Kurama was about to decline and say she didn't have to, but thought better of it. It would be an excuse to spend time with her.

"I would like that very much," he said instead. "Thank you."

Osanna nodded and started teaching him the letters, going through all of them with him until he could form them all on his own and recognize them all. By that time she was actually tired, and she yawned once.

Kurama absorbed the new knowledge quickly. It was kind of fascinating, in its own way. He stopped when he saw Osanna yawn.

"Come on," he said, standing up and offering her a hand. "There should be a cot inside waiting for you."

Osanna nodded and took his hand, getting to her feet and stifling another yawn. She followed him inside and quite happily laid down on the cot waiting for her.

Once Osanna was resting, Kurama quietly slipped out of the room again to let her sleep.

Osanna woke earlier than she wanted to the next morning due to the sunlight creeping in, and she rolled over to try to go back to sleep. But then she sighed and got up, brushing herself off and glancing around to see if anyone else was up.

Naomi ended up waking up fairly early as well, for the same reason. She and the sunlight didn't get along, since she burned pretty easily. She had ended up sleeping without a blanket, trying to stay at as comfortable temperature as she could.

Osanna yawned quietly as she got up, seeing that Naomi was up as well, and padded into the kitchen. She decided to make breakfast. And then see if they could go shopping or something, because she was kind of sick of her pajamas.

Naomi got up and followed her. Maybe they would be able to find something for breakfast, or someone who could point them in the right direction.

Osanna was busy bustling around the kitchen making pancakes. Because pancakes were delicious and she wanted some, dammit. She glanced over at Naomi with a smile.

"Morning," Naomi said. "I'm guessing you managed to get to sleep last night."

Osanna nodded. About five hours, she signed to Naomi before she went back to stirring the batter.

"Better than nothing," Naomi pointed out. "Need any help with that?"

Can you find some cinnamon? Osanna shot her a smile while she started to get everything else out.

"I can try," Naomi replied, starting to poke around the kitchen. She had no idea where anything was kept, but it had to be somewhere.

Osanna nodded and made sure everything else was ready, getting out plates and things before she even started cooking. It made her life easier.

Naomi finally managed to find the cinnamon and handed it to Osanna before just sitting back and watching. She wasn't all that great in the kitchen, and usually made things from pre-made mixes. It was good enough for her, at any rate.

Osanna finished making several batches of pancakes before she nodded to Naomi to signal it was ready.

Yusuke and Ed had both woken up at the smell of food and had gone to investigate.

Al had woken up a few minutes after Ed, and got lured into the kitchen as well.

"That smells really good," he commented.

Osanna nodded to the plates, indicating they should get what they wanted, while she made more batter.

"Help yourselves," Naomi translated as she grabbed a plate for herself. There was no way she was missing out on Osanna's pancakes.

Osanna made more pancakes, since she knew this batch would be gone soon, and then got her own food after she finished cooking.

Ed and Al both grabbed some before they were gone and moved out of the way again.

"These are really good," Al said to Osanna once he tried them.

Ed nodded enthusiastically, giving her a thumbs up. Osanna grinned and returned it, pleased.

Naomi grinned.

"Osanna is a wonderful cook," she said as she worked on her own pancakes.
