Renji gave a scowl since he had sensed a Quincy close to where he had sensed Icigo and Rukia." Your cousin? I was patrol, and wanted to make sure that it wasn't anything you couldn't handle." He said. He had been a little on edge since the last attack of the Vandenreich and didn't want anything bad to happen to Rukia or his captain

Naomi relaxed." It's alright Ichigo. Just being a careful, since grandpa told me the Vandenreich have Shinigami working for them." Naomi said. She had a feeling her grandfather had a source from inside the base that had been helping the Council work on a offensive.

"Well now you know. And surely if I can take on Bya-teme," at this he got an elbow to his side from Rukia for that comment, "then I'm sure I can take care of myself," he said before a small smirk appeared on his face. "Now run along Renji, unless you want your girlfriend here to think your slacking off on the job," he said, snickering lightly at Rukia's expression.

Renji decided not to say what he what he was going to and said good bye before silently shunpoing off. He knew Byakuya would be making an appearance here soon, but would let Ichigo find that out on his own. . He noticed something odd about Ichigo's spiritual pressure , but didn't think any thing of it.

Naomi had a feeling something was up, but didn't think much of it. She wondered if something was going to happen that she couldn't sense yet, or more shinigami would be coming later.

"You know I don't like you calling Nii-sama that Ichigo," Rukia said after her long time friend vanished. She had noticed that her brother was in the area as well, and had a feeling that he would be going to see his shunpo teacher and Kisuke in the near future.

"You okay?" Ichigo asked after Renji left.

"I'm fine. Just sense a lingering presence in the air. Nothing I'm afraid of though. " Naomi said as they arrived at the clinic. " Want me to go in first?"She asked as she sensed Ichigo's guard go up.

Yoruichi sensed Byakuya once they had finished dinner and had said goodbye to Soi-fon. Kisuke was with Hanataro and she had offered to keep an eye on the shop.

"Please," Ichigo said. He knew that Isshin would probably want to talk to Naomi as well, so it was better for him to hide behind her, and he wasn't afraid to admit it.

Byakuya stood in front of the shop as he saw Soi-fon exiting the gym. "Captain," he said in a monotonic voice.

Naomi nodded and opened the door, waving happily at both Yuzu and Karin. She couldn't wait to tell her uncle about finding a place close by.

Soi-fon nodded and went off on patrol.
Captain! It's nice for you to come visit. If you want Kisuke, he's busy helping Hanataro Yamada with training. I have a good feeling that the kid is going to do well. " Yoruichi said having a feeling Byakuya was here to see her.

"Thank you sensei, although I am actually here to see you," he said, hoping that he could get her to teach Rukia and some members of his squad Shunpo, like how she had taught him all those years ago.

Karin and Yuzu waved back to Naomi as she entered, Ichigo and Rukia coming in behind her. "Rukia-chan!" Yuzu exclaimed, happy to see the familiar female that had become like a sister to both of the Kurosaki females. Karin grinned at Rukia, glad that she was back, at least for a while.

Naomi was glad to see both Karin and Yuzu happy to see Rukia and excused herself. She went to her Uncle's office hoping he was there. She was looking forward to helping him with the clinic.

" You are? Well I'm flattered. " Yoruichi said with a grin.

Isshin heard a knocking on the office door and bid Naomi to enter. Once she did so, he grinned. "Ah, just the person I was looking for," he said.

Karin wondered if she should tell her brother how she was feeling the last couple of days. It felt as if something inside of her was trying to break free, but she didn't know exactly what it was that was trying to do so.

Byakuya let a ghost of a smile out after what his old teacher said, hoping that she would grant his request. He also knew that his lieutenant could also use the speed technique, even if he was fast enough without it.

" Those could be scary words. " Naomi said with a grin. " I did tell Ichigo a little bit about he Isobe family history today. I know grandpa will tell him more , but I wanted to give him a start. " She said, since her uncle did know about the Isobe family history.

" What would you like help with? I know that look when you are thinking about something. " Yoruichi said. She wanted to ask him about somethings that conferned her. That talk with Soi-fon had got her to thinking a little bit.

Isshin chuckled lightly at what Naomi was hinting at and grinned as well. "That's good to hear," he said, knowing that Ren would tell him more about the Isobe's family history. Of course the old man might also give him an earful as well, but if that happened, he would take it like a man.

"You know me to well sensei. I was wondering if I could have you help some members of my squad with their Shunpo technique. I know that I could teach them myself, but I thought it would be better if the Goddess of Flash was their teacher," he said. "Now then, allow me to ask you the same question sensei, what can I help you with?" He asked, with that look on her face, he knew that something was troubling her.

" I also found an apartment and will be moving in tomorrow and Ichigo and Rukia both approved of it. I assume you do have the paperwork for me to sign so the Hospital knows you approve of me working here ? That's what Director Ishida said before the interview was over. " She said with a smile. " Did email mom that I got the job and she's happy. Haven't heard from dad yet, but I know he will call once he gets the chance. " She hadn't heard from her dad since early that morning , but knew that wasn't unusual since he had a hectic schedule.

"I would gladly teach them. " She said with a smile and paused. "I have concerns about both Hoshi-chan and Katia-chan. We both know the Vandenreich will take advantage of them having an enemy in Karakura this weekend, and I know both The girls will want to fight. But I'm worried the Vandenreich will use that to capture both of them like they've tried before. Tetsu says he knows they will be safe inside his home , but knows both girls have fierce fighting spirits. I'm thinking of having a Shinigami shadow them so they can help. I just don't to accidental go against any decision the captains have already made for them, since they are both Seers. " She said.

"That's good news to hear, and yes I have the paperwork ready for you to sign. After that I can take it to Ryuken so he knows that you're working for me," Isshin said, glad for his niece. "Your parents and boyfriend are also coming to your graduation on...Saturday, I believe, right?" He asked, unsure of the date but thinking he got it right. "Also, I'm sure that your landlord is getting final things ready for your apartment, so why don't you stay here for the night? I'm sure the girls will love it if you do," he added.

"Who did you have in mind to shadow both Hoshi-san and Katia-san?" He asked. He was actually quite glad that Tetsu was able to not have Katia go into Soul Society, knowing that Kurotsuchi would try something to make sure that she became a...test subject of his, just like his daughter/lieutenant. Knowing that the girls did indeed have fierce fighting spirits, he knew that even suggesting using any Way of Binding spell would be not only uneffective, but also cruel to the both of them.

" Graduation is acctually on Sunday at 10am at the Sunflower Hotel here in Karakura. The main auditorium is hosting a conference for Biologists. Since there are only 20 of us graduating , the hotel was the best choice from what I was told. But Saturday is the day that everyone will be here. Satoshi will be here late tomorrow and staying with his sister Nagisa. Grandpa and grandma will be here at 8 am on Saturday and I sort of want us all to meet them there at the station , if that's okay with you. Mom,dad and Daisuke will be here later at 10 am that morning. " Naomi said with a smile. " Thank you so much Uncle Isshin for letting me stay here tonight. I know the girls will be very happy that I am. I'm concerned about Karin-chan. She seemed a bit troubled about something earlier. " Naomi said feeling a bit worried.


" I was thinking of Katniss-San. I know she wants to help get Rue and Jessica back, but I feel she's the best choice. Unless you can think of someone else. I know this is changing the subject a bit, but how many of the captains doubt the visions Hoshi has had ? I know you and Captain Hitsugaya don't doubt them, nor does Soi-fon. I assume that the senior captains possibly don't doubt them either. I ask this for Tetsu , since he knows how long it's been since a Seer has been in contact with Soul Society. I think he's concerned that Hoshi or Katia might begin to doubt their gifts if they learn others doubt them. I doubt it's unlikely that they will, but I know how concerned he is. " Yoruichi said.

"Sorry bout that then, at least I was close," Isshin replied with a small smile of his own after listening to Naomi correct him. "I guess that's what happens when you get as old as me," he added, chuckling lightly glad that she was willing to stay the night. "I'm sure I can get all of us wrangled up in order to meet them all again after so long, and no funny business will be used to get them there either. I'll admit it Naomi...I'm concerned about Karin-chan too, but I'm just a shinigami, not a Quincy. I know nothing about what she's going through, and I would know if she was starting to awaken her shinigami powers."

"Knowing her, she's not going to like the fact that she's stuck helping babysit Katia-san and Hoshi-san," Byakuya replied, although he did think of someone else that could potentially help. "Actually, I think there is someone that could potentially help take over for Katniss-san, or at least help her in her duties of babysitting. He's almost as fast as you, sensei," He added. "About the doubts..." he started, as he took a few minutes to think about the past events and the visions that both Seers had. "Overall out of the thirteen captains, only two don't believe they work, but that's because they're young and don't believe everything they hear," Byakuya reported, knowing that Yoruichi didn't want to hear it, but knew it was better to tell the truth.

"She's probably feeling like there's something inside her that wants to break free and doesn't know why she feels that way. I felt that way when I was about to release my powers for the first time. Grandpa has pendants for both Ichigo and Karin and a bangle for Yuzu. He feels it is still possible for Yuzu to develop some sort of powers. I know Karin will ask someone that she trusts about what's going on ." Naomi said as she was signing the paperwork. " She still could be ready to unlock her shinigami abilities too, but her Quincy side is overpowering them until they are unlocked.It's just an idea though." She said and handed the paperwork back to her uncle.

" And who would that be?" Yoruichi asked. She was a little troubled that 2 of the captains doubted the girls, but knew they would come around." I'm not too worried then about 2 captains being doubtful. They'll come around eventually." She added.

Isshin took the paperwork from Naomi with a grin as he double checked the paperwork. "Really now, he has pendants for both? That's good I suppose, though I kinda wish that Karin-chan awakened her shinigami powers first, oh well," He said, hoping that his daughter would ask Naomi about her powers soon. "Why would one power be overpowering the other? Wouldn't they be the same amount of power?" He asked.

"He was a high ranking Shinobi back when he was living, his name is Minato Namikaze," Byakuya responded, knowing that Yoruichi wasn't too concerned about the two captains not believing the Seers and their visions.

" He does. Grandpa said that he's had them ready since before Aunt Misaki died and was going to give both Ichigo and Karin them when you guys visited that summer. " She said with a sad look. She knew how her Aunt Misaki's death had saddened everyone in her family. "I'm not sure why it is overpowering the other. Unless like Ichigo, her Shinigami side needs an extra boost before it's unlocked." Naomi said, trying to make sense of all this. "I wish I could help more, but grandpa might understand this better than I do. He would be happy if you called him." Naomi said making the suggestion.

Would he be willing to shadow the girls?" Yoruichi asked. She didn't recognize the name, but if this would allow Katniss to help rescue Rue and Jessica, knowing that Katniss might not to watch the girls.

Isshin looked down as he remembered that day as well. "That makes sense...I remember when Rukia-chan helped Ichigo unlock his shinigami powers, and how he had to reclaim them," Isshin responded, making the promise to call Ren, knowing that he would most likely be able to help him understand all of it.

"I'm pretty sure he will, if I ask him," Byakuya responded.

Naomi nodded. " Is there anything else you would like me to do?" Naomi asked. She hoped that she could help Karin, understanding this was a difficult time for her cousin.

" I hope so. I have a feeling that something is going to change the course of this fight against the Vandenreich, since soon you'll know the name of their leader." Yoruichi said. She wondered if Byakuya could sense the change in Ichigo, since it seemed to be getting stronger as time progressed.

Ren Isobe had a feeling that soon this fight against the Vandenreich would be over. He had dealt with the Vandenreich in one way or another since he was a child and still felt the guilt of the crimes he felt he had committed when he was a member. He smiled at the pictures of his family and knew they would have something to celebrate when they went to Naomi's graduation. He was looking forward to seeing Isshin , Ichigo and the twins Karin and Yuzu again. He knew the girls didn't remember him or Eriko, but knew Naomi would show them the pictures that his wife had sent her.

"Help Karin-chan with her powers, when they come out seeing as Ren-san will most likely help Ichigo with his powers," Isshin said, dismissing her. Once she left, he looked through his papers, looking for Ren's number, intent to call him.

"That would be most interesting news..." Byakuya said. "Also, my sister told me something interesting. She said that she believed Kurosaki's reiatsu felt different to her. Would you happen to know why?" he asked.

Naomi knew that helping Karin was important to do and found her and the others in the living room, while Yuzu was in the living room. " You alright Karin-chan? " Naomi asked her cousin, hoping Karin would tell her.

I do know. I just hope it doesn't change what Soul Society thinks of Ichigo. You do promise not to let anyone else know for now? I assume by now Rukia knows and probably isn't bothered by it. Ichigo has unlocked his Quincy abilities and his sister Karin is close to unlocking hers as well. We all are concerned about their safety , since the Vandenreich might try to hurt Karin and Yuzu. The Vandenreich have tried before to get to Ichigo. That was why his mother had been killed, since she protected her young son from those monsters.." Yoruichi said. She knew that Ichigo leaning how to use his abilities was one thing that the Vandenreich didn't expect.

Ren heard the phone ring and picked it up. Eriko was with Kenji and his family helping them get ready for their trip. He was getting ready to train Ichigo, who he felt would do great things with his powers. " Hello Isobe residence. This is Ren speaking. " He said wondering who it could be.

"Ren-san, this is Isshin," Isshin said as he started the conversation with Misaki's father. He didn't know what was going to happen, but he had to call, especially when his children were involved.

Karin wasn't sure whether to tell Naomi about what was troubling her or not. If it was just her and Naomi, then she would since she had a feeling the older female would know what was going on, but didn't want her younger sister to worry about her.

"I promise not to let anyone know about this news, but thank you for letting me know about Kurosaki. If my sister can trust him, then I suppose...that I can too," he said. "Although if you tell anyone that I just said that I will deny it and use Senbonzakura," he added quickly. He did find it interesting that it was because of the Vandenreich that his mother was killed.

" Isshin-san. I'm glad it's you calling. I've been wondering when you would, since Naomi told me about Ichigo and Karin. How are they all doing by the way? " He asked his son-in-law. He hoped everything was alright in Karakura and was glad Naomi had messaged him about the Shinigam. He would do his best to trust them, only because they were ones his grandson trusted. He trusted those at Uraharas shop and his son in law since he considered them a part of his family. He gave a sad look to the picture of his late daughter and wondered what she would have thought of all this.

" Would like to go someplace else to talk?" Naomi asked, having the feeling Karin didn't want to worry her younger sister. She understood if Karin wasn't ready to tell her yet.

" I won't say anything to anyone . Except to Kisuke and you know he won't tell anyone what you said." Yoruichi said. She hoped that things would stay calm enough till Ren got here. " Anything else you would like to discuss ? " She asked.
