And we are clear for take off.

I went to go see the blue angels on Saturday, WHEN IT DID NOT RAIN, and they were amazing. I really think that they should be paid extra for that. One thing, though, I would not go there with my mom again, because she was ANNOYING. If your mom is like mine, find some friends to go with.

So I wanna know:

Did you go?
Where were you?
What day?
Did you like it?

I saw them in Chicago a few years ago. They were impressive, that's for sure. I'm not a huge fan of airshows but I thought that they were pretty amazing.

I've actually never really heard of the Blue Angels before. I kind of recognize the name, but at the same time I'm not very familiar with it. I looked it up and it looks pretty interesting! :)

Oh my goodness! You've never heard of the blue angels? Their an airshow team who perform around the world. They came to Mississippi yesterday and Saturday and had like 90,000 people there just to see them. But they only went on at three o'clack after a lot of people came on, so it was a while to wait.

Seattle has a summer celebration called Seafair, which involves pirates and boats and swimming and fun times. The blue angels often come to help celebrate :) I saw them there last year and you're right- they ARE absolutely incredible. It was such a fun time!

I'll have to come to Seafair. The blue angels really come every year? You know the people on the team only stay on there for four years, right. And they are hand-picked. I bet the process must be grueling, but the feeling of actually being successful when you were picked would be awesome. I guess knowing that you're the best of the best has some merits.
