I shall go check that out.

And, it just confuses me... So I let it fly past the top of my head. XD I always had it in my mind that Yuna was Lenn's reincarnation and Tidus was Shuyin's in some weird messed up way. And that was why Yuna ended up singing with Lenn's voice about Shuyin and Tidus. lol The older style of RPG reminds me of a chess game when I do play it. lol So you're playing as yourself? XD Sorry, had to trow that in there.

Do either of you read fantasy or/and science fiction?

Lol, when I am done typing up the town description, just so we all know what is there and where. Everyone is going to have to stay in town until i get the battle system and everyone's stats worked out, but there will be plenty to do in town until then, I'll make sure.

Pap- I may as well be, I was just as energetic and awkward as a 17 year old, the character just looks completely different is all XD
I adore both Sic-Fi and Fantasy.

Zel- To many to name! I read just about anything I can get my hands on.

Kage- :eager: I just read it over and it looks so fun! While reading I kept thinking about those books where you're the hero. I thought he was older? But just by a few years. lol And yeah, I kinda knew you two look nothing alike. *turns eyes to illustration for Ti in Masquerade RPs* Which books?

Annoying live thread!

Longcat feels like crap. Allergies and a very long shift. But I am excited for this. Last time I used Nailah in an Rp/DnD she would use create water spell to knock things over... 2gal/level water gets heavy fast. :D

Konnichi wa, Cat, sorry to hear you're having a bad day, perhaps finally getting this RP going will cheer you up.
Also- Ouch, two gallons of water could knock someone out!

Pap- Nope, Tidus was 17 in FFX and I think they made him younger in Dissidia, but I can't remember. I don't think I could list all the books and series, but a few are: Apprentice Adept, Xanth, Incarnations of Immortality and Geodessey(historical fantasy) by Peirs Anthony, Pern and many more that my brain just lost track of.....

I love murder mysteries and horror. Stephen King, of course in my favorites of those.

I don't have the town description done quite yet, but I have to go get dinner started, so I'll be back in a bit.

I gave boat tours! It was a blast! I used to live in Hampton Beach so I have a general idea of the New England lay out...
Now I live near Philly/in Syracuse, depending on what I'm doing.

Kage- Ha! I love Xanth and The Incarnations! Sadly I can't find my copy of The Nightmare anymore, and that was my favorite, and one of two books that introduced me to Piers Anthony. The other one was a Tangled Skein, the book for Clotho, Atropos and... I can't remember... Have you read the Ender series by Orson Scott Card? Or anything by Anne McAffrey? Or maybe Tolkien? My favorite of his is The Hobbit. And I always thought he was like... 18 or 19. O well. XD

I like murder mysteries along the lines of Agatha Christie and Mary Higgings Clark.

Cat- That sounds like a fun job. ;D

Well that took a lot longer that I had thought it would....

Lachesis is the aspect of Fate that you're missing, she is the weaver. I did say Pern, which is an Ann McAffrey, yes? Well, she started the series, a few different authors added to Pern. I have heard of the Ender series, and actually have the first book, I just haven't gotten around to starting it.

I adore J.R.R. Tolkien! The Lord of the Rings trilogy were the first actual books I read in English, I believe I was 13. It was a struggle, but I loved it too much to not finish. If I remember correctly it took me a year to read all three.

on a random note, take a look at this, a friend sent me the link:Lyrebird
It's a bird from Australia that mimics sounds almost perfectly.

Fun job. Yes. hired for a second season. No. they only take tour guides for one season. If I could get a similar job, then I would be a happy cat. but right now I carry heavy boxes and give dogs cookies.
But yeah, I knocked a Gnoll off a cliff with that spell. It's more useful than people think.

Yes Pern is one of her series, I was thinking of her lesser known ones, like Damia, and The Ship who Sang, Pegasus in Flight... And the Acorna series, which I have all the books and will be re-reading now! XD

Taking a year to read Tolkien is understandable. More then understandable! The only other author that, in my opinion, even compares is Robert Jordan, who wrote the Wheel of Time series. He's just died last year or two years, and T.T Diana Wynne Jones has died in the past few months! T.T All my poor favorite authors!

The first series I read in english, on my own, was when I was in third grade.. Very predictably Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone.

I stared at the bird... Then read the description, then looked up and stared some more. That's so cool! And everyone thinks parrots are good ! They should hear a lyrebird! XD

Cat- How do you manage to get all those interesting jobs! They actually sound fun!
