Elliot nodded in agreement, but something felt off. "Spire, would you go to that area and see what you can find?" She asked.

Spire nodded. "I'll try my best." He said, then left.

Shiki looked to her."anything wrong?",he asked.

"I'm not sure." Elliot replied.

Abby smiled comeing to a small shack."here we are... ",she said opening it up.The shack was located in the middle of no where,not to far away from a graveyard.In it was a hamic ,pillows and blankets.

Kimiko looked around."oh Abby ... why do you wish to live here?",she asked sadly."its all so ... lonely"

Abby smiled at Kimiko."and its far from the others ... its safer for them",she said flopping into the hamic and started up at the sealing.

Kimiko watched her"I'll be back Abby... I will go se how Xing is doing",she said softly.

Abby sat up."okay,but remember ,no telling ANYONE where I am ... promise?"

kimiko sighed and slowly nodded."I promise Abby .. why don't you rest okay?"

Spire was searching the skies to see what was going on in the area of the fight. Hm...looks like a beserker hit this place. He said, noting the damage. If this was the place of Abby's match, then I hate to think of what she went up against. Or what she's capable of.

Kimiko blinked spotting Spire and flew up to him."hello there"

"Who might you be?" Spire asked. He could tell from the girl's attire that she was from feudal Japan, most likely.

Kimiko smiled some."a partner spirit and who are you?",she asked happily.

"Spire, also a partner spirit." Spire replied. This girl appears to be keeping some sort of secret, he thought.

Kimiko smiled"I must be going and cheaxk in on a friend at the hospital",she said softly

That clued Spire in. "I take it the friend you're checking in on is Xing?" Spire asked. "I just came from there."

Kimiko blinked."really?well she asked me to go cheack shes not up for seeing anyone"

"And I presume you're not going to tell me where she is." Spire replied. "My shaman partner is worried about her."

Kimiko sighed," i cant she does not wish for others to find her....."

"Then I guess I have no choice but to honor that request," Spire replied. It looks like Elliot's hunch is right. This is getting really fishy, and that's not my appetite talking.

Kimiko smiled greatfully."thank you"

Spire nodded in reply, mulling everything over. It was all too odd for his taste. Abby going missing once Xing was sent to the hospital with those wounds....it didn't make sense to him.

Kimiko smiled."well im going to cheak on Xing anywase,care to join me?"

"No, thank you." Spire replied. "There's something else that I have to check up on. Thank you for the offer in any case."

Kimiko bowed and headed for the hospital.

Yukina sighed layingin on the hamic winceing inpain,butthinks as a spiritualpreshuare comes from no where and shes slamed into a wall being choked by the man from the hospital.

Spire paused as he felt a spiritual pressure nearby. A malevolent one. That doesn't seem good, he thought, changing out of spirit flame mode and soarign towards the source of the pressure. He knew that there was not much he could do as a ghost, but there was one thing he hoped to be able to do.

Abbycried out in ain as she was sent flying out of the small shack and hit a tree hitting the ground.

The man walked to her. "if you dont stayaway from the few freinds you have made,I will do this but worse,much worse",he said smirking.

Spire quickly found the source of the commotion. 'Elliot, I believe your assitance in this particular instance would be advisable.' He told his shaman partner through the link.

After a pause, Elliot replied. 'Right, on my way. Where are you?'

Spire sent her the images of the route. 'Got it. It's not too far from here--on my way.'

"Shiki, I think I've found what's happened to Abby, and it doesn't look good." Elliot said. "I'm going to check on her. Spire feels that whatever's happening to her is bad. Really bad." With that she left the hospital at a fast walk, not bothering to put her helmet on as she sped off on her motorcycle.

Shiki became worried."Yukina ,now what have you goten into

It didn't take long for Elliot to reach the warehouse Spire had shown her. The moment her hovercycle touched down on the ground, she was off and had her dagger out. "Spire, into the dagger!" She said, charging in. She placed the over-soul dagger at the base of the man's neck.

"Leave the girl alone, now, or you'll find yourself in the bad side of the afterlife."
