Jake chuckled and nodded "well that is a good idea" he said smiling as he kissed her as she turned to watch the movie "i love you too my love" he said as he held her hand with his none petting hand and continued to stroke her ears with his free hand "just tell me when you wish for me to stop my love" he said softly as he went to watching the film

"Never stop." She whispered with a smile quite content to stay where she was as long as physically possible. Ayaka was rather lazy durring the day and sitting around like this was quite comfortable. Watching the screen she smiled, knowing he was still right there and she had him for the rest of her life. Sort of like the way movies always ended. Ayaka believed they'd live happily ever after.

Jake sat the and looked at her with a face to say "whut?" and chuckled "well i could try to" he said shaking his head as he looked up at the TV, he wouldn't stop petting her ears until he had too or she told him to stop, he loved her and she was the only one he cared about and he would gladly live the rest of his life with her

The morning went quickly and was soon over as was the film. "Let's go to the beach now. Then we can be home all evening together. And if we go now, we can swim too." That was on of the differences between her and a cat, she loved water. Cats absolutely hated it. "We could get lunch too."

Jake listened to her ideas and smiled "of course, that sounds great" he said as he stopped stroking her ears and gently stood up "and getting lunch is a great idea, but remember, i dont really eat much so i think i will pass" he said as he got up off of the bed and kissed her cheek

"You can get a soda though. Right? Then we can both sit down together so I don't rush eating." Ayaka said standing up with him and taking his hand. Hopefully it was okay with him. He never seemed to mind waiting with her before. There was a small frown forming on her face. What if he never liked eating out with her, and him not eating was suppose to show that to her.

Jake nodded and smiled "sure, i suppose a soda can't hurt... i hope... it will need to be warm" he chuckled nervously "i hate cold drink" he said, when he saw her small frown forming he tilted his head "why are you frowning?" he asked and gasped "is it because i like hot food and drink?" he asked panicing, when Ayaka frowned it usualy meant he had done something bad "i will have cold food if you want, and even a cold drink with ice in" he said quickly gulping again

"Oh no. Nothing to do with that. Get whatever you want to drink, really. That doesn't bother me. Not at all." She whispered softly. "You can get coffee or something if that's what you want." Ayaka said looking away from him. "I'm just afraid you don't really want me to go and eat because it's probably pretty much a waste of time for you." As she spoke her eye filled with tears. "Oh I'm sorry. I should have realized that. We don't have to go out. We can just go to the beach. I'm not really that hungry." Okay that was a lie, she was starving, as usual, but if he didn't want to go she could just grab a snack before they left.

Jake was slightly confused, what have given her that impression "no, no... im fine with you eatting out" he said placing his hand on her shoulder gently "really, its fine with me" he said smiling as he spoke "i might even get something to eat" he said kissing her cheek "i refuse to go the the beach until you have eaten missy" he said kissing her cheek softly and then he crossed his arms "even if i have to brainwash you too" he chuckled, it was clear he wanted her to get something because his slightly more demonic side began to show

"You couldn't brainwash me! Then I would forget all about you!" She exclaimed looking at him in shock. "Let's go let's go! I'm starving!" Ayaka was bouncing up and down now, quite happy again. At that she reached over and pulled herself close to him,giving him a passionate kiss before pulling him outside with her. "You'll eat something, right? I don't want you to get to hungry either."

Jake looked just as shocked "ah" he said as he chuckled as she started bouncing up and down "ok, ok, lets go" he said as he got up and kissed her back just as passionetly "i will eat it if im aloud to add alot of chilly power" he said smiling like a demon "and then i will defently eat it"

"Whatever you want." She said softly gently leaning against him as they continued to walk. She was happy now and admiring the engagement ring on her hand happily. "I love you." Ayaka whispered as they were walking. This time she decided it was best to be careful not to run into the road and made sure her ring stayed on. Both important things.

Jake smiled as she leaned on him "awesome" he said kissing her softly, and i love you too" he said looking at the ring and smiled "and im glad you like it" he said as he wrapped his arm and wing around her softly "and as long as i live no-one shall hurt you"

"You'll always technically be alive." She pointed out with a smile. "But what happens when I get old? I mean, well you know.. I'm Neko so- I won't look old, at least I don't think I'll look old. Maybe gray hair or something, but I'll still die. Do I come back nine times or do I just disappear?" Ayaka asked thinking about the future and wrapping her tail around him. If only she could be immortal like he was.

Jake sighed a bit as he listened to her "well... first you have to die and then go to the judging court... not a nice looking place" he said looking into her eyes "then they will look back over all the years to see what you have done, if you have ever attempted suicide or anything like that they will not let you come back" he said with a tear forming in his eyes "and i will loose you forever"

"I've never done anything like that! You've known me since I was still little. I've never even thought about it!" She exclaimed looking up at him. "I'll come back! They have to let me come back." She hugged him tightly not wanting to leave. Even though it was years from now.

Jake smiled as a tear dropped from his eyes "i know you will, i will make sure of it" he said kissing her "i will glad sell my soul for you" he said holding her close as they continued to walk "but i know it wont come to that... if i remember rightly this is your first life right?" he asked her and chuckled "it must be" he said as another tear fell

She stopped walking and wiped away the new tear in his eye frowning slight. "Yes. I think so. But I could have died really little in a previous life and not remember anything." Ayaka said softly leaning her head against him. "You're going to have to find me though. It's not like I'll magically reappear in the same place every time..."

Jake sighed as he listened to what she was saying "i will follow you no matter where you go" he said looking into her eyes "even if i have to fight my way into heaven or hell too" he said kissing her gently "i will do anything to be by your side forever" he said as he held her hand "i promise"

She nodded slightly and smiled. "Good." As they continued walking she glanced at him. "How did you die, and why in the world are you a demon? That doesn't seem logical. You're the nicest person I know." Maybe he murdered someone, or killed himself.. Not that it really mattered. She still loved him.

Jake heard her question and sniffled back a tear "well... i was in a crash, i was half asleep because my workplace woke me up at 2am in the morning" he sniffled back another one "i was on my way to work when i accidently swerved into a on coming car, the last thing i remember is the sound of the sirens blaring in the distance and the sound of people trying to bring me back, but that was it, i woke up in hell" he said trying to hold his tears back

"But you didn't mean to run into anyone. So I still don't see why you went to hell." Ayaka whispered looking over to him. He was amazing, how could anyone even think of sending him to hell? Quickly she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him sweetly. Hopefully that would keep him from crying. She hadn't meant to make him upset.

Jake nodded and tried smiling "i know... but thats why im back on earth, they have realised the mistake" he said as he kissed her back sweetly "but dont worry... its all in the past" he said hugging her tightly "lets just think about now" he said smiling a bit more

"Yeah..." She whispered softly. "It's the past. We can't change it now." At least not in a way that she had figured out yet. Maybe someday they could both be happy and normal. Then again, she kinda liked her cat ears. Maybe they could just both be Angels after she died. He was definitely good enough to be one. "Now.. Well I'm starving."

Jake giggled slightly "but i dont want to be normal, i mean... im so used to my powers and the fact i can fly is amazing" he said petting her ears "plus, your too cute as a neko to be normal... its what makes you... you" he said and kissed her "but if you wish to be a human im sure i could find something... mabey the demon spell book has a spell to change you back" he said chuckling a bit "then lets get some food" he said taking her into a fancy resturaunt
