Pap- It's really funny XD My Dog also had a habit of setting off fire traps....

lol, no. You get a dog in Dragon Age, an intelligent one at that. I built mine to be more of a Tank, and for some reason that made him more prone to trying to get himself lit on fire via triggering traps set by enemies.

Zel, alright, well I am taking a break from all the numbers and starting to set up the actual thread. Once that is up, I suppose it would be alright to post, for all the characters to meet, but no battling until I get all the stats and systems posted.

Kage- Well at least you didn't run off cliffs, chased by evil cyborg dog things. Argh, that game was so funny and I can't even remember the name!

XD I do my fair share of running off cliffs, by my own folly and not. I had found out quite recently that I need new controllers for my PS2 when I tried to play Prince of Persia, because when I set the controller down, the prince started running in circles, and ended up throwing himself off a cliff. Of course, that was after he drew his sword three times, used the sands of time twice(he slow-moed one of those times...).

Cyborg dogs? do you remember any character names, or perhaps what they look like?

Running off cliffs can be fun, or.. Crashing into things with cars. I do that on purpose sometimes with race car games. And yeah, one of my controllers does that too, except they walk to the left... It's funny watching Vincent Valentine just wandering off, slowly...And running into a wall.

It's a fairly recent game, 2010. There was a Siren who could become invisible, an assasin I think and a Tank. the planet was called Pandora, and .. I can't remember anythign else except it was first person.

XD I bet. I keep meaning to find a person to borrow that from, I only got to play for about an hour.
I really love games where you can just let loose and destroy things, it's the only reason I like the Grand Theft Auto games.

Have you ever listened to the distant worlds concerts on youtube? It's all music from final fantasy played by an orchestra.

Yea, I love Vincent, and was super excited they made a game just for him, because I'm a gamer-dork XD I might have to find this game you speak of....sounds interesting.

I have heard of Distant Worlds, it's pretty awesome.

Zel- Pft, you are already better off than I am, all I have is a really old PS2, an N64 and my GameBoy SP. Ky got a GameCube for her birthday about two years ago, but we don't have many games, most of the time we just play SoulCaliber 2 or Melee.

Oh yea... we are still missing the other controller, no wonder we haven't played in a while.

And I thought I didn't know about many games.. lol We have a gamecube and a ps2. And my friend had an XBox, and a wii.. lol

Kage- Vincent is awesome! lol My theory is, his cloak controls minds, and Vincent is the only one who can keep it in check. Why? Because it moves on it's own. It's on XBOX and PS3... Have you ever played the newest FF game? The graphics are jsut awesome,and the storyline! :drool: I wish I had it.

One Winged Angel is definitely one of my favorite themes of all game-dom. I want it as a ring tone XD I already have the FF victory fanfare(like in AC, lol) and the "Bah dah dah dah!" From LoZ

Kage- I forgot to mention the cloak wants to take over the world. XD And wow, funny thing I've only ever finished FF-X, (got ALL the aeons )although I do have X-2. I just got lazy and saw the endings on youtube. The concert makes me cry, or nearly cry, every time! Poor Len and Shuyin!

Zel- I know the feeling, my friends used to talk about games that I didn't have all the time.. The I got a ps2 and was like :drool: So many great storylines with awesome graphics!

I love Shuyin's character, but the plot about Tidus being a dream that was supposed to mimic him has never made much sense to me... I stick with the theory of twin brothers, lol
Dissidia is really fun, it falls back into the basic RPG style of moving across a board, fighting battles along the way to treasure and the boss at the end. I almost always play Tidus because he's got the best maneuverability and second best speed without giving up much attack and strength.

Talking about the songs makes me want to pull out my keyboard....
