Ooh, I've only ever had them in roll form.. nice nice.

..except for mole :c that stuff is icky.
It's a chicken dish with a heavy dark sauce.

you don't have to do the LOTS of cheese... I love cheese... cheese is the best... i can eat cheese by its self... man now i wish some of my friend from here were close to me... i would love to cook and have people over... thats probably why i kinda don't like it here cuz i love having people over lol
You can bake them in layers... or you can burn your fingers and bake them in rolls... you warm up the tortillas, dip it into the red or green sauce and then put the meet in it and roll them up and then place them in a baking dish once its filled put chese on top and bake them for a little bit till cheese and tortilla are nice and soft and BAM! its done... i usually serve them with a salad.. taste so good too lol... and don't forget the SOUR CREAM!!!!!!!!!! omg... now i wants some lol
MOLE is the best... you just have to know how to do it... you can make it kinda spicey or kinda sweet or kinda bland.... mainly for people that don't like spices... but i like mine both spicy and sweet.. SOOO GOOD!
The proper way is to do them in roles... sorry to say this like this but the layers is the "white" persons way of doing it... or like i like to call it... the lazy way lol
