Osanna just grinned. Maybe we should bring them back with us sometime. Not right now, but in a few weeks maybe? Just have a giant party and I can cook.

"We could," Naomi replied. "It could be interesting, at any rate." She grinned, snickering. "Get them together with Yusuke, that would be funny."

Yes it would. I'd have to cook them their own dinner. Osanna grinned. Now that she'd thought of that, she kind of wanted to, just to see what would happen. Because they'd either get along famously or they'd hate each other.

Naomi just snickered and sat back to watch the last of the squabbles over the cobbler.

Ed and Duo ended up splitting the rest of the cobbler after Al got a slice, and then they both lounged around, looking very full and very content.

Shaking her head, Osanna got up and went to go wash the dishes and put them away.

Al got up and went to help, since he seemed to be the only one not trying to fall into a food coma.

Osanna shot him a smile, handing him a few things to dry while she washed. She hadn't expected help, but it was always nice.

Al didn't mind helping, really. Especially considering how his brother hated doing such things as dishes.

Osanna finished washing the dishes fairly quickly and helped Al put everything away before she went to go curl up in a chair, rather tired now.

Everyone seemed to be settling in and relaxing now, and Naomi sprawled across her chair again.

Ed yawned and stretched and made himself get up before everyone fell asleep there.

"Come on. There's an open room next to ours you can use."

Osanna blinked but got up to go follow the brothers.

Naomi just nodded and followed. She was more than ready to settle in for the night.

Ed showed the girls into a room and pulled out a cot for Duo before he went to go flop in bed.

Osanna was up early the next morning, sitting outside under a large tree, just relaxing. Duo was sprawled out on the grass next to her, his arms behind his head.

Naomi was settled in the shade as well, leaning against the tree. She glanced at Duo.

"I thought you'd be sunbathing or something," she commented.

"I am." Duo grinned. "This is more sunlight than I've seen in a while." He stretched out so his boots just went into the shade where Osanna was before settling down again.

He's kind of like a large black cat, huh? Osanna grinned.

He really kind of is, Naomi signed back. Grinning, she waved a hand towards Duo and sent a puff of sparking powder snow towards him.

Duo spluttered a little when it landed on him, brushing it off as quickly as he could.

"Cold, cold, too freaking cold!" He glowered at the girls, although he didn't quite manage to get all the amusement out of hs expression. "How 'bout doing that in winter time instead?"

"I don't need to in the winter," Naomi replied innocently. "It happens on its own. It's in the summer that I get miserably hot and have to do that." She grinned.

Duo rolled his eyes at her and flopped back in the grass again, relaxing. And hoping the sun would melt the little bits of ice left stuck on his clothing, and then dry him out.

Naomi rolled her eyes back and waved her fingers at him. The little bits of ice remaining obediently evaporated. Then she settled back in the shade.

Duo grinned and continued basking in the sun until Ed and Al emerged again.

Ed shook his head at them all. "Al and I got called in to see Mustang. Will you three be fine on your own?" And not cause any problems? Because of course he had to insinuate that.

"Go have fun," Naomi said, waving a hand. "I think we're good here for a while." She glanced at Duo and Osanna.

Osanna nodded, absently playing with the grass, while Duo waved lazily.

"Alright. Don't get into trouble." Ed gave them all a look. "Come on, Al."

"Right," Al said, following his brother. He had a feeling he would need to play peacekeeper at some point, anyways.

Osanna watched them leave and shook her head.

I wonder if they ever really take vacations?
