Decent. I woke up about 5 hours earlier than usual and had a walk/sprint workout. All that took it out of me for the rest of the day. I took about 3 naps throughout the day. xP

i heard jacob up about 7:30. i don't know why he's up so early, not like he has to be anywhere untill noon!

Doing intervals (jog, sprint) :) I'm trying to get a better running time.

Heya. I've been doing three miles consistently. It would be great if I can get more comfortable running at a faster pace and then eventually pushing it to four miles.

Thanks! That means a lot. I have to buy new running shoes today. And yes running can be enjoyable at times... lol
