What did you have your tattoo done and what did you get ?

I've never done a cosplay before, I'd love to do a Rocky Horror Picture Show one though. :drool:

I'm still looking for a oriental looking dragon for my left foot. Although I might have a koi dragon done this year for my 21st.

Yeah, it can be a pain, but eh, it's the annoying side of uni. That's for sure! Sometimes I wonder why I put up with this and lately I've been questioning if I'm even on the right track and if what I'm doing is what I really want to do. :XD -sigh- Life loves to be irritating from time to time that's for sure!

Part of me wants to either major or double major in photography... But -shrug- I don't know if I want to be in school for even longer, you know? It's going to be ages till I'm even done with my current major. :XD

Edit: sorry if I disappear off. I'm half asleep and I'll probably be heading to bed soon - well maybe not bed, more like just spacing out.

That was my first tattoo. I'm wanting to get an Ed Sheeran one that I designed on my shoulder. The guy that did mine is going mobile soon, so when I can afford it he's going to come to my house and do it. C: I love tattoos. :drool:

I originally wanted a scarification tattoo but mum said why not have an inked one insted because of the healing time. So that's what I ended up going with.

@HIM: I'm too much of a wimp to get a scarification tattoo. I was surprised my wrist didn't hurt at all.

@Him: Ah. Scarification looks nice, but I wouldn't want my skin to have bumps and ridges and raised areas; so just tattoos for me. :lol:

The more fleshy parts tend not to hurt as much. I had mine done on my foot, the least fleshy place ever and the guy who owned the place pulled a face at that even though he was covered in tattoos.


Scarification never looks as good when it's compleatly healed and stopped being redish scar tissue

@HIM: The guy that did mine has tattoos everywhere too. He said his neck, tummy and trousersnake were the worst.

It depends on your pain tolernece. My friend had hers done was fine and then said she was feeling weird but because I was fine after my tattoo she thought she would be alright. Thankfully I took some hard boiled sweets with me just incase she did go weird and go splat.

I've got a pretty low pain tolerance to be honest. The guy lay me down since it was my first tattoo, just in case I fainted. Proud to say that I didn't.

That's the best way if you're left sat up if you do go it's straight down and it's a far more comfy possition to be in. The place I went they were really good the guy was talking to me all the time which makes you feel more at ease.

I didn't go to a local tattoo parlour because I know one of them doesn't ask for ID and has tattooed people who are underage without parental consent and the other one is always packed.

I knew some who had tattoos at 15 because they had to have them now right now during term time at school. My mum, if she agreed to let me have a tatoo which she still didn't agree with, would've said wait until half-term.

I spent three and a half years decided on if I should have a tattoo or not.

My mum said that it's my body so I can choose to do what I want with it. If I'm unhappy with it then it's my own fault. I left school last summer, so the fact I get piercings or tattoos is not some sort of popularity thing. I do it for me.

That's pretty much the same way my mum was but I know she would never have let me have a tattoo if she wasn't happy with the place.

Both my mum and dad have had tattoos from my guy, so they knew he was good. My mum wouldn't have stopped me. She said the only thing I can't do in her house is stretch my ears, every other body modification is fair game.

Grell cosplay is ordered. Now for the other bits.

My dad nearly got a tattoo but he got bored of waiting and wondered off.

My dad has loads of tattoos. He started off with his Hearts badge (Scottish football team) and then moved on from there. He was in his forties when he got his first.

I'm starting to hate this cosplay now DX

My parents are both adamantly against tattoos, so I don't suppose I'll be getting any any time soon. :( I'll probably get one once I've moved out of the house and get it somewhere not too obvious where they'd notice right away.
