@Leni: Ah. I haven't been through that situation, but I can imagine that being pretty difficult. I agree, I'm sure it's just devastating to see her the way she is now.

Which is why I choose not to see her the way she is now. I want to remember her like the woman she once was, not like the ill body she is now.

that has to be hard...I can totally see why you don't want to see her. I'm glad you're giving her the pain killers so she wont be in pain, though.

@Sil: Oh, yeah...that was kind of like how my grandmother was like in her final days. :( She was all bloated from the cancer and she wasn't awake anymore when I went to visit her...though I did hear that a few days prior to my visit she had woke up and said some stuff. Broke my heart to see her like that.

It was already hard on me even though I wasn't all that close to my grandmother. I shudder to think of how I'd react if it was my parents or my brother who died...I'd probably have a very difficult time trying to overcome that, if ever.

She's somewhere on the border of coma and normal deep sleep at the moment, I believe, though I would have to ask my mother to be sure.

Pretty sure. The only reason why it's not back up by now is that I know there is a risk that I will have it just back up and running then having to disappear a while because of my grandmother.
