It's very hygienic.
Eyes are really pure and clean and moist when they aren't cooked.
When you cook them, they tend to get a little dry and loose their purity.

Nope, not at all. Just put them into a plate, add salt and whatever seasonings you want, and then steam-cook them. :drool:
