"I'm ready to go if you are," he said chuckling lightly as she blushed at his teasing. Once they got out of the shop, he sensed a captain as well, wondering who it was.

" Do sense that too?" Naomi asked, calming down." The Soul Soicety is probably monitering this area for any Vandenreich that might show up again. I don't want to know what will happen when dad and the others arrive on Saturday." Naomi said feeling a bit worried. She hoped she was able to avert a possible bad situation before it got out of hand.

Urahara sensed a captain arrive just a few minutes ago . He knew that another Quincy was here, but knew it was Ren Isobe's granddaughter Naomi. He would be glad to see his old friend over the weekend since it had been a long time. He would message Isshin to have Naomi to stop by later, so he could meet her. He sensed the captain get closer to the shop and was glad they had decided to ask him first.

"They're probably on edge about it, especially since they damaged Soul Society so badly," Ichigo said as he placed his hand around the badge in his pocket. However, when he sensed that the captain was heading towards Kisuke's shop, he let go of the badge in his pocket. "Well, whoever it is, isn't coming to bother us at the moment, since whoever it is is heading over to Kisuke's, most likely to talk to him first. As they were heading back home, an idle thought crossed his mind: If they were this paranoid about just Naomi coming here, what would happen when everyone else came?

" That's probably a good thing then. Grandpa and dad do trust Urahara and they want me to meet him today. I will have plenty of time to head over there after breakfast.I just don't want things to get out of hand. " Naomi said and was sad that there had been a fight there already. " Was anyone badly hurt?" She asked fearing that there had been lives lost.

"Captain Hitsugaya. Glad to see you again so soon. " Urahara said with a grin. He knew the Shinigami were on edge and didn't want them to overreact when Ren and his family arrived. He knew Ren had some important information on the Vandenreich.

"Yeah, it probably is. Why does it not surprise me that Kisuke knows Ren-jiji?" He asked, shaking his head lightly as Naomi giggled. "And I don't think you have anything to worry while over at the shop. He'd probably stop any fighting before it started or got too out of hand," he added, not knowing how many Shinigami were hurt in the attack.

"I could say the same Kisuke-san," Toushiro responded back. He had a feeling that the new presences in town were not harmful, but after the attack in Soul Society, the remaining members of the Central 46 had asked Toushiro to check in on it, just in case a second attack was starting already in the Living World. He was just glad that the invention Kisuke created, and the help that Katia gave them, were enough to limit the destruction to only a few places.

"It's good that he would." Naomi said feeling relieved." I still want to head over there. Grandpa told me some information that he wants Urahara to know. I know Grandpa will tell you when he gets the chance " She added and was glad to see the clinic in the distance.

" I'm guessing you are wondering about the new presences in town. One is Megumi Adachi, Saya Adachi's aunt. She wants to be close to her niece and keep her safe until this is over. The second one is Naomi Isobe, Ichigo's cousin. I know Isshin would tell her about Ichigo getting his powers so she can tell the rest of her family. The Isobe family is on our side and can be trusted . Ren lost his daughter Misaki because of those bastards and wants his grandson to be able to fight them. I should tell you that He , his wife Eriko , son Kenji and grandson Daisuke are all Quincies. They will be in town for Naomi's graduation and probably want to see Ichigo and his family. " Urahara said hoping this information prevented anything bad from happening to Ichigo's family.

"Perhaps after breakfast we can go and talk to him, and see just who came to pay the crazy man a visit," he said as he saw home off in the distance, knowing that all other types of business could wait.

Toushiro nodded as he listened to Kisuke, especially since he knew that Saya was the second key that the Vandenreich wanted to capture. "How is Saya-chan doing, out of curiosity," he asked, hoping that the young woman wasn't letting the events of this war effect her too badly. "Thank for the information and I'll let the others know. I'm pretty sure that crashing a graduation would not put any of us in a great light," he added a few moments later.

" Saya-chan seems to be doing pretty good dispite what is happening. Megumi says Saya having friends that care about her helps a lot. It wouldn't. I fear it would have undone the small amount of progress that's been made already. I have a feeling Naomi-chan and Ichigo will be here to see who was here. Would you like to stay and meet Naomi? Ren says she needs to overcome the fear she has of Shinigami, saying that he feels she will be helping us fight in this war." Urahara said. It wouldn't surprise him if Naomi did get the job that she was interviewing for today.

"Sounds like a good idea. I don't have to be at the hospital till 1:30. I was told that was when the director got back from lunch. I hope I get this job." Naomi said feeling hopeful.

"That's good to hear," Toushiro replied, glad to hear that Saya was doing good because of her friends. Nodding to Kisuke's question about meeting Naomi, he knew it would be better to stay around anyways, especially since Ichigo would ask what was going on sooner rather than later. Plus he would be meeting one of Ichigo's family members, and from the sound of things, actually sounded sane and would help in the battle against the Vandenreich. The fact that he could get some potential blackmail on the Orange-haired Vizard never crossed his mind once. Not at all. And everything was fine in Denial Land.

"Wait, dad didn't give you a job here?" he asked in surprise, knowing that his father sometimes complained about not having enough doctors. Although the hospital would be a better place for Naomi to work at, and if it didn't, then he was sure his father could give Naomi a job.

" It will probably be at least 40 minutes till they arrive. It's still early. Would you like some breakfast while you wait. Tessai and I are making pancakes this morning. " Urahara said. He would be helping too since Yoruichi liked pancakes. He was glad that his admission had gone well and that they still were friends.

"Actually, I signed up to one of the new national programs for young doctors. If a med student gets hired by a hospital, they can go work for a smaller office in the community. This is to help Doctors in areas like Karakura with getting more help. I do want to be a General Doctor like your dad is. It's not about the money , I just want to help the living stay healthy. " Naomi said. She was saddened that most of her classmates were in it for the money and not the service of humanity.

"I've heard about that program, and several good things about it," Ichigo said, glad to hear that his cousin was getting into the field of medicine in that particular fashion. He knew that some people just got into the medical field for the economical positioning it gave them, but was glad to hear that Naomi wasn't one of those people.

"Breakfast sounds like a wonderful idea, thank you for the offer," Toushiro replied, sensing that something was different about the ex-captain, but different in a good way.

" That's why I picked that particular one. All the other ones I felt didn't fit what I wanted to do with my career." Naomi said and was glad they had reached the clinic back in one piece. She hoped that the rest of the day was the same way.

Urahara helped out in the kitchen and could sense that Yoruichi was awake. He was going to have her help him re calabrate the cubes. He knew it wasn't too romantic to most people but knew that was sort of thing she liked to do .

Yoruichi stretched like the cat that she pretended to be after waking up in her room. She was glad that Kisuke had returned her feelings, but felt that it was still a little too soon for them to be sleeping in the same bed...just yet anyways. Smelling pancakes cooking, she smiled lightly as she got up and started a shower. After that, she would get dressed (even if she hated it) and see who their guest was

Ichigo nodded as they entered the house, hoping that all would go well later on.

Urahara was glad he was doing well at making pancakes. He did remember Naomi, but it had been years since he had seen her. He knew Yoruichi would want to be there too when she was here, but not sure if she would be in her cat form or not.


Naomi was glad that everyone liked their doughnuts and ate her two. She seemed to burn a lot of energy when she trained and hoped that she would get the chance to before her grandpa came on Saturday.

Karin and Yuzu thanked Naomi and their brother for the doughnuts, knowing that he had told her which ones to pick out. As Ichigo ate his powdered concoction, he wondered if Naomi wanted to train with her, also hoping that Saya would come train with them as well, having sensed the girl late last night.

Saya had helped her Aunt Megumi fight off hollows late last night. She hated feeling this scared of being used and hurt by the Vandenreich since she was the second key. She would ask Ichigo if she could train with them tomorrow wanting to feel useful. She didn't train yesterday, since she was unpacking her things in her new room. Saya was glad her Aunt was now working at the local hospital knowing she would be happier there.

Naomi finished her doughnuts and took a drink of coffee and hoped Ichigo wanted to train with her sometime. She wanted to see what her cousin was already capable of. She didn't know about him being Visard, not even hearing the term before. She could sense something very very faint that felt like a hollow, and was puzzled why she could sense this.

Ishida followed the spirit tag of Saya to where she and her aunt were now staying. Knocking on the door, he waited for either her or her grandmother to open the door. Having sensed the Hollow attack last night, yet too far away to be of any serious help, he also wanted to check in on them. He knew that Megumi-san could take care of herself, but had worried a little bit about Saya-chan.

Ichigo looked up at the clock and noticed that there was still a lot of time before Naomi had to be at her interview. Then again, with her looks, knowledge and skills that he knew she had, he had a feeling that she would definitely get the job. "Hey Nam-chan, feel like going for a walk?" he asked, knowing that she was feeling his reiatsu, even with the fact that he was toning it down.

Saya heard the knock on the door and could sense Ishida at the door. " Hi Ishida-San. Hope you are doing well today. " Saya said with a smile. Her grandma Kyoko was out shopping and her Aunt was at work and Saya hated to be inside all the time. She was a bit tense since she felt a strong Quincy presence in the area, but had the feeling who ever it was they could be trusted. " Would you like to come inside ?"

" Sure thing.I want to see how much this town has grown since I was last here. When I go visit Yokohama and take the train I see so much new construction. That must be a good thing right? Besides this way I can grab a flier for any open apartments. " Naomi said knowing they were on their way to Urahara's.She also wanted to have an idea of any places she could rent if she got the job, but wanted one that was close enough to both the hospital and the clinic.

"I am doing well today, especially after seeing that you're alright from the events last night," Ishida replied with a smile of his own. He was a little worried for his friend's safety and seeing her in perfectly good health eased a little weight off of his shoulders. "If you don't mind," he said as he smothered down a response that the elder Kurosaki would most likely have said.

"It probably is a good thing, unless you're an old man like he is," Ichigo jokingly said as he pointed to Isshin. He thought that it was also a good idea to look for apartments as well while they were on their walk. 'And hopefully she won't want to kill me on the spot when I tell her I'm also 1/3 part Hollow now...' he thought to himself. Waving a good bye to his family, both Naomi and Ichigo left the house.

Saya moved aside to let Ishida inside. " Would you like anything? Grandma is getting some things for dinner. She says me and Aunt Megumi are too skinny and need to eat some more. " Saya said with a giggle. " Aunt Meg doesn't think it was the Vandenreich last night that caused the hollows. She helped me with a few things as we fought together. She wants me to be able to work in a group so I can learn to improve my team skills. " Saya said.

Naomi hoped it was Ichigo that said something about the hollow she felt in his reiatsu. " I'm sorry about feeling your reiatsu. I just wanted to see if I could sense your Quincy side yet. Good new is I can, it's still faint but I have a feeling it's going to get stronger as you continue to train. " Naomi said , feeling that it would be better for her cousin to mention the hollow that she felt.

"I'm sure that group work can be arranged," Ishida replied, wisely staying silent about Saya and her aunt being too skinny. "I'm fine for right now, thank you though," he responded to her question. "The only question I have now is what caused the Hollows to gather so close to you. I thought you had mastered Reiatsu Suppressing, so that you could increase the number of arrows you could shoot," he said, curious as to who, or what, had drawn the Hollows to Saya, or one of her family members.

"It's alright, but I'm going to assume you want to know about the Hollow part?" He asked, getting a nod out of his cousin. "Well then, it's a good thing we're going to be taking the scenic route..." He said before he started explaining everything about what he knew about the Vizards.

"Morning Kisuke, morning Shiro," Yoruichi said as she headed into the kitchen. She had been surprised to see the white-haired captain for a few seconds before assuming that he had come here on orders to check out the new Quincy signatures.

" I have ,but Aunt Meg says it was because of grandma. She's able to see ghosts and other spirits but isn't a Quincy.Her and Grandpa Haruki moved here to Karakura when he retired from the post office in my old town. He was the assistant Postmaster there . Grandma was born in this area and he had promised her he would one day move here. Aunt Meg bought this house from grandma since she is getting older and this way can make sure she is kept safe and taken care of. We both worried about grandma after grandpa died. My parent's deaths hit my grandpa very hard and he died shortly afterwords of a heart attack. I'm glad to be close to grandma, knowing I can help keep her safe." Saya explained.

Naomi listened to what Ichigo was telling her and didn't judge him because he was 1/3 hollow." The Visards sound like an interesting bunch." She said when he was finished." I should warn you, once grandpa finds out he'll want to see how far he can push you. Actually, that's how he usually fights." Naomi said. She knew her grandpa Ren only did that to make sure those he loved could defend themselves from any type of attack. She saw a Realtor office and excused herself long enough to pick up one of the free fliers that they had. "Sorry about that." She said blushing a little. " But at least you have that side under control and is the reason the Vandenreich couldn't take your Bankai. Grandpa feels guilty for the things he did when he was a part of them, and has spent the years here in the Living World trying to forgive himself." Naomi said solemnly, not knowing exactly what her grandpa did while he was in the service of the Vandenreich but knew it must have been terrible to still haunt an old man.

" Morning Yoruichi."Urahara said with a smile." Captain Hitusgaya came to check on the new Quincy signatures. It's nothing to worry about. One is Megumi Adachi. She moved here to keep Saya safe and to take care of her mother Kyoko Adachi. The other one is young Naomi-chan, Ren Isobe's grandaughter and Ichigo's cousin." Urahara explained and put a plate of pancakes on the table. He sensed Ichigo and his cousin heading toward the shop,and assumed that that Ichigo would explain his hollow side to Naomi before they got here. He wondered how Ren would react to this, knowing how his old friend liked a challenge when it came to fighting.

(I wish I got this post at work....could have gotten through it then. Oh well)

Ishida listened to Saya talk, understanding as to how the Hollows had attacked the house last night. "It's a shame that I couldn't help though," he said after she finished, filing the information away for later, finding it all very interesting. "I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather dying," scowling lightly because of another person who was affected by the Vandenreich. In his mind, Saya and her family had suffered enough because of these bastards.

Ichigo was glad that Naomi didn't judge him or the other Vizards that he knew. "Trust me, they're definitely an interesting bunch of people, and I wouldn't have gained mastery over Hichigo if it wasn't for them," he said as he saw the real estate building. Knowing that Naomi was looking for an apartment as well and waited for her to get a flier. Waving off her apology, he continued heading towards Kisuke with his cousin, leveling a glare at a group of males that was staring at her as he listened to what Naomi was saying about her father, chuckling lightly, since it sounded a lot like Zaraki.

"Morning Kisuke," Yoruichi responded with a smile of her own seeing Toushiro shake his head lightly, most likely being reminded of his fuku-taichou. letting out a small bout of laughter, she sat down at the table as she heard why the chibi captain was here. "Are you sure that's the only reason Captain Hitsugaya is here? I've heard a few rumors about how he has a crush on a certain Seer," she said before taking a bite out of the pancakes. 'These are good,' she thought to herself.

Saya nodded. She missed her grandpa very much and hated that the Vandenreich had done so much to her family. "It's alright. They weren't as bad as they were on Monday. Have you felt a new Quincy presence in town? I know there's another that arrived here earlier in the week but this one arrived today. " Saya said.

Naomi noticed the males looking at her, but ignored them. She hated when that happened since she was happy with Satoshi. She hoped he would asked her to marry him someday, since the last few conversations they had talked about it a little. She knew her family loved him as their own. " I hope I can find what I'm looking for in here. I've been packing my things all week. Right now I live in a university owned apartment and all students need to be out by the end of next week. " Naomi said as they walked.

I've heard them too. We promise not to say anything Captain if they are true. " Urahara said once he had finished. He hoped Naomi could overcome her fear of Shinigami , wondering what could have caused it in the first place. He had some ideas and hoped on some of them he was wrong.

(*waves off the apology* You have nothing to apologize for Hill-chan, and let me know if you dislike that nickname. I'm sure I can stop)

"I've sensed it too, but it's more benign than malicious," Ishida replied, wondering just who it was that was here as well. There was another attack here?" Ishida asked once he heard about a different attack. Perhaps he should come around here more often and see if he could help.

Ichigo chuckled lightly as they moved away from the stares. Once they were completely out of their view, "Fanclub of yours?" Ichigo asked in a teasing manner as he saw the shop in the near distance. "Come on cuz, I'll race ya the rest of the way," he said with a small smirk, hoping that when they got there that Kisuke, Yoruichi and Toushiro could help Naomi overcome her fear of shinigami.

Yoruichi giggled lightly when Toushiro blushed as he tried denying it. "It's alright to have a crush Shiro-kun," she said after finishing her pancakes. Seeing the young captain sigh at their teasing, she started laughing lightly. "Just remember one thing if you decide to tell Hoshi-chan your feelings: Ichigo-san is very protective of his friends, and that most likely goes double for Tatsuki-chan and Hoshi-chan," she said.
