Going to shows has been one of my favorite things to do since I was a wee little Lobsters. What shows have you been to?

- Gwar
- Lil Wayne (It was actually pretty fun. The chicks lose their shit when he raps.)
- I Wrestled A Bear Once. (That show was my first ever battlewall. I got kicked in the skull by some huge hardcore chick and was knocked unconscious. Great time!!)
- Rancid
- Flogging Molly x2
- Dead Kennedy's (Not with Jello. With the new singer. Bunch of skinheads.)
- The Misfits x2 (Hands down favorite shows.)
- The Avette Brothers x2
- NeverShoutNever/The Scene Aesthetic. (I got to play the uku with Christopher Drew from NSN. Pretty gnarly time.)

I know there's more but that's all I can think of right now.

Oh man, I've been to a LOT of concerts. I used to live not all that far from L'Amour's (I can remember the voice of the guy on the radio when announcing the shows of the week- "L'AMOURS! THE ROCK CAPITOL OF BROOKLYN!) and when I was old enough to get around on the trains I used to see a lot of matinee shows at CGGBs and Mudd Club, and free shows at Tompkin Square Park. Fastforward to the 90s; I lived in Vermont and Washington state at various moments. My bfriend of the time had gone to school with some of the guys from the jam band Phish, so we saw them a lot both in show and at their houses (the drummer had this sweet dome-home for awhile and threw fun parties!) and then when i moved to WA my apartment was actually OVER a club, so I could sneak into just about anything I wanted. Early 2000s saw me on the road w. a friend who was going thru a transient phase; I wanted to make sure she got a good home so I went with her while still paying my rent back on my room in VT. We ended up settling for awhile in Athens Georgia, which is a wall-to-wall club scene; one of the guys from the Elephant Six Company (famous for Neutral Milk Hotel, of Montreal, Olivia Tremor Control, Apples in Stereo etc.) worked up the block from us when he wasn't on the road with one of the bands.

I'm sure all that was tl;dr so since I've already dated myself I'm going to list a few bands now...
