I have spent all night fucking writing profile descriptions and shit for my OC art request and the progress I have made is all gone.
all. fucking, gone.
ANd it's gone because i was trying to sketch out the tattoo for a character, then was just like "Wait...I have a drawing i did of her. I'll just scan it and link it!" but like the idiot i am I exited out but ended up turning off the computer since the tool bar for the program (all programs actually, and browsers and everything). I clicked the apple, then the shutdown button thinking I was exiting out of the program. Then I realized I shut down the computer. And I just searched through the goddamn history and it doens't show the page i was writing on so i can't even see if maybe the writing was still there. I was almost done with all the profiles and I fucking blew it.

I've had something like that happen to me before too (and it was a report that I had to hand in the next day in class), so now I remind myself to save my progress every once in a while.

I was editing a post.
and although the thought occurred to me, I didn't save the edit and continue. :(
I've lost work on something due to not saving before.
With this I just didn't because I was lazy, plus it was a post and I didn't expect anything to happen.

Ah. Sorry about the loss.

I think one of my worst experiences was doing a drawing on Photoshop, almost finishing it, and then the program froze and shut down.

it's really frustrating, but what can you do?
You just have to start over and hopefully you'll do better the second time.

Hey! Sorry I've not really be around the last few days... today we were out doing phone research for ideas for new phones, didn't really get anywhere though. And then I spent my 3 hours at the barn, and it was all good but now I'm sleepy and tired.
