I can play the keyboard but that's it. I want to learn the guitar

I would LOVE to play guitar!! Or bass, I'm not picky... I actually have an acoustic guitar, I just never have gotten around to learning! haha

I'd like to learn both eventually, but I want to start with guitar :)

In school Wren learned to play violin, recorder, keyboard, guitar, and drums. Wren play the violin for 3 years, and still plays the piano on occasion. Wren can read music... so it's easy to learn a new instrument.

=O That's pretty cool!! I used to know how to read music and play piano in elementary school, but it's been soooo long, I don't think I can do it anymore!

Music is like a language. Wren is very good at learning languages. Currently Wren is learning to write Circular Gallifreyan. (Language from BBC TV show Doctor Who.)

Hmm, that sounds pretty awesome!! I've always wanted to learn German... haha, not as exciting. But I'm not one who easily learns languages... hell, I still struggle with English from time to time!! XDD

I have plenty of books and tapes and stuff for learning it, I just never really get around to it!! XD

I studied German for... a few weeks. At that time I had just got done with Italian and the teacher and class itself were really lax. XDD Not really much teaching, she just gave us worksheets and we had to go through them like we knew the material already. > o> Pssh~

What's tagalog?

I recall it being a language, though I forgot in which country. It's also one of those few words that I actually remember the pronunciation of, given how differently it would be pronounced as if read in English.

yup i had a busy weekend. i'm thinking of applying to some kind of summer program in case i don't get any acceptances...how are you? did you have a nice weekend?

It's always nice to have a back up plan :) I had a lovely weekend thanks. I'm getting really restless again though. I was feeling content for a couple months but now I'm back. I really want to get out and explore and things but I can't. I really wish I could go to uni in a different country but I know that's really expensive D:

you should totally apply to universities in the states ^^ you can get scholarships.

I have an aunt that lives in Toronto so I was considering applying there, I never actually thought about the states though. I might have a look though. I don't really have a lot of money, so tuition fees are the main problem for me. If I stayed in Scotland I'd get all that paid for me so I dunno D;

i would love to study abroad too but i'm funding myself. i also applied to universities in my country too.

I'd be funding myself too. Sadly I think studying abroad is just a pipe dream of mine. I'll get into enough debt in this country :/
