Abby jumped looking at the yhre starring at het." sorry did I miss something?"

"You were spacing out," Elliot said. "Your mind's on something. What's wrong?"

Abby sighed." tomorrow I have a fight with one of the dark spirits followers"

Shiki frowned." when were you going to tell us?"

"Yeah, I'm with Shiki." Elliot added.

"She just got the message a little bit ago," Xing said. "We were talking just before you showed up, Elliot."

Shiki looked to her." oh"

Abby smiled softly " don't be upset"

"I'm not," Elliot replied. "If you just got it a few minutes ago, then you couldn't tell us."

Abby smiled in relief." good"

Shiki looked to him." well be there for you"

"Definitely," Elliot replied. "And hopefully Xing won't be wearing the ducky pajamas."

"SHut up!" Xing yelped.

Abby had to giggle at that.

Shiki smiled." hey it may be a good idea, her spinet would laughing to hard to fight"

"Will you guys cut it out?" Xing asked. "Who the heck cares! They're PJs! You wear them to bed--nobody sees them anyway!"

"Unless you're bunking with two other people. Then they get to see what you sleep in." Elliot replied.

"If anything." Nala said. Elliot glared at her.

Shiki laughed.'sorry ,",he said then cotinued to eat."em this is really good"

Abby smiled."thanks!"

"Got that right," Xing said through a mouthful of home fries.

Abby blushed softly."what can i say i have a nack for cooking"

"And Xing's got a knack for eating," Elliot said. Xing shot her a look, that only made her laugh. "Come on, Xing! You're the one with the biggest appetite here!"

Shiki looked to Xing."shes got you there"

"Oh can it," Xing mumbled

Abby giggeled as she ate quitely.

The day went by peacefull,they hung out,watched movies on tv ,ate dinner,watched a few more movies,said good night To Elliot when it got late,though Abby and Shiki again pffered her a room in the house.

Abby hit the sack early to be rested for tomorrows fight. Shiki went to bed and hour after.

[The Next Day]

Abby had woken up early,made breackfeast,but ate her portion then went outsdie ,and did some training exersises to prepare for the fight.

Xing was up and about not long after, only he'd stayed in his room to read. When he heard Abby doing her training exercises, he poked his head out the open window. "Preparing for the fight?" He asked.

Abby blinked and looked up to him."yeah....theres breakfest in the kitchen for when you get hungry"

"Great," Xing replied. "How d'you think you'll fare against this guy?"
