" It's possible they could be. Who ever it is, we still don't know what they are capable of. " Urahara said hoping that wasnt the case. The two names seemed familiar to him , but he couldn't place where he had heard them before.

Tatsuki hoped that wasn't the case, but didn't know either names.

" There's nothing we can do now , but I have a feeling that we might find something out soon. " Urahara said.

"I hope so," Katniss said with a small sigh.

"What exactly is Rue to you?" Ichigo asked out of curiosity.

Katniss stared at Ichigo for a few seconds before answering that Rue was like a little sister to her.

Hoshi felt bad that Katniss had lost Rue. She vowed to herself she would do what she could to help.

" Katniss-San. Do you need a place to stay? I'll gladly let you stay with Hoshi and me. " Tetsu said wanting to help.


She was walking the streets of this town hoping to find what she felt was her only family. She didn't like the feeling that there were so many Shinigami around. Saya had been looking for her clan ever since that man came to visit them a few months ago. " What ever he did to convince them to help him fight didn't work on me. Maybe I'm too weak as a Quincy. " She thought and tensed up. She hid her spiritual pressure when she felt a presence approaching and hoped she was safe.

Ishida was walking around looking for the strange energy that he felt just a few seconds ago. He knew it belonged to that of a Quincy, but for all intent and purposes, he thought he was the only one left, well besides his father, but that man didn't count.

Saya didn't know how much longer she should be out here looking. It was getting late and the ghosts seemed nervous about something. She had thought she had senesed some of her family earlier , but they had vanished before she got there. " Something isn't right here. They would have told me if they were here. I sense another Quincy close by , but I don't recognize who it is. She thought with a sigh and sat down on a bench.

Ishida saw a girl sit down on a bench. If it weren't for the fact that the girl's body language screamed depressed at him, he would have kept walking. However, since it did, he made his way over to her. Once within hearing distance, he asked if she was alright.

Saya was startled at the voice and saw a dark haired boy close to her age. "Not really." She said sadly. She felt strange talking to a stranger about why she was depressed. " I wonder if he is the one I sensed earlier?"She thought to herself.

"What's wrong?" He asked, before remembering that he hadn't introduced himself, at least not yet. "I'm sorry, where are my manners. I'm Ishida," Ishida said. 'I wonder...was she the one I sensed earlier?' he thought to himself, ready to listen if she wanted to talk.

" It's nice to meet you Ishida-San. I'm Adachi Saya. " She said with a small smile. " I was looking for some people I know and I thought I found them. But I got there too late. I've been looking for them for months. It isn't like them to be like this ad I'm wondering if its even worth it to keep looking. " She said sadly as she moved a stray piece of brown hair. She had a feeling she could trust him, though wondered why he didn't seem bothered by the presenses of the Shinigami. She didn't hate Shinigami like the others she knew. Instead , she feared them and having a good reason to.

'Hm...Adachi, Why does that name sound familiar?' he asked himself as he also replied that it was nice to meet her as well. Before Ishida could stop himself, the words started coming out of his mouth. "I'm sure that you will find them if you just keep looking. Although, perhaps I could help you as well?" he asked. However, he was also curious as to why she was a little on the tense side...unless...no, it couldn't be, could it? He would have to think about it some more, but for the time being he would ignore the suspicion of Saya-san being a Quincy. It would be nice, if there were more than just him as a Quincy.

"I hope I do. I'm getting worried that they are in danger. That would be nice thank you. I just I don't get you in trouble at all. " Saya said with a smile. " I was going to look a little bit more before I headed in for the night. " She was greatful for the help, though she didn't want to put him in danger in case the Shinigami were out and unconsciously shuddered. She didn't want them to hurt her.

"You're welcome," Ishida said before wondering if she had a place to stay for the night. "Do you have a place to sleep for the night?" He then asked her before noticing her tense lightly and unconsciously shudder. "Saya-san...this may seem like a strange question...but can you sense the shinigami?" He asked. If she answered yes, he would then ask her if she was a Quincy. If not then he would play it off as a joke.

" I do. I'm staying at motel. I do sense them. I guess you sense them too. Is it alright of I ask why you are not afraid of them?" Saya asked. She wondered if she was right about him being a Quincy.

Ishida was glad to hear that she was staying at a motel. The Quincy was worried that she didn't have a place to stay for the night. He thought about how to answer her question for a few seconds after she revealed that she could sense the shinigami. He took a slight breath in, knowing that it wouldn't hurt to ask and answer the question at the same time. "a few of my friends are shinigami...and, as the last Quincy, I need to make sure he doesn't step out of line...too much anyways," he said.

"Is that also why you're shuddering? Because you fear them as a Quincy?" He asked. He just hoped that his question didn't offend Saya.

Saya nodded." I never use to be afraid of shinigami. My dad use to work with the ones in charge of keeping our town safe from hollows. It only was till after my parents died that I started to feel afraid. " Saya said, still not sure if it was the Shinigami who had killed her parents like her new family had told her.

"Really now?" Ishida asked out of curiosity. Then again, it didn't surprise him since his grandfather tried working with the shinigami after all. "If you weren't afraid then, why are you afraid now?" Ishida asked.

" It's because my parents were killed by one. I've always been afraid if I met one , I would meet the same fate." Saya said, remembering that week had been a busy one for hollows.

"I doubt any shinigami would come after you, Saya-san," Ishida said.

" They wouldn't ?" Saya said feeling less tense. " I just hope my friends are alright. I know it was a Shinigami who visted them the night they disappeared. " Saya said remembering that night. She still was puzzled to why she wasn't affected by that sword the man had.

"Disappeared?" Ishida asked, curious as to what she meant. "Can you explain everything that happened that day?" Ishida then asked before he could think it through. "Sorry...if you don't want to tell me, then I won't pry."

" I went see them like I usually did after I was done with my school work. I saw everyone I knew in the main meeting place and I tried to find a place to stand. They had struck an alliance with a man in a cloak. I got a really bad feeling about him. It was worst feeling I ever got about a person. I knew he was a shinigami and I knew the others were upset he was there. See the Quincy's I was associated with since I moved to Tokyo really hated shinigami. I know about what happened 200 years ago to our kind, but I never hated the shinigami for what they did. My dad said both sides lost, only because they were not able to get past what differences they had. " Saya said blushing for going off topic and took a breath before continuing. " He got his Zanpaktou out said something that sounded like Shatter. That was then everyone began to calm down. I was feeling dizzy and wasn't sure what happened after that. I know everyone had gone when I finally was able to see straight. I figure I was too weak for them and they left me behind. But they usually come back after a few hours, but after a few days I was starting to get worried. at first I didn't know where to start looking, but then I remembered what my dad said about this town. He said spiritual beings seemed to be attracted here for some reason. I figured that they might be here. I'm afraid something bad is going to happen though. I don't want things to be destroyed like they want it. I only joined them hoping I could get stronger. " Saya said, knowing now it had been a bad idea to join that group.

'that sounds like Aizen's blade' Ishida thought to himself after listening to Saya. "Why do you think you aren't powerful enough?" Ishida asked, wondering why she wasn't affected by Aizen's zanpakuto. It also sounded as if someone else was wielding it and wondered just who ordered the attack.

" I don't know really. My dad only taught to be able to defend myself. I stopped training when I moved in with my aunt.I started training again recently. Though the others don't like my fighting methods. " Saya said. She wanted to improve but didn't know how.
