" For some reason young spiritually aware people are attracted to Tokyo. Possibly it's because they have the feeling they might find someone else like themselves. "First that I've heard of that, but it does makes sense and I'll let you know Megu-chan," Isshin said, using his old nickname for Megumi and promised that he would keep an eye on Saya for her. He wished her good luck as she left and hoped to meet her on friendlier terms when she came back.

Megumi grinned remembering how much she hated that nickname when she was younger, but didn't mind it now. She said goodbye and headed toward the train station . She hoped next time she would be able to see Ryūken , though had the feeling if she did see him it would be because something bad had happened to Saya. She hoped Saya would be safe and trusted those who were keeping an eye on her niece.

Hoshi got ready for bed and hoped her dad would be home soon. She wondered how things were going in Soul Society. She didn't want to fight Saya or Ishida if the Quincy were labeled as enemies. She would fight her hardest to make sure her friends were safe. She had a feeling that wouldn't happen, and hoped she was correct. She also had the feeling Ishida was keeping something from her and tried to shake that feeling as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Isshin said good bye as well before closing the door, knowing that she could take care of herself and get safely to the train station. After he closed the door, he stared at the poster of his late wife, wondering what would have happened if he married Megumi, but shook his head lightly. The past was what it was and could not be changed.

Toushiro and Tetsu waited for the other members of the Gotei 13 to appear, knowing that the Commander-Captain called for them after hearing what Tetsu had to say. Toushiro just hoped that after they all heard about the threat that were the Vandenreich and the rogue shinigami that there wouldn't be an order to hurt innocent members of the Quincy.

Tetsu told what he knew about the Vandenreich and the rouge shinigami that were helping them. He also answered the questions about the keys the best he could. He was glad he wasn't asked how he knew about this story, since he didn't want to put Travis and his family in danger.Tetsu hoped he would be able to convince the captains that normal Quincies were not a threat and were mostly willing to help if they were needed. He knew they would need all the help they could get in this fight against the Vandenreich.

Toushiro listened as well, even though he already heard about this before from Tetsu. Once Tetsu was finished, he waited to hear what the Commander-Captain said.

Tetsu was glad that it was the Vandenreich that were the ones they would be fighting. He knew this judgement would make it easier to convince normal Quincies to help, though it would be difficult for both sides to work to a compromise one this battle was over.

Toushiro let out a silent breath as he heard that they were only fighting the Vandenreich, knowing that if they had a second Quincy War like they did in the past then he would more than likely be helping his friends rather than the Gotei 13. However, now he didn't have to worry about that. He did, however, know that after the battles were over that they would have to come to a compromise with the Quincies. Perhaps he would start drinking whatever Rangiku did when, not if, that came to term.

Tetsu knew the next few weeks would be difficult and hoped it wouldn't drive him to drinking. He hoped this would all go well, but wouldn't worry about the negoitians till that day came. He was glad he wouldn't have to fight against the Gotei 13, knowing he would fight to defend his friends that were Quincies. He said his goodbyes and made his way home.

Hoshi woke up the next morning feeling less tense. She was glad her dad had made it home, but wondered what the outcome of the meeting had been. She got dressed for school after her shower and went down to eat some breakfast. She was happy that she wouldn't have to fight her friends, though knew she would have fought to defend them. She still felt the tension in the air , like something was going to happen.


Saya woke up and got ready for her first day at a new school. She was feeling a bit nervous , hoping today went well . She felt the tension in the air, and hoped today wasn't a day she would have to fight.

Tatsuki yawned as she woke up, wondering just what was in store for them today. Hopefully the Vandenreich would take today off and lick their wounds from yesterday. Even as a normal fighter, she still felt a few bruises from the fight though.

Katniss awoke with a start and grabbed her zanpakuto, instantly transforming it into her shikai phase before realizing where she was. Breathing heavily, she slowly transformed her zanpakuto back into its blade before sheathing it. 'Prim...' she thought to herself and made a silent vow to continue searching for her once all of this was over.

Hoshi made her lunch and said goodbye to her dad and left. She hoped that the Vandenreich wouldn't attack today. She wanted Saya to feel safe here and not feel like she was threatened . Hoshi knew too well how it felt to be be afraid of being captured. She sat on her normal bench and waited for her friends.

"Ready to go Ishida-san?" Saya asked. She was feeling a little nervous. Part of it was starting a new school, another reason was being afraid of being captured and the other part was if the Quincy were still safe . She hoped they wouldn't have to fight the Shinigami again.

Ichigo and Tatsuki waited for Hoshi at the intersection that they usually separated at after school ended. Seeing the raven-haired youth, Ichigo waved to her.

"Ready," Ishida responded before both headed out the door and towards school. Before leaving, however, Ishida turned around for a few seconds and locked the front door. He had a feeling that Saya was tense and reassured her that himself and the others would keep her safe and help her if she needed it.

Hoshi saw Ishida and Saya coming through the gates and gave a wave. She knew she was earlier, but she wanted them to be the first to hear the news she had from her dad. She was glad it was good news.Hoshi had her guard up in case anything bad did happen.

Saya waved back and was glad to see a familiar face. She hoped Hoshi had good news, remembering her dad was a high level shinigami.

Ishida was glad to see that Saya was relaxing lightly around both him and Hoshi. Seeing Ichigo and Tatsuki, he waved towards them as well.

" Dad told me how the meeting went last night. He said that the Vandenreich are the ones they will be fighting and will allow Quincies to help. Though he says theres a good possibility of a compromise once the fighting is over. " Hoshi said in a low voice. once everyone was close by.


Saya thought this was good news and was glad that she would be able to help. She wanted there to be an end to the animosity between the two groups. She remembered that's what the Adachi chan had been trying to do for the last 200 years.

Ichigo was glad to hear the good news although he wondered what would happen afterwards.

Hoshi didn't like it that Keigo was trying to flirt with both her and Saya. She wondered if he would ever give it a rest. She was glad when the bell rang for class and saw Saya tense up a little. She reassured her new friend that things would be alright.

Saya was looking forward to being in a classroom again. The online classes let her work ate slower pace but she liked being a part of a class. She liked if that her new friends were helping the transition easier.

Ichigo sighed at the antics of Keigo, noticing that both Hoshi and Saya were a little annoyed by his antics. He would have to talk to the young man about it.

Saya introduced herself to the class and sat down to take notes. She was glad she wasn't behind in her classes and kept up with tr notes. She felt a strong presance in the air, wondering if it was a Shingami.


Hoshi felt the presance during the lecture and thought she recognized who it was. Though she still wasnt sure. She hoped she would find out later.

Katniss was keeping a close eye on Saya, especially after reliving the nightmare that took Prim away from her. She knew that by flaring her aura as she was doing could possibly bring Hollows to her position, she was more worried about Saya-san.

Hoshi was glad it was lunch time and waited at the stair way for her friends. She hoped Saya would join them.

Saya hoped to join Ishida and her other friends for lunch. She saw Hoshi and waited for the others to arrive.

Ishida was glad for it to be lunch time and let the others head up. Seeing Saya hesitate for a few moments caused Ishida to wave her to come with him to join them up on the roof. After everything that happened he was sure that they wouldn't mind.

Saya caught up to the others and sat on the roof. She was glad they let her spend time with them, even after all that had happened . She felt something in the air and kept her guard up, though she knew it was a shinigami.

Hoshi thought she sensed Katniss nearby and was glad that it was someone she sort of knew. She hoped that she could be friends with Katniss, but wondered if she blamed her for Rue getting captured.
