It normally happens when they hit about 15/16 suddenly they want all pink and girly especially if they're scene kids.

Or in the case of my friend Scenemo. Not quite scene kid not quite emo kid.

Eh. -shrug- I don't see anything wrong with it. Hello Kitty and the other characters are cute; so there's appeal. And I've seen more adults that like it, but that's more because I'm not exactly hanging around teenagers. xDD
In any case, I think people should be free to enjoy what they like without it having to define them.

Cass just said she likes to smoke weed and while I don't agree with that, that's her business and I don't see her as some sort of pothead for it.

It's only some who do that, mostly the ones who I've seen who are like that wonder round with a dummy in their gob.

I've never seen anyone who identifies as scene or emo go around with dummies in their mouths. :/

I call them scenemo they have the scene hair and dress sort of scene-ish on the top then they have a tutu on mass of eyeliner with the I'm SO emo fringe and face.

They're round my area in mass.

My sister actually said "What do their parents think of them going round with a dummy that is if their parents know"

Best way to think of them is like a chocolate eclair not quite a toffee not quite a chocolate.

I think the emo screamo scenes are dying out in my town.

Even our most popular alternative/emo/goth clothing shop "Blue Banana" has closed down xD

That shop brought my old group of friends up, so it was sad to see it go.

Oh dear! I guess online is alright. I still get a catalogue sent from some goth online store but its been years since i bought anything xD

The only alternative clothing i really have now is a few band t-shirts i've bought from gigs or festivals.

Im just a jeans and t-shirt kinda gal now. With a plain hoodie or black jacket depending on weather xD

And im good, just munching on some salsa dip and crisps :D

I don't really know what I tend to wear. I'm never seen out of skinny jeans. The ones I wear most often are either red, yellow or pink. I do have two pairs of the black Criminal Damage jeans with hands on the back, but they're way too baggy. I need to get some plain black skinnies. Then there's usually a tee and a hoodie with either boots or converse. C:

Yum, I love crisps and dip. :drool: I'm just waiting for dinner (beef curry) and then I'm going to gut out my room, tidy-up, shower, revise and get to bed. Then tomorrow I can jazz up my walls. C:

My fave band tee is probably Iron Maiden, but my absolute fave's are my Bloodstock Festival shirts :P They're slightly too big but they always give me good memories of a good festival so its all good haha.


I need some more skinny jeans, my last ones split at the thigh :(
But ive got boots to wear with them and no jeans so i need to try and save some money to buy some haha.

I still have a pair of converse and doc martins somewhere but i don't wear them much these days. I guess i've grown out of the scenes haha. Unless i return to the metal festival cause its cheap and fun :D

Ive always been more of a metalhead than anything else though, so its still just jeans and a shirt, just usually a band shirt xD
