Ichigo reverted back to normal, but was glad to know that his bankai couldn't be stolen. "I wonder why that is," Ichigo thought out loud.

"There's two theories I have Ichigo-san," Kisuke started to speak. Once he noticed that he had everyone's attention, he continued. "One theory is that it's because you're a Vizard and that only half of your power is related to that of a shinigami. The other theory I have...is because of you going through Getsuga. Becoming one with your sword's attack fused a small amount of Zangetsu's ability with your own. At least, that's what I think."

" Getsuga?" Katia asked. She didn't remember learning about that move when she was taught about the shinigami they would be fighting. Though there were some that she had no information on.

"You don't have any information on that?" Ichigo asked out of curiosity.

" I don't. I'm not very high ranked. Though I assume those who are know more than I do." Katia said.

"There's a ranking system?" Kisuke asked, somewhat surprised.

" Not officially, but those who are stronger get promoted quicker. I started my training when I was 5, most Vandenreich start training at that age. Though for some reason I can't do some of the techniques that I was taught." Katia said.

"What type of techniques?" Ishida asked. If he knew which techniques that were troubling her, he could potentially help her or give a reason as to why she couldn't do the technique.

" Mostly on controling and keeping my pressure stable. I have a tendency to tire if I use too much in a short period of time. That was the reason I was tired after opening the portal.

"Your spiritual pressure?" Ishida asked. If that was the case then he knew a few tips on how to increase it.

Katia nodded. She hoped she could control it better so she could help her new friends fight.

"Saya-chan and I can help you with that, if you want Katia-san," Ishida said as Saya nodded as well.

" I would like you both to help me. " Katia said with a nod.

Saya wanted to help Katia and hoped that both she and Ishida could.

"You can use this place here to train, Ishida-kun," Kisuke said, knowing that this place would hide their reiatsu.

Saya was glad they would be able to train here , not wanting to be found again by the Vandenreich. She knew they wouldn't give up trying to get her.


Hoshi wondered if she should tell someone about the dream she had the night before. She didn't want to see anything destroyed.

Ichigo noticed that Hoshi was fighting with herself, most likely about the dream that she had. He wasn't going to make her decision for him, but would help her if she asked.

Ishida was in thought, trying to remember how his grandfather taught him to raise his reiatsu.

Hoshi knew she should tell someone, but didn't know who. She would ask Ichigo for advice when she had the chance.

Yoruichi watched Katia for a few seconds before wondering if the other Vandenreich were actually looking for her. She wouldn't admit it to anyone, but she had grown a little attached to the girl.

Ishida wondered if Ichigo's great release of reiatsu would be able to help Katia. He would have to discuss it with Kisuke first though. Checking his watch, he was surprised that it had gotten this late already.

Hoshi noticed it was getting late and knew her dad would be home soon. She hoped no one would get upset if she told about her dream. She hoped she could prevent something bad from happening.

Tatsuki noticed the time after Ishida said it and realized that people should start heading home, or at least soon.

Hoshi nodded and waved goodbye to the others. " Ready to go Ichigo ? " Hoshi asked.


Saya hoped there was a way to increase Katia's power and would ask her aunt when she called later. She knew her aunt wanted to help Katia too.

"Yeah. We'll see you guys around," Ichigo said as he noticed that Hoshi had already started climbing the ladder. Once she was up and out of the room, Ichigo followed her shortly after. Soon, everyone but Ishida, Saya and Katia were inside the underground training room.

"Saya-chan, could you and Katia-san wait upstairs for me for a little bit? I want to ask Kisuke something," the male Quincy asked.

Saya nodded and went up the ladder. Katia soon followed and waited also.


" Ichigo ? Is it alright if I ask you something? " Hoshi asked. She didn't know what to do about the dream.

"Is there something I can help you with Ishida-kun?" Kisuke asked as Uryuu nodded. He asked if it was possible to use Ichigo's enormous source of reiatsu to help increase Katia's own. He knew of other ways to help increase a Quincy's reiatsu, but was curious to see if it would work.

"Sure," Ichigo replied, having a feeling that it had something to do with the dream that Hoshi had earlier.

" Should I tell someone about the dream I had? I fear if I don't , something bad will happen." Hoshi said solemnly.

"You're telling me, aren't you?" Ichigo asked rhetorically. "Sorry. Seriously though, I think you should tell Kisuke or Yoruichi, especially since you think it has something to do with the Vandenreich invading Soul Society," he responded.
