his threat. She would rather die than have that man look at her as his toy. Her eyes shifted to the staff as she smiled seeing how strong their bond was for her and Izzy. She turned as she stared at Izzy seeing the fear in her eyes. She slowly let go of Ash as she appeared behind the girl and wrapped her arms around her and spoke calmly and soothing to her. "Shh....child it will be fine I assure you. Octavius will protect us all as Ash will. I promise no harm will come to you."

A terrifying roar filled the room as the man spoke about Monica like she was just a thing. Power seemed to stream from him as if he was power itself. His true demon form rose and it wasn't something that most people saw. Black and red skin was all over his body. Small horns where on his head and bat like wings came from his back. His eyes where pitch black and he stepped forward, "do not speak about Monica likethat. She is mine, no one elses and I would give a thousand demon mates for her. She is no toy or harlot. She is the love of my life and she will stay like that." he said and then seemed to dissappear for a second. He reappeared behind the demon and he grabbed ahold of his neck, "if you dare try to hark her you will find that I am not nice. I do have a kind heart but it hurts black when you try to harm the people I love. So watch your words carefully." he said and you could feel the anger that came off of him.

Quinn chuckled when she heard him, "we fly." she said as she took his hand. They headed outside but before she could say anyhing he was running and she ran with him. She kept her hand in his and didn't dare let go. She wasn't sure what was ahead of them but she sure didn't want to head there without him. "come on, it is just a little further." she said as she ran with him and could now see the club and felt he evil energy that was coming from it.

Izzy just sat there and when she felt the arms around her panic filled her. But when she heard monicas voice she calmed down slightly and looked at her. Multiple emotions filled her and she moved her mouth to say somethin but nothing came out. After a few more tries she finally got it, "what are you and what is going on?" she asked. She just wanted to know who was what and why a fight was breaking out.

Monica looked to where Ash was as it pained her to see the anger and pain again in him. She looked back to Izzy as open her own wings and showed them to the human girl. "I am Aurora one of the high archangels. My human name is Monica I took it when I came here. I am afraid that my power alone will not kill this demon but I can protect you as Octavius will and so with the others here. Octavius and Ash both hare high ranking demons even among their own kind. Do not lessen to the other he is nothing to fear I assure you. I fear those two more than I do him." She said being honest as her eyes shifted two the demons. "The war for earth and your kind has been raging for many many centuries. Octavius is the embodiment of fire the oldest and only fire spirit left now. Many wish to ride the world of him but they can't for the same reason I never could. Octavius is to powerful. Unlike most he knows more magic and charms and has to many friends in high and low places. Besides for him to die would disturb the balance of nature. Every element has a demon as well as a angel for one to die it would lead to chaos like none we have seen. Ash.....is not the monster you see he is more than that. Please do not judge either other them yet Izzy. Twix is there the good genital hatred boy with a heart of gold that would protect the ones he loved with his life as Ash would." She said as she looked back to Izzy.


Devon followed Quinn as he saw the strange club. What could be in the rather nice looking club that could be so evil. He looked to Quinn as he held her hand tightly not wanting to let it go fearing he might lose her. He open the door to the club as he walked in and saw the strange assortment of beings. He froze as he saw the demons as he just stared at them. "D-demons." He mantage to say as his eyes shifted to the beautiful angel. "Angels?"

Izzy just sat there and looked at them, not sure what to make of them. She listened to Monica and once she was done she slowly started to nod. "o-okay, so your all magical. Then why am I here? I am just a human so why am I caught in between this?" she asked but as she asked those questions she found she didn't care. She had found peoplethat actually cared for her and even though they kept secrets she still liked them. She then looked over at Twix and couldnt' believe that that was him. He was so kind and careing and now he looked like he oculd rip her head off. Yet she knew he wouldn't, he was to nice to do anything like that.

Ash glared at the demon and decided that he had enough of this. He picked the guy up by his neck and started to walk towards the door. "I have a messege for you and the proper mate you talk about. Tell her that I dont give a shit about her, she can go die in a hole for all I care. I am not going to be her mate, I only want to be with MOnica, no one else." he growled as he got to the door and gently pushed Quinn aside. He smield at her slightly before he threw open the doors and without another word threw the demon out. The demon went flying and seemed to dissappear in the sky. He then turned back to the others and walked over to Monica, "are you two okay?" he asked and slowly his demon form died and he was just regular ash.

Quinn chuckled when she heard him and nodded when she heard Devan. "yeah, almost all the people I know are either demons or angels. but dont hurt the demons, they are good friends." she said and then made room for Ash when he brought out the demon. "well exept for that one, he wasn't welcome." she said and then kissed Devan on the cheek. "come on, you should probably come see the others." she said as she pulled him over to where they where.

Monica leaned down and kissed Izzy's head as she smiled and walked to where Ash was. She gently hugged him and kissed his cheek as she smiled. "I am well as long as you are safe." She said as she looked to where Quinn was and smiled brighter. "So this is Devon. You did come after all. A pleasure to meet you. I see you brought Quinn safely and happy back to us. Maybe now we can get some work from her." She said as she wrapped her arms around Ash's neck and looked to the roof as she shook her head. She looked to Octavius as she smiled. "Sorry love I have a bad habit of that. Would you please fix it." She said as she laid her head on ash's shoulder.

Octavius eyes cut to Izzy as he appeared behind hind her. He gently wrapped his arm around her as he looked to the roof. He held out his free hand as he spoke in the demon tongue. A red aura appeared around the falling pieces as each quickly flew up to it's place looking as if it never was damaged. He looked down at Izzy as he pulled her close to him and closed his eyes as he enjoyed her sent. He open his eyes slightly as he gave a dark glare to Devon and Ash letting them know no harm would come to Izzy she was his. "That is not the last of him more will come now. Monica free me now please what use am I locked away in that candle. Let me have my full powers back and let me be. The only dame being to ever capture me and tame me a human and now I am stuck with a angel to free me. You are the only one who can read the script on the candle. You are as old as I even if you no longer bare the sword of protection you still hold your rank. You " He said as he looked at Devon.

"You are the new barer of the sword. With it you will take your place with the angels of high and promise your self to it and it to you. Now it makes sense Monica why it hurt you. You chose him to be the protector of earth. The protector of the innocent. That was the only way to keep him here with Quinn. You gave up your sword Monica that means you can't fight any more. You are open for attack from the higher ups. Monica....why would you chose that fate for yourself?" he said blankly as he tried to understand how she could give her sword and power that came with it. "You ....have no powers now." He said finally as he looked at her understanding now why she did not use it to slay the demon. It was no longer hers to willed.

Devon stood there as he heard the angel then looked to the demon now man she wrapped her arms around. He then shivered as he looked to the demon who stood by the human girl. He looked to Quinn as he gave her a questioning look but stayed calm as he saw she knew them and they knew here. Surly ones she knew and loved couldn't be all that bad.

Izzy listened to monica and squeeked slightly when she felt Octavius arms around her. Yet she found that she enjoyed being him then and snuggled closer to him. Her mind was spinning with questions and she wanted to ask him questions about everything. She still couldnt' believe that he was a demon but found she could believe it at hte same time. Gently she buried her face into his chest slightly and just breathed him in. His sent was like smoke and fire, something that she liked instantly and it helped clear her mind. They contineud to talk about all this other stuff but she didn't understand any of it. So she simply just wrapped her arms around Octavius and relaxed.

Ash wrapped his arms around Monica closely and kissed her cheek gently. "I am fine, your talking to one of the seven strongest demons in the world. No one can take me down easily." he said to her softly and held her close to him. He didn't want to let her go and he looked over at Octavius and Izzy. The two seemed to be very close and he knew by the look in Octavius's eyes he wasn't going to let anything happened to Izzy. he simply nodded and understood, it was how he felt about Monica and always would. When he heard him say that Monica had no power he looked down at her and held her closer to him, "if she has no power I will stay with her. No one is going to harm her, not even the higher ups will lay a hand on my Monica." he growled and ment it. no one was going to harm her, she belonged with him as he belonged to her. Nothing was going to drive them apart. He knew that once the demons heard him refuse his demon mate ther would be a huge fit but he didn't care, as long as he got to stay with monica.

Quinn smiled and chuckled when she heard MOnica, "I will do some work and he did bring me back safely." she said and kissed her love gently. But when she heard Octavius she looked and monica and frowned slightly. She was weak because of them but when she heard Ash she knew they could trust him. He would keep her safe and she looked to Devan. "dont worry, these are my friends. They are nice so please dont hurt anyone. That is Izzy and Octavius over there, and the demon and angel are Ash and Monica. THey are very good people." she said as she smield at him.

Octavius gave a bow of his head to Devon as he acknowledged the man. He gave one to Ash as he looked to where the roof had fell. "The battle begins now." He said as he looked down to where Izzy had snuggled up to him her head on his chest. He gently ran his fingers threw her hair with care not wanting to harm her. He peered down at her as he let out a breath with a hint of smoke from a raging fire. "Every one needs a purpose to fight fore." He said as he looked to where Ash and Monica where. " Such strong words Ash. Hell will break out soon enough after this. You are not alone." he said leaving it at that as he stared into his eyes knowing Ash would understand. Octavius would fight all of hell if he had to in order to protect Izzy and the staff here he loved with his heart. He wasn't going back any where without a fight.

Monica smiled as she looked up into Ashes eyes. She kissed deeply as she smiled pulling away and looking to where Devon stood. "Go pick up the sword. It is yours you hold half of my powers as I hold yours. The sword will accept you as it's master. And don't lessen to the over dramatic Octavius I still have many tricks up my sleeves. He is wrong I still have every power I ever had and now more. When I am not bound by the sword I received my other powers back. Angels are not like demons we have checks and balances like the government. And their are corrupt ones even in ours how do you believe the demons became to be? A Arch angle can't have their full power and the sword. You can have one or the other. I gave up my full powers when I came here as Quinn did and any other angel. I gave up my sword and the power with it giving me back my full powers making me a full archangel again. You will learn this soon enough Devon. First of all Quinn and I need to teach you how to use those wings. I would suggest Octavius and Ash but they would not be so kind. Their wings are not as weak as ours tend to be when they are new and one has never used them." She said as she smiled and kissed Ashes neck. A light appeared around her as she let Ash go. When it faded she stood there fully healed as another pair of wings appeared a staff appeared in her hands as the wings quickly disappeared. She stood there as she smiled and looked to Octavius. "Please let you go after seventeen centuries of chasing after you. Think again fire spirit. You owe me some years of work for the trouble you put me threw." Her eyes cut back to Devon and Quinn. "Quinn you are the shield a angel is nothing without the shield. I sword and kill but it can not protect. That is what I give to you. With it you and Devon shall be bound together. Know that once you accept it you will be bound to one another for the sword can not do nothing without the shield as she shield can do nothing with out the sword. It will also change both of your ranks no longer will you be human and guardian. You will be equals one to another. You will be of one body and one accord. Your titles will be ripped of you and you shall be be Archangels. Only together can you stand. Please Quinn, Devon pick up the sword and Shield it is time to finish what we started. I did my bleeding as you have done yours Devon. You felt my pain then that is only the start of what you will feel is this what you want? You will be bound to Quinn and every thought she thinks you will feel as she will and any pain she feels mental or physical you will feel as she will yours. That is why angels fight with such force for when a mate is hurt the other feels it. The urgency you felt to save me can you stand it if it had have been Quinn? Demons do not feel the others pain once they feel from grace the lost that ability one that so many are thankful for but really it is a gift. To know every feeling to know be connect to one another that is something no human or demon can have. Think carefully before you pick up the armor." She said as she still held her beautiful clear staff. A light came from it making it glow slightly beautiful gems decorated it. She looked to Ash as she smiled and laughed. "And you know I am one of the Seven high ranking Arch angels and your not going any where without me. I will slay whatever half ling I need to and fight hell to get to you."

Devon froze as he heard Quinn he smiled as he saw how happy it made her here. He looked at the human girl as he felt like her lost and in love with one of the beings not caring why or how he got caught up in the mess. He slowly took his eyes from Quinn as he heard Monica. He just stood there and watched as a beautiful light came from her almost blinding. It was as if a child's laugh had been caputred and put into light. He open his eyes as he stared at the beautiful angle. It slightly hurt him to see her shift into her human form. She was so beautiful in her true form like Quinn. It pained him when she hide her true self why couldn't they stay in their angel form as they where. He stared at the staff and tried to gather what she said not quite understanding half of it. He looked to Quinn for guidance. If Quinn wanted him to he would take the sword he did not mind becoming angel and being bound to her.

Izzy breathed Octavius in as she stayed close to him and relaxed more as she felt his hand in her hair. She knew she shouldn't trust a demon completely like this but Twix was different. He was kind and careing and she felt at home with him next to him. Slowly she looked up at him once Monica was done talking and took him in. He did look powerful and she still wasn't to sure what was going on helf the time. "can you please tell me what is going on? I mean I get what you are all demons and angels but what battle and why are you down here?" she asked as she looked at him and wondered if he would answer her questions.

Ash smiled when he felt MOnica kiss him and kissed her back right away. He then let her slip away from him to talk to the couple and smiled when he heard her. Those two would accept since he knew if he had a choice like that with Monica he would pick it up right away. She was the one person he wanted to be connnected to more then anything else. He then smield as she turned to him and laughed, "well then it looks like the angels and demons are going to have a tough time getting us." he said and then kissed her forhead gently.

Quinn was surprised when she heard MOnica and looked at Devan. She had wished for a long time to be connected and bound to him but now she could. She could be his sheild and protect him with her heart. She then leaned up and kissed Devan gently then whispered into his ear, "we will always be together then. We would be bound to each other like no other can be and we will protect each other. " she said and then looked at Monica. She reached out and took the sheild, "I accept the shild and will protect Devan with my life and fight with him always." she said and looked at Devan.

Monica smiled as she kissed Ash again. She laughed as she heard him wishing at this point they where alone. He needed rest now she knew after transforming like that. She had longed to be his but knew he wouldn't take her for his mate till he could get ride of the other. He was one of the few demons with morals and she loved him for that. Her eyes shifted to the couple as she smiled seeing them.

Devon smiled and gave a nod as he picked up the sword. "I take this sword and promise to use it to protect the one I love and all those who she holds dear." A silver light came from the sword and shield as it engulfed the pair. When it vanished the pair had matching wings and where clothed in strange robes. A since of peace felled Devon as he looked to Quinn. He could feel her not only could he touch her but he could feel her in his heart he could hear her thoughts. He was one with her. He knew everything she knew and smiled as he saw the way she felt about the stupid things he had done when they had first met and how she had feel in love with him. He gently reached out and drew her to him as he stared into her eyes deeply then kissed her passionately.


Octavius looked down at Izzay as he gently picked her up. "We must get you out of here. Such behavior making out in public...you would think they where demons." He said in a warm playful tone as his eyes stayed on her. He walked up the stairs and down the long hall way to her room. He gently laid her on the bed as he laid beside her not caring if it made her uncomfortable or not. In his true form he did not care she fascinated him and some how she was the only human that had not been burst into ash from his touch. "You ask things that are not that simple to explain." He said as he gently ran a finger along her jaw line. He leaned down and kissed her gently afraid of hurting her then passionately as the fire in him raged from touching her soft body and being so close. He pulled away from her as he laid there and stared at her. " What trouble I have found in you. You will not be safe now that you know. I a long with Ash have been hunted for years many I myself since the dawn of time when I came to be. I had tried to help humans once feeling sorry for them and I was imprison in the candle in the box you carried. Atlantis was my doing. I punished the humans for what they did to me I had helped them and they wanted to use me as a weapon. It was Monica who found me. She helped me always kind and tolerant of me even when I was not kind and willing to be a friend. This club I built and made as a place for all creators like myself and Monica and my friends in the kitchen. A place where the war that threatens to kill us all can not enter. Here we are free. The reason why Twix did it that first night was you where endanger. A human here changes things for you are prey for so many and bring up painful memories to others. That is why Monica did not want you here for your protection and mine. The only humans I trusted betrayed me.

Ash kissed her again and pulled her closer to him. he was surprise dhe was able to even stand right now. After shifting like that he was very tired but he was glad he had her in his arms. He then looked over at hte couple and could only chuckle softly. They where like how he was with monica, they only wanted to be close to each other. He then kissed MOnicas ear and whispered, "how about if we head home."

Quinn smiled when she saw him take the sword and then felt the light on her. She felt her wings change and then she was dressed like Devan. They where a pair and she felt everything from him. She could feel what he felt her for and how he felt when they first met. It was amazing and she coudltn' help but love him more. When she felt him pull her closer she looked into his eyes. Her eyes then closed when he kissed her and she kissed back right away. This was better thent he last time and she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled herself closer, not wanting to be apart from him again.

Izzy was surprised when he picked her up but she didn't mind and just rested her head against his shoulder. When she got to her room she smiled and was happy when he layed down next to her. She moved closer to him but when she felt his finger on her jaw line she loved it. Right when she felt his lips on hers she kissed him back and moved closer to him. She then listened to him insensly when he started to talk. She coudltn' believe any of this was happening ot her but she found she could. SOmething about how he said it made sence to her. She then kissed his cheek gently and smied, "I would never betray you, your probably the one guy besides Ash I trust." she said as she smiled at him and took his hand into hers. "but if your a fire demon then shouldn't I burn or something? will I be killed for being around you? why is it that you guys let me get close to you?.. sorry about the questions." she said as she stayed close to him.
