Tetsu had the feeling that the new Reiastu he felt was the one Katia called Uncle. He wanted to help Ichigo but knew his place was here to keep fighting the hollows.

Ichigo ducked under a kick before countering with one of his own, quickly swinging Zangetsu around, letting out a concentrated Getsuga as he moved. He had a few bruises and cuts from not being able to block or dodge some arrows.

Travis Carter hadn't intended for this to be happening when he was in Karakura town for the job interview. He was glad he had gotten the job and had called his wife back home. He was looking forward for his family to be here with him. He had sensed the hollows while he was looking for a house but knew that would have to wait. There had to be a reason to why so much hollow had been used and shot a round of arrows wanting to help out those who are already fighting them. He wondered if Tetsu was out there too.

( I introduced Tetsu's friend from college. I hope that's alright.

He hated to admit it, but Snow was bored. The Leader had made both himself and Coin to swear not to harm Rue while she was here. A dead piece of bait wasn't useful after all, now was it? 'ugh...so bored. Why couldn't he let one of us go out as well with those two members? he thought to himself as he wandered aimlessly in the area before coming to the Viewing room, where anyone could view whomever or whatever they wanted to see. Heading to the machine, he input the following to see what his favorite little archer was doing.

"Person. Katniss Everdreen" He said as the machine came to life, showing a picture of Katniss easily fighting against several other Hollows. 'It's a shame I can't manipulate the data here...' he thought to himself as he continued watching, noticing that she was now wearing a Hollow Mask. 'Interesting... he thought to himself. Knowing that most Vizards had a time limit for using their masks, he kept a count of time as she fought as the thought of a half truth to tell Rue was starting to form in his mind. 'I wonder what she'll think when she finds out her best friend had become a Hollow.'

Rue hated being here. She didn't blame Hoshi or Mr Matsuda for being captured knowing the Vandenreich would do anything to get what they wanted. She still held out hope that everyone was doing what they could to rescue her.

Katniss dodged another Cero, surprised that some of the big types were coming out already. Knowing that a Cero was a Hollow exclusive attack, she wondered if she could do one herself. Not knowing if she could block it like she heard that Ichigo did from Rukia, she jumped back from the energy beam.

'Is it possible?' she asked her Hollow half.

" It is. " Hatniss said. Would you like me to teach you how to do so? " She said hoping that she could have a bit more control.

'Do we even have the time to do that? If you didn't realize by now, I am fighting against Gilligans at the moment...' Katniss thought to her Hollow counterpart.

" Just do what I tell you to do! Using the double bladed technique capture the cero and fling it in the direction of those hollows. " Hatniss said.


Hoshi had never fought Gillian class hollows before and was full shikai. She could sense the others fighting too and hoped that Katia was safe.

Katia was close to Hoshi hoping to help her cousin fight these higher level hollows. Katia had trained enough to be able to fight these horrible looking monsters.

'Got it,' Katniss said, a little annoyed at how bossy her Hollow was being.

Ishida remembered fighting these Hollows and hoped that the training he put himself through was enough to deal with them than when he first accidentally summoned one.

Ichigo finally drew his mask down, hoping that the power boost would be enough to defeat Uncle.

Travis hated fighting Gillain class hollows. He hadn't fought one since he had been in college with Tetsu. He was glad that these weren't as strong as he feared.

Tetsu sensed Travis and grinned. He was glad his friend was finally able to get a job here in Japan and wondered what Ryuken would think about another Quincy in the area.

Katniss hoped this worked as she held her two blades out in front of her in a defensive position, surprised as the two blades absorbed the Cero. 'That actually worked?'

" Would I tell you something that didn't? Now fling the cero back at those hollows." Hatniss said. She kind of like being a bit bossy.

'Yes mom, whatever you say,' Katniss deadpanned to her hollow as she started to have a sneaky suspicion that she liked being bossy. Mentally shrugging her shoulders, she did what her Hollow suggested and swung her swords at the same time, unleashing the stored up Cero, killing several of them at once with their own attack.

Tetsu made his way closer to Hoshi once the hollows were getting thinner. he had the feeling this was when both Hoshi and Katia had been captured and could also sense Ryuken getting closer too.

Ishida saw that the Hollows were starting to thin and slowly made his way towards Hoshi and Katia, having a feeling that both of the girls were about to be taken.

Uncle had taken a good amount of damage from the point blank Getsuga and jumped back, an arm cradling his ribs lightly as he winced from the impact. He was fortunate that none of his ribs had broken, but they were definitely bruised as he summoned his bow to his hand. Pulling back, he quickly let several arrows go.

Hoshi kept her guard up and was glad to see Katia. She shunpoed closer so she could protect themselves in case they were taken. She was willing to do anything to prevent their capture.

Melinda made her way to where Katia and the Seer were. She was feeling very angry that there were many people close to where her targets were.

Ned was also making his way towards the traitor as well, although he was annoyed to see several people surrounding the two.

Travis was also there. He knew how much Hoshi met to Tetsu and would help his friend. He knew Tetsu would do the same for him. He was ready to fire a trapping arrow on the Vandenreich members knowing that they were more valuable alive.

Uncle scowled when he saw that the two members his brother sent to capture the traitor were not going to be able to do so. Knowing that the shinigami and traitors would want to capture the two moreso than kill them, he quickly fired several smoke arrows towards both Ichigo and the group protecting both girls before taking Ned and Melinda and escaping with them both.

" We should all head to the shop. I know that Soul Society will want to know about what just happened." Urahara said. He had wanted to capture those Vandenreich members but was happy they all were able to keep Hoshi and Katia safe.

"I agree," Ryuken said as he pushed his glasses up. He would never admit it out loud, but he was impressed with his son tonight, especially with how well he handled himself against the lowest level of the higher ranks of Hollows. He still kept his guard up and his bow out, just in case there were any remaining Hollows in the area.

( I did. My range of emotions was vast. First I was with the scene of Byakuya then at the end I was at the Vandenreich for wanting to brainwash Ichigo and with Ichigo using Blut.sorry about the emoticons but that's the best way I can describe how I felt. I still want to know who was pointing the sword at Urahara. )

Travis followed also knowing he would need to introduce himself to the others. He gave a shrug to Tetsu and had his bow ready if the Vandenreich tried to pull anything. He hoped the Vandenreich wouldn't try anything more for a while if they knew what was best for them.

Katniss saw the new Quincy, but seeing that he wasn't attacking, she decided to let him continue walking before jumping down and joining the group, ignoring Ichigo's "Hey Kat-chan."

" We should wait a little while for Captain Hitsugaya to arrive. But this will give us to meet our new ally. " Urahara said meaning Travis. He knew about Tetsu's friend but this was the first time they had met.

" I apologize if I caused any trouble with me fighting out there. I'm Travis Carter. Tetsu and I went to college together and rooms job here in Karakura town today. I'm also a Quincy and felt that I was needed out there to help. I won't let the Vandenreich cause anymore trouble than they already have." He said. He knew how some Quincy and Shinigami didn't like others fighting on their territory and hoped he hadn't caused anyone trouble.
