Setsuna didn't mind the nickname and was amazed at the power Tatsuki had. She had an idea, but didn't think this was the time to try it.


Hoshi struck a hollow mask and could feel the Hollows getting stronger. She knew that soon she would need to go to Bankai mode in order to effectively fight the hollows.

Ichigo shot an arrow at a Hollow before seeing his sister take out another Hollow herself. Coming to her side, he asked how she was doing.

Hoshi blocked another hollow strike and brought down the blade of Indigo Fog feeling she was getting better at fighting with her Shikai.

"Doing well Ichi-nii," Karin responded as she blocked a claw swipe with her bow. While she also wanted to train with her zanpakuto's, she knew that she wouldn't always have the time to find a safe location and exit her body. Plus, she didn't have a devise like the others. Seeing four arrow pass by, she turned to see that both her Aniki and his friend had protected her from two hollows. Thanking them, she returned to the fight, noticing that it was getting harder to hit them.

Toushiro smirked as he cut through another hollow's mask, freezing the two behind them before quickly shattering from a punch by his partner. "Thanks Asami," he said before jumping away from a tail smash.

Asami was glad she was able to get this experience in fighting hollows. She one day wanted to train for Bankai, but knew that was a ways off.


Katia hit a high level hollow with an arrow and was sensing them get much stronger. She had experience fighting Menos grands, but not Arrancar level hollows.

Ichigo kept his bow drawn and active, just like what he saw Katniss do while she was training or in a spar. While he was ready for just about anything, he scanned the surroundings, making sure that everyone was okay. He was worried about Tatsuki, especially with his Hollow involved, but he knew that she could take care of herself.

Urahara was happy with how everyone was working together and hoped this would help them. He stopped the fighting once the first session was over. He knew they all needed a rest before the second half started.

Karin was breathing lightly, but smirking all the same. "Aniki, I did it," she said. She still felt a little winded, but she wanted to continue. Though...she wanted to train the second half with using her shinigami powers.

" I was impressed with your fighting skills Naomi-San. Do you happen to know how to use the poison element?" Setsuna asked. Her father was a master of that element , while her mom was a wind user.

Naomi nodded. "Though I don't use it often in enclosed spaces like this," Naomi explained. She didn't have full mastery over it nor did she want to risk her friends breathe in the poison, even if she did have the antidote for it.

"My father is a poison user. I admit sometimes he overdid it on how strong he could make it. " Setsuna said as they rested. She liked the other woman and was glad they had met.

"Really?" Naomi asked with curiosity in her voice. While she knew that the poison element was uncommon and almost as rare as the wind element, she was surprised that she now knew that another person was able to use the element. "I'm surprised actually. I heard that it was almost as rare for a person to have a poison element as it is to have the wind element."

" It is. He's the only one in my family who knows how to use it, but my Aunt Mizuki said thier grandfather used that element. But I think the water elemen is now the only element left that needs to be discovered. " Setsuna said.

"For this next round I'm putting you in pairs. I feel that this will help in keeping each other safe. " Kisuke safe. He was tempted to put Toshiro and Hoshi in the same group , wanting the captain to finally tell the girl how he felt. He sighed since he really missed Yoruichi and hoped she was alright.

(might as well mention Rukia or Tatsuki and Ichigo...lol)

Ichigo raised an eye at this, wondering just whom Kisuke was going to pair him up with. It would be interesting to see and although he didn't like the idea of leaving his sister without back up, he had a feeling that she could take care of herself.

Urahara placed Tatsuki with Ichigo, knowing the two were good friends. He had a feeling Tatsuki had feelings for Ichigo, and didn't think Ichigo knew yet. Once he had finished getting everyone in pairs, he jumped back up on the boulder to start the round.

Tatsuki mentally grinned but quickly beat her fangirl side down so as to focus on what they were actually doing. She was also curious as to what Ichigo could do with his spiritual bow and arrows. She would have asked, but figured that she would be able to see during the training.

'Oi, shut up already Hichigo,' Ichigo complained to his Hollow side. Ever since Kisuke had paired Tatsuki up with him, not that he minded, his hollow wouldn't shut up and it was starting to get annoying.

Hoshi was happy to be on the same team as Captain Hitsugaya but knew she needed to focus on the hollows in front of them. She could tell they were a bit stronger this time and hoped she would be able to fight okay.

Toushiro smirked lightly, glad to have Hoshi as his partner for the match, knowing that she would keep focused on the task in front of her, as would he. "Ready Hoshi-chan?" he asked.

" I'm ready. " Hoshi said with a smile. She had a feeling Captain Hitsugaya wanted to tell her something, but figured he would once they were finished. She slashed a hollow that was coming toward her and dodged a claw. She knew this round was going to be much more intense and knew she would need to use her shikai moves more often.

Toushiro nodded as he heard Kisuke starting the second phase. Seeing Hoshi take out a Hollow, he smirked before taking care of his own Hollow.

Hoshi kept fighting the hollows feeling that she was getting stronger. She used her clone technique to confuse a few hollow and hope this helped her with her shikai abilities. She charged toward a hollow,and quickly dodged a tail that had been coming toward her. Hoshi had a feeling this was getting harder.

Toushiro glanced over at Hoshi and smirked lightly, glad to see that she was doing well. Quickly locking his sword with the claws of a Hollow, he noticed the tail coming from the side as well. Disengaging from the enemy, he moved to the side, dodging both blows before noticing a second hollow trying to take advantage of being behind Hoshi and quickly sent an ice dragon at it.

Hoshi sensed the ice dragon and moved to the side and slashed a hollow . She was getting good at sensing attacks and hoped she was finally strong enogh to learn more Kido. That was one thing she really wanted to learn.

(sorry, went to the movies tonight and saw Iron Man 3)

"Back to back, just like old days, hm?" he asked as he kept his bow active as he stood with Tatsuki.

Urahara was liking what he was seeing. He had placed Karin with Setsuna and Naomi with Katia and Orihime. He knew Saya was with her family and was sad that her grandmother would soon be dying. He had made a promise to Megumi to be the one to konso her mother when the time came.He ended this round and was looking forward to how everyone had done this time.
