( well, Shadow asked him to say something. And Ric did. XD Just, it was one word. )

Travis smiled softly and nodded. He was glad that he had both his friends. "Good.." If anything, if being something more than a friend with Lavi didn't work out, then they still were friends. Or maybe he shouldn't pursue him. It seemed Lavi didn't want to do anything with him. The thought of him being with another almost broke his heart though. It was slightly conflicting. His eyes widened when Lavi started coughing, he patted his back lightly as the nurse came to give him something for the cough. Nodding again, he sighed. "The puppy eared one is cute though. But I think the cat ears suit you." he commented with a light tone. He held out his hand for the hat so he can do the spell.

(oh lol Ric said he hope it hurts)

"Travis...." Lavi said as he gave him a pleading look, clearly not wantting to give up the cat eared hat, bottom lip trembling a bit as he slowly took it off, having a death grip on it as he handed it to Travis, finally letting go after a few tugs from Travis. Watching atwhat he was doing to fix his hat, he couldn't wait to get it back in better condition but he felt so wierd with out it on his head that he couldn't help but fidget in anticipation.

Travis laughed softly at the pout. "You look so cute." he teased as he finally got a hold of the hat. Deciding to tease him even more, he stood up and feigned running away before he stopped a foot away from the bed. All the while looking at Lavi to see his reaction. He did however, mutter the spell and the hat turned to a better condition than it was. Now it didn't look faded from the sun nor were there any worn in spots. Handing it back to Lavi, he smiled, looking apologetic. "Sorry, Avi. I just couldn't resist teasing you. You were so adorable all fidgeting and everything."

Lavi narrowed his eyes slightly at his friend calling him cute but for the most part he watched what Travis was going to do with the hat, his worst nightmare was him destroying it which would have been something that Shadow would have done. When Travis got up and started to leave with his hat, he sat up even more and made grabby hands for it, getting all tired eyed like a baby that lost his favorite toy, so not liking it. Once Travis handed it back to him, he snatched it away and hugged it close, looking it over before he put it back onto his head. "That was soooo not cool, Tray." he said to him, still looking hurt and upset that he would even do such a thing to him.

He smiled and leaned in, giving him a small hug. It was a funny sight when Lavi acted like such a child. He always intended to enjoy it. "Sorry again, Avi. But, just wanted to tease you." he said, looking sorry. "I would never do something bad to that hat. After all.. I gave it to you." he added with a grin. He also knew how much it meant to Lavi. Doing something bad to it would not only upset his friend, it would make him feel like a complete jerk. "How does it look now?" he asked, tilting his head as he sat down.

"That was cruel.....and i thought that you loved me." Lavi said to him as he lookedat him, looking as if he was about to cry again, that it was the worst possible thing that he could ever do to him. "Then don't joke like that....that would be something that Shadow would doto me." he said in a pouting voice as he poutted, sniffling a bit as he wiped hie eyes and hugged him back before letting him go as he looked away slightly. "I like it after all it looks much better then it did." he whispered as he smiled, looking back to reasure that he ws really glad that it was fixxed up a bit.

Travis' eyes widened at the first words. "But but!! I do love you." he said, pouting as well but feeling really bad now. Maybe it had been a bad time to play such a joke on him. Nevertheless, it had been done. All he could do was learn from his mistake. "I won't. As for it being something shadow had done to you, well.. i'll make sure to tone down my pranks." he said, sounding serious and apologetic. He really did look sorry. At the hug back, he smiled a little. "Good. I can't have you walking around with it looking that bad." he said softly.

Sitting back down, Travis tilted his head. "So, how long are you stuck in this place right now?" he asked. His appointment with the nurse was not until later. When there were no other people besides Lavi since his condition was still a rather well kept secret. It wouldn't be very pretty considering he kept needing to change blood types or different kinds of blood. They still hadn't figured out why he was so difficult to cope with. He did use to have a good blood source, but considering he didn't know how to explain it, it proved a problem.

“Travis…look we both know how each other feels….and just…please don‘t play or joke with the hat.” Lavi said to him, shying away from the subject that he had brought up and ending up just talking about his hat, this is what Ric had been trying to hope break with them but since he had gotten sick he couldn’t. “She said that I will have to stay here for a few weeks until she was sure that I am back to how I was….I lost to much body fat is what she said…..” he whispered as he looked even more ashamed as he looked down at his hands, having grabbed a strand of his own long hair and started to braid it since he was waiting for Travis to yell at him and get onto him about his body weight.

Travis nodded simply, not saying anything else. He knew by now not to push for anything. It was such a strain though. They both loved each other yet they both did nothing. His eyes widened at the news. "That's... Bad." he said, not sure what else to say. Lavi would expect him to go off. To yell or something about making sure he got better and next time be more careful. That made him feel as if he was being way too pushy. Repeating things over and over would never help. If anything sometimes it made Lavi more stubborn. Sighing, he just rubbed his forehead. "You should do your best to get better quickly.. Maybe, next time just don't push yourself so hard. Please."

"I know....it is just that.....ummmm....okay so i basically have no body fat right now and yea......this has been going on for a while...all my weight comes from my muscles....there is not fat on me any where." Lavi said to him as he rolled over and had his back facing him, he was crying and didn't want him to see it, he felt worse and more horrible that Travis wasn't going off or yelling at him, he could handle that, he always was able to handle that but having him sit there and not do that well it was hard for him to handle, hence the crying. He didn't want to admit this to him or tell him the truth but that was why he always wore clothes like it was winter, even when it was hot out, all because he had no fat to keep him warm like other people.

"Wait... You mean to say that you're basically just muscles?" he asked, growing concerned. "Is this because of the curse?" He knew that some people had mostly muscles and little body fat, but body fat was good sometimes. And to have none at all couldn't be very good. "Why haven't you told me before?" he asked, sounding a little upset, but overall worried. And once he figured out that he was crying, well he stood up and tugged him closer into a hug. "Avi.."

"Yea, basically all i am just organs, body fluids, muscles, skin and bones. The most fat i have had on me was about one percent." Lavi mumbled to him, still silently crying to himself since he rather have Travis yelling at him or mad at him then talking all calmly and not be that way, it wasn't like he had asked for his body to be like this. "It is partly because of the curse since you have seen how much i have eaten after i was cursed....so i started to lose weight and that was when i started to work out so that you and Ric wouldn't notice the difference in my body which caused me to lose more weight and then not eating when i took care of Ric made me lose what little bit of body fat i had left." he whispered, taken by surprise when Travis pulled him into a hug and showed him just how concerned and worried he was about him from that hug, which caused him to hug him back and cry into his shoulder. "It was hard enough for you to know that i basically eat once a month because of it.....and it was even harder for me to tell you that it was killing me."

Travis bit his lower lip, trying to figure out how to possibly fix this. He just hugged some more and rubbed Lavi's back. "I know.. We have to figure something out. I mean.. To at least get you back to that one percent." he muttered, sounding rather sad about this all. "Avi, I would never get mad at you for something that wasn't your fault. And, we will figure something out. Have to. At least slow this curse down a bit." His mind was racing. Never had he wanted Lavi to suffer so much. He really had missed at least two or three years, he didn't intend to miss any more. And he would try and help out as much as he could. "You're going to have to try and eat less healthy." he said.

Lavi nuzzled into him as he started to settle down and stopped crying, hugging him as tight as he could which wasn't very tight at all. "that is why i have to stay in the hospital wing for a while....so nothing to worry about." he said to him as he pulled away and smiled at him so that he wouldn't worry about him, but listening to what else that he said made him frown. "The curse is as slow down as it can get.....if i eat junk food it would just speed the curse up even more and i eat potato chips and drink sodas." of course it more along the healthy lines, the only thing really unhealthy that he eats would be some fried foods but even then it would still would be healthy though.

Travis made a small face. "Damn it. I Really don't like your brother." he muttered, almost a smirk playing on his lips. His words were true though. Lavi's brother had gotten on his hate/must get payback list the day he put the stupid curse on Lavi. He would have tried to do something, other than a punch, to the older male but Lavi had not wanted another person cursed. He smirked, nodding. "Figured as much.. But ugh.. this sucks." He was at a loss of what else could help. He hugged some more, kissing his forehead. "Well, I'll be visiting you every day and see you when I do get checked up on. Would you like me to take notes for you?" he asked, trying to cheer up his friend.

Lavi laid back down on the bed and sniffled some as he wiped his face, trying to look tough and was just thankful for the curtain hidding his bed from view of everyone else that was in the room and also glad that Travis made it to where they couldn't hear them talking. "I know you don't like him....." he said as he smiled, hugging him back some, but for the most part not moving from where he was at on the bed considering the fact that it actually hurt for him to move but he wasn't going to tell Travis that, not after he found out more things that had been happening because of the curse. "I would like that....at least then i can still do my homework and classwork while in here." he said with a smile.

Shadow had gone to do some studying on his Herbology. He had the books he required along with some parchment and writing utensils for the work and notes. He still needed to get caught up on that class. A little fresh air would do him good while doing it. Most of his other friends hadn't wanted to stay with him since he was actually going to try and work for once. It wouldn't be good to be distracted anyways.

Ric was still sitting under his tree, he looked up though when he saw Shadow coming towards him, well at least the area that he in was where Shadow was coming towards. He didn't say anything to the man as he moved to the other side of the tree, out of his sight as he continued to draw random images that popped up into his head.

Shadow took a spot near the lake and sat down on the grass. Leaning against one of the rocks there, he opened up the page to the chapter they were supposed to be studying. It didn't take very long for his mind to wander off to random thoughts. One of them had been the way the Lovegood had stared at him. For some reason, it made him feel guilty. Maybe because he did technically cheat on him with someone else while they'd had a deal. Though, the deal had been broken once he turned back into a male and gotten sick. Maybe I should've sent him something as a sort of get well gift. It was too late for that. Besides, it wouldn't have done any good. Travis would have stopped him before he even got within a mile of Ric's room.

If Shadow had looked up at Ric's normal spot he would have caught a glimpse of him, but Ric knew where Shadow was at, after all he had been drawing it a few minutes ago, right now he was drawing Shadow's, next move/

He frowned. Not being able to concentrate anymore, he glanced over at the tree. He'd thought he had seen the blond when arriving there. Shadow rolled his eyes. The kid probably had already seen him coming or something. Stupid visions. Closing his book and putting the ink away for the moment, he got up and walked over to see if he could try and, talk to the guy. Or something. Honestly he still didn't even know Why he was doing it.

Ric sighed heavily as he closed the sketch book and set it aside, after all now he couldn't avoid him and he was going to have to talk to him. "Shadow." he said to the male when he was close enough to here him, he couldn't help it, he flipped his sketch book open and went to a blank page as he started to draw some random thing once more so that way he would have a reason to keep quiet.

"Ricfrith." he replied back, looking down at him once he arrived at the tree. Since he wasn't on good terms with him at the moment, better to go with his first name. Just not the shorter version of it. Really, it wasn't that far away. "What are you drawing?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. At least it was one way to talk. The guy had also called him by his full name. Obviously still mad at him. But it was a start. Least he wasn't completely ignoring him.

"A rabbit." Was all that Ric said to him as he continued to draw the picture, point towards the rabbit that had just came out the woods and was slowly moving towards the lake to get something to drink, but what Shadow saw was not what Ric was drawing, well it was the rabbit but the lake monster was snatching it off the shore while it drank. "What happened to calling me Lovegood?"

Shadows eyes widened a bit. That wasn't a very good way to die. "Well then." he muttered, frowning. "You're good at drawing." He sort of wanted to go and get it, but.. then Ric would question him. Listening to the question, he shrugged. "Well... I'll go back to calling you Lovegood. Slip of the tongue." he stated rather calmly. In a way, it felt as if the last name was a bit odd. Considering they had sort of slept together. He mostly just, got over the one night stands.
