Soooo, this was an idea that another mene user and I had. We had started it off, but she never appeared again soon after we got the rp started.. ^ ^'

Now I'm giving it a go again and hoping for better results.

Plot

The gods of old were once men and women to be loved and feared for their power. Their powers came from those that worshiped them. The love, fear and respect of the people made them stronger. In time, they grew used to the simpler life. Too used to the humans following their every command.The gods grew arrogant and turned their eyes from the lowly humans to more 'important' matters. They thought that it would be fine to just turn away from the humans for a while, thinking they were no longer needed. Humans became forgotten, and when they turned back they found that there loving devoted followers had left them. Forgotten in time and eventually, thought of only as a fable. Remembered only in stories and temples.

The gods were powerless to stop it, and by the time they realized their mistakes.. It was too late. They had forgotten that time flew differently for them. Slowly there powers were sucked from them and they became lethargic and weak, no longer able to leave their divine palaces and cast there influences on the world.

It felt like nearly an eternity for the gods to be waiting and almost powerless. They felt they had to do something to return to their former glory. But how? The answer was simple. Why not send their children down to earth and try to regain the faith? Due to their god bloodline, the children were able to travel easily between the realms, but due to their human blood they couldn't stay with the gods for very long. It seemed so easy. The decided to start small, to start with one city, a city filled with non believers to be turned into followers. Easily influenced people waiting for the taking.

New York.

The plan was set, the children chosen, everything was in place. And so the gods used the last of their powers to send their children into the world as their last hope to regain their divine might. They are now hidden between the normal humans, their new-found powers only to be used in dire emergencies. The reward for making others return in believing in the ancient gods? Joining the greater gods and taking their rightful place beside their divine parents as full fledged gods. Failure was not an option.

That's basically it. x.x I fixed it up and made it make a bit more sense. The demi-gods can be from any type of gods/goddess, not just the Greek gods.

Hm.. thinking if I should make three people. One for each classification.
But then its like, maybe it'd get to be too much.

Scade, it's actually not that bad. One person for each category is easier then three in one. You could always use one character just for keeping the story going and not really keeping them in there, ya know? :P

And I dont know what to made my second character XD

Also, I think that since we have about five(?) people now, each playing more then one character, we could proably start :) Just my opinion though :XD
