"I highly doubt using you as bait would be a good idea. hm..." Soi-Fon said as she thought about how to use Tetsu's abilities to the fullest. Perhaps she could think of something with the help of Yoruichi-sama after interrogating their prisoner.

Toushiro noticed that Hoshi was confused about why they would need swords and answered her unasked questions. "I know that you are well-versed in swordsmanship Hoshi-chan, but practice, and training, never hurts."

" Tetsu can help me with an idea I have. I talked with a Grimm earlier today and I need a Shinigami who's met with one before to talk to him. He wants to know more about who Gin is so he can warn others about him. " Urahara said. He had messaged Ichigo a few minutes ago and was waiting for a response . He didn't want the girl's friends and family to worry about them. .

" I can do that. The only other Grimm I've met is Nick-san and I think he didn't like me very much. " Tetsu said.

" Alright." Hoshi wanted to practice more and improve since there still were things she didn't know. She would help Katia since she didn't know how her cousin would do.

"Grimm?" Tatsuki asked, confused as to what they were talking about.

"and you couldn't have told me this earlier Kisuke?" Ichigo muttered. He was okay with his female friends taking refugee in Soul Society, knowing that it was a great idea. "I wouldn't have gone too overboard..."

Victorai sighed as she waited for someone to come, it was boring just sitting here doing nothing.

" Grimms are several groups of special people, who possess powers that cause them to be able to see the true form of Wesen. For centuries they have placed it upon themselves to police and hunt the Wesen population, to protect normal humans from the unknown threat around them.Weson are creatures visible to the Grimms. They inspired many of the legends we know. The best known are the tales that the Brothers Grimm wrote in the 1800's. " Tetsu explained.

" Tetsu is right. Most Weson can't be detected by humans other than Grimm and wish to live in peace. The Grimm and Shinigami have a rocky relationship since they classify ghosts and spirits as Weson. Why they do so , I don't know but too many rogue ghosts have targeted humans over the centuries. " Urahara explained. He noticed Soi-fon and Yoruichi had left to start the interrogation .

" May we enter?" Yoruichi said to the female Arrancar. She knew this would be a tense situation.

"Is that why I haven't heard about them before now?" Tatsuki asked out of curiosity. It sounded as if they were like the Quincys of old. It would explain several things though.

"Why are you asking? You'll come in whether I say you can or not," Victorai said.

" Pretty much. According to some Quincy legends, the Grimm are a group that lost their abilities to hunt hollows but gained powers that helped them see Weson. Mosty they avoid each other. Seers avoid the Grimm too since they have been classified as Quincy allies. " Tetsu said.


" We just want to talk. That's all. " Yoruichi said. " We won't hurt you and can promise your safety. " She added.

"Alright. So we basically stay away from them and let them do their own thing?" Tatsuki asked, hoping she wasn't annoying them by her asking all of these questions.

"Whatever," Victorai said as she shrugged her shoulders, not believing them.

" For the most part. Unless they start poking in our business and we need to help them out a bit. Grimms seem to attract higher level hollows more often too." Urahara said.

" If I was lying you would have been killed by now. We need your cooperation due to Gin being in possession with a dangerous artifact. Would you know anything about it?" Yoruichi asked. If this didn't work she would let Soi-fon continue.

"Quite interesting... It's a shame that they don't want to work with us though," Tatsuki said. It seemed like they could get a lot done if they combined their efforts.

Victorai nodded, knowing that Yoruichi was telling the truth. "Okay, I believe you. But I'm not going to turn on Gin-sama just because you say he's carrying a 'dangerous artifact'" she said. "Not unless you tell me what it does."

" It is a shame. It would make things much easier and they wouldn't need to spy on those who have contact with us." Urahara said . He still wasn't happy that a Grimm wanted to use Setsuna like that .


" This artifact absorbs the souls of those it comes in contact with. Even the one who is in possession of it. It takes longer, but after a while the user becomes too confident in themselves and destroys their soul and the area around them." Yoruichi said repeating what she had heard.

"Spy? Why would they want to spy on us?" Tatsuki asked, confused.

Victorai gasped lightly at that. "Jean..." she muttered softly, the name of her Fraccion passing her lips. Sighing lightly, she began to talk. "I know of what you're talking about...it's on a chain of gold that has an eye of purple in the middle of it."

" To get answers I guess. I hope the Grimm we'll be meeting with will tell us why he wants to know about Karakura town. We don't want certain things to get out because some Grimms work for the wrong people." Urahara said.


" How long has Gin had this artifact? The longer he continues to use it the more the artifact takes over." Yoruichi says. She hated Gin, but not enough to see him get absorbed by an artifact. Though she had a feeling they would be fighting him before that happened to him.

"I see," Tatsuki said, sighing lightly. Why couldn't a race or group just be working for good or for evil? Shrugging her shoulders lightly, she felt her phone going off, signifying that she got a text message. 'Probably from Ichigo,' she thought to herself.

"A year or two, I think. I don't honestly remember," Victorai commented.

That's the last time it was seen in the living world. See it was in a warehouse and the caretaker does a yearly inventory of the contents. He was very concerned that it went missing and contacted us because of something another artifact recorded. " Yoruichi said. She was glad this was going well. " Have you used the amulet at all?" She asked.


" You're doing good Katia-chan. Just keep doing what I do. " Hoshi said as they were practicing swordsmanship. It was the basics right now but she knew soon things would get harder.

"No. My Fraccion and I haven't used the amulet at all," Victorai answered honestly.

" That's good. I wouldn't want to see anyone else get hurt by the amulet. " Yoruichi said and hoped that trust was built up enough. "Do you know if Gin used any human souls or Arrancar souls to fuel it? " She asked having heard about the missing Grimm. She had a feeling that was why the other Grimm wanted to spy on them.

"I think he used some human souls that he captured, as well as Arrancar who've failed their missions. But he promised me that he wouldn't harm me or my Fraccion, but with what you've said..." Victorai said as she muttered out the next part, "he might have killed her too..."

Katia grinned at the praise coming from her cousin. "Thanks Hoshi."

" Killed who?" Yoruichi said concered. " I have a feeling Gin may use Shinigami if he decides to look for the girls." She said turning to Soi-fon.

"I don't know, Gin-sama never told me their names. I know where his bases are though, but I want you to promise me something first," Victorai said.

" What would you like me to promise?" Yoruichi asked.


Hoshi was feeling tired after training so hard today and was glad that both she and Katia were safe. She did wonder if they would have visions while they were in Soul Society. Hoshi had a feeling she would be meeting some of the Shinigami that she had seen in her visions and was a bit nervous about that .

(sorry about taking so long to respond. Went to see "Now you see me" and it was pretty good)

"My Fraccion...her name is Jean. If she's still alive, can you save her, please?" Victorai asked.

Katia sighed lightly as the day came to an end. She was glad that she was progressing so well in such a short of time. 'I wonder if I'll have any visions tonight...' she thought to herself as she yawned lightly.

( I'm glad you liked it. I was thinking of going to that but went to After Earth instead. Didn't like it at all. Next time I'll read the reviews first. )

" I promise. " Yoruichi said. She knew that some trust had been formed between them and hoped to learn what their guests name was.

" Goodnight Katia-chan. It sounds we have a busy day tomorrow. " Hoshi said as she laid down on one of the beds in their room. She was glad they'd be together and could share the visions they had.

(interesting. I'll keep that in mind then. Also the next two Fridays will be good for me and my roommate. June 7th is Video Game Live by the NC Symphony. June 14th is Man of Steel)

"Thank you," Victorai said with a small smile.

"When we rescue this Jean person for you, what name should we tell her so that she can trust us?" Soi-Fon asked.

"Night Hoshi-chan. Sleep well," Katia said as she laid her head on the pillow, instantly falling asleep.

Jean was in hiding. She didn't want to be used an example since Victorai didn't come back. Getting out of Los Noches was difficult, since Gin-sama had guards all over. She was in the tunnels below the castle and had to get to the caves in the desert.

Hoshi dreamed of a long hall way and could feel she was nervous about meeting someone. She knew Katia was close by and wondered who they were going to meet in this vision. She woke up when the double doors in front of her opened and thought she had seen a man inside. Hoshi sat up in the dark and wondered who that man could be and would ask Captain Hitsugaya in the morning.

(I'd rather read the book version of World War Z than watching it, but I'm not a fan of Zombie movies in general *shrugs*)

"Victorai. Jean also calls me Tori-chan as well," Victorai said. "Though...I think she's in trouble now."

Katia knew that Hoshi was nearby in her vision, but she couldn't see where they were. All she recognized was the fact that they were somewhere in Soul Society as well as in a hallyway of some sort. Seeing two doors open, she saw someone appear behind them. However, she wasn't able to see who it was as she woke up.
