"Good because i hate not having fun like the good old days." Lavi said with a smile as he ate his normal ice cream cone, which was just butter pecan, it might have been a muggle flavor but it was his favorite. "You should save your sweets for study time. I actually plan to go to Zonko's for some things." he said with a mischievous smile on his face as he just continued to lick his ice cream.

"Well of course they are....but the fact is they were made out of crystal and those are very hard to make. Anything you guys decide is fine for me." Ric said to them in a nonchalant way, he was completely calmed and relaxed so anything they said wouldn't bother him, besides he just went along with what they did anyways. Like if they were going to do a prank and he saw that they were going to get caught, well he wouldn't let them do it, so you could say they were bad but the never really got into trouble.

He grinned softly as he saw Lavi's expression. "Oh this should be good." he said with a small smile as he ate his ice cream. He had decided that Lavi was probably right. He wouldn't be able to come back too soon and he needed all the sugar he could get to actually work on things. Looking at Ric he smiled and nodded. "I hope Shadow had to pay for the crystal balls with his own pocket money. That would've made it priceless." he said calmly before he took a large bite of the ice cream, and almost regretted it as he got a numb sort of feeling. "Agh! Brain freeze." he hissed, holding his head.

Ric sighed to him self, today was a different day because tomorrow was halloween, at the moment he was sitting by the lake with a book open on his lap and a quill in his hand that didn't need ink, but it wasn't one of the ones that used his onw blood as ink. At the moment he looked back down at the book before continuing to write about his recent dreams/visions.

Lavi on the other hand was to busy running down from a bathroom that he just made something explode in, bubbles were flowing out of the place. It was his hand work but alot of guys had been in the bathroom so anyone could be blamed for what happened in it and he was goiing to make sure to take the memory of what happened out of his head and place it in a vial as soon as possible and hide it so that way when he gets questioned they can't blame him.

Shadow was walking down the grass with his usual group of people, laughing and making a few jokes. They were currently discussing the coming day. Some people were thinking about throwing a party for Halloween. One where they could all hang out. Travis had even suggested earlier about allowing a few people from other houses to join the Slytherins. Of course as dates or something, since it was known some of the others had sweethearts in the other classes. He'd reluctantly agreed. But it was a question on where it could be held in the end. Obviously the teachers couldn't know about it. They would never allow it.

Travis had been near the bathroom before he noticed Lavi run out like a banshee from the bathroom. He quickly glanced at the inside before laughing and then running at top speed after Lavi, in no time reaching him before he dragged him to one of the empty classrooms. He knew for a fact Filch was nearby. It would only be a matter of piecing things together if Lavi had run right past him. "Getting into trouble are we?" he asked with a small grin as he let him go. He leaned his ear on the door to listen for the tell tale walk of the caretaker. "The old bat was up ahead." he explained.

"Hehehehe.....that predictable huh?" Lavi said to Travis and a more then less hushed tone of voice as he smiled and rubbed the back of his neck, having to adjust the hat on his head for a few minutes before looked up at Travis with a grinn. "Ah thanks, you saved me Tray." he said as he sat up from the spot that he ended up at when Travis had pulled him into the room.

He chuckled before nodding and pulling away from the door. "Well, it only takes a moment to figure out what you were up to." he commented as he turned to him. "No problem Avi, what are friends for? Bubbles, huh?" he asked, smirking. It was so simple, but so effective in a prank. It would probably take a few hours before they'd be able to be contained. Depending on how Lavi had made the bubbles.

"Not just any bubbles." LAvi said with a grinn as he stood up and took Travis's hand before he looked out into the hallway, making sure that the hallway was clear before he pulled Travis after him as he calmly walked down it, already the area where the bathroom was, was already covered in the magical bubbles. Lavi just had a knowing grin on his face, after all this was a very special bubble spell that no one knew about because he had created it, and the funny thing was you could hear crying and a few screams.

Travis blinked in mild curiosity as Lavi pulled him out of the classroom to the hallway. That phrase made him even more curious as to know what spell his friend had used. He hadn't really seen it in action before. He looked over at the area with the bathroom and had to resist a laugh, looking over at his friend. "You, my friend, are epic." he said, unable to resist the laughter. It was pretty funny since, it was supposed to be the guys bathroom, and they were acting like that. It made him wonder how the girls were going to act. "What spell did you use?" he asked softly.

"Oh you know the one, where they turn into evil bubbles and when they bite you, you turn a different color. This time it is hot pink." Lavi said to him as he smiled, a grin on his face saying he was proud of what he did as he let his friend's hand go and put the hands on the back of his head and walked like that down towards the great hall. "Besides i couldn't resist." he said to him as he laughed right along with him, he was glad he wasn't going to be in trouble, but he couldn't let his wand out of sight or else someone was going to try and see if the spell came from his.

His eyes widened a little, laughing once again. That was a great spell. "Ah, If Filch is hot pink tomorrow, I owe you a favor. That doesn't include me eating vegetables." he said, smirking before walking alongside him. They had to find another spell to do before the teachers investigated the students. But at the moment his mind had gone blank, so he left it alone. "Hm, you know what tomorrow is, right? Seems you got a head start." he said, a slight impish expression on his face. It was usually tradition for them to pull as many pranks as they could on everyone. As of yet, he was falling behind.

As Shadow and his friends were walking by across the lake, one of his friends took notice of the pale headed boy. He motioned for the other to stop before he smirked lightly. "How about we have a bit of fun?" he asked the others before raising his wand and shooting a levitation spell at Lavi's book. He caused it to soar up high above the boy's head.
Shadow almost rolled his eyes, bu he did look slightly amused. He did have to wonder if Lavi had seen this coming or not. If not, well then this might have a bit more interest.

"I told you i couldn't resist." Lavi said to him as he laughed a bit, he had used thatspell on Travis a couple of times so it was okay to use it on other people, he laughed a bit more before something out the window caught his eye. "Hmmm.....we better get to the lake." he mumbled beofre he got a serious look on his face and quickly started to head outside, this was not a good thing but it gave hiim the chance to do another spell, so that way his butt would be saved in the bubbles incident.

"I would greatly appreciate it if you gave me back my book." Ric said to them in a nice calm voice, there wasn't much of a reaction out of him other then himlooking at the levitated book, he had reached up to grab it back only for it to move, so he knew it was pointless to try and get it back physically so talking to them to get it back seemed like the only other option. His eyes met Shadow's and a flicker of panic could be seen in Ric's eye for a secondbefore they took over with a calm look.

He nodded, smiling a little. "Well, it's fine. Harmless fun. Almost." he said in a light mood. The bites did hurt a tad but otherwise it was all in good fun. Some others might not think such though. Sucked for them. he frowned before he looked out the window and noticed a group of Slytherins around someone. His eyes widened as he nodded, quickening his steps right after Lavi. "Why cant they leave him alone?" he asked, almost scowling.

The Slytherin male grinned wickedly as he shook his head. He was a light brown haired male with blue eyes, a bit shorter than Shadow. He toyed with the book before he made it float over to them. Once it was in his reach he smirked. "How about we give it back after we read what's in here. What is this anyways? A diary?" he asked as he opened it.

Shadow raised an eyebrow at the flicker of emotion that the Lovegood had given when their eyes met. He had to wonder what was up with that. His eyes went to the book that was now in their possession. Almost curiously. "Should we really bother with some diary of a hufflepuff?" he asked, slightly bored.

"I don't know but it isn't good if hewas writting things down instead of reading this time." Lavi mumbled as he pulled his wand out of the pocket inside of his robe, sprinting down the stairs, two at a time, basically leaving Travis behind. If Ric was writting then that meant hewas writting aboutwhat he had saw, which also meant that those Slytherins were goiing to find out thier secrets, which is not a good thing at all.

"There are some things that are meant to be left to the unknown, Shadow." Ric said as he locked eyes with Shadow once more, he never said Shadow when the male was around, only Sha, so him saying Shadow meant that this was a serious situation even for him. He didn't say anything after that as he stood up, a serious look on his face as he strode over to the group, his hand twitched for a minute as he was waitting for the perfect time to grab his wand, stalling for time as he waitted for Lavi and Travis to show up and help him.

Travis almost groaned a little as Lavi sped up. Fine. If he wanted it that way, we'll go my speed. he thought with a small grin. He sped up and in no time caught up to Lavi. he picked him up and went even faster. It was almost as if he'd been charmed with something for speed, but actually. Thankfully he got new skills when he'd turned. Not that he ever really used them. He was rather touchy about it still. Now was an emergency however. "Better?" he joked as they raced to the entrance.

Shadow raised an eyebrow and glanced at the book yet again, which was now being opened by the brown haired boy. That gave him an idea of what was held in the book. Usually Ricfrith never said his name. He sighed before muttering a spell, and in moments the book was transferred in his open hand. The others almost gave a protest but shut up at his look. He eyed it before looking at Ric. "That type of stuff huh?" he asked before shrugging. Of course he wanted to know what was in it. But he couldn't have the others finding out. It was his secret for now. Well, excluding the boy's friends.
