Hunter jumped on Sahara's head and played with her ears.

Sahara giggled again.

"Silly little cub" Darkness said with a smile.

"yes you are silly hunteR" sahara said.

Hunter gigled and swished his tail in Sahara's face.

Sahara giggled.

Hunter yawned. "I think someone needs a nap" Darkness said.

"me too" sahara said.

"Aw, but I'm not sleepy" Hunter protested. "No buts mister" Darkness picked Hunter up by the scruff.

"lets go" sahara siad leading the way to pride rock.

Darkness carried Hunter back to the cave, rocking him back and forth as he went.

sahara sat down in the den.

Darkness set Hunter on the ground. He was out like a light.

Sahara laid down beside hunter and watched him sleep.

"He is precious, isn't he?"

"yes very" she whispered.

"He's almost like a long lost litle brother" Darkness whisperd back.

"yes" she whispered back.

"Maybe he's a sign that peace will return to pride rock"

"i hope so" she said.

Darkness layed next to Hunter and also took a nap.

Sahara did the same.

Hunter woke up with a yawn and a stretch. He walked over to Sahara and began patting her head.

Sahara laughed and woke up.

"I'm hungry" Hunter said.
