"I understand your fear of them, but you don't have to worry, they aren't going to harm you," Toushiro said, hoping that what he said would help abate some of their fears.

The girls nodded and felt better hearing that." When do I meet with Unohana-taicho?" Hoshi asked once breakfast was over. She liked the fourth division captain and hoped to learn more about healing. Her dad had said being able to heal was an important skill to have.

"In an hour. She has a few patients that she wanted to check on before letting them leave," Toshiro replied. "If you want, I can ask Rangiku to escort you there," he added.

" I would like that. " Hoshi said with a small smile. She liked Captain Hitsugaya's lieutenant , but didn't see her very often. Hoshi wondered what she could do to pass the time and hoped she could see more of the barracks of Squad 10 .

"I'll make sure to ask her then Hoshi-chan," Toushiro said as he went to look for his wayward lieutenant, hoping that she wasn't making a fool of herself, at least not this early.

Matsumoto still didn't want to get out of bed and face the pile of paperwork she had been avoiding. She had sensed two new presences in the barracks and wondered if they belonged to the two Seer girls Hitsugaya-taicho had agreed to protect.

Toushiro sighed lightly as she saw Rangiku still sprawled out over her bed, her nightgown barely covering her form. "Only you would miss breakfast Matsumoto, now get up," he said.

" Alright Taicho. "Matsumoto said groggily. She sat up and stretched but still felt she could sleep the morning. " Do we have guests?" She asked and wondered about the new presences she felt.

"We do. Hoshi-chan and Katia-san are here under my protection while Gin is out there doing who knows what," Toushiro responded, knowing the history she had with Gin. "While they're here, the two of them are getting training." he added before asking Matsumoto to escort Hoshi to the Fourth division for training in healing kido.

Matsumoto nodded. She at one point in her life was Gin's friend but now knew her past feelings didn't matter now. " I'll make sure Hoshi-san stays safe while I escort her. " She said. Matsumoto understood that keeping both girls safe from Gin was a priority , and would make sure that nothing bad would happen.

"Thanks Matsu," Toushiro said, not holding the past friendship his lieutenant held with Gin against her.

" I'll hurry up and get ready Taicho " Matsumoto said and stood up. She wasn't going to let anyone hurt those girls and use them for any evil plans. She had a feeling Kurotsuchi knew but he probably wasn't interested in two Seers.

"Thanks Matsu," Toushiro replied before closing the door so that she could get dressed.

Hoshi glad to see Matsumoto and gave a small smile. It had been a while since she had seen the older shinigami and was glad that someone would be there to take her to Squad 4 safely.

Matsumoto returned the smile with one of her own and gave a small wave. "Hey there Hoshi-chan, long time no see," she said.

" It has been a long time. How have you been?" Hoshi asked as they walked, hoping it was alright if she did ask that.

Katia followed Captain Hitsugaya and was a bit nervous and excited at the same time. She really wanted to learn new things that's woud help her become a better fighter.

"You know me, the usual, which includes annoying your boyfriend," Matsumori replied with a small grin. "Don't worry, I haven't told anyone," she added quickly. She may be a member of the Woman's Society, but even she wouldn't tell people about that bit of information, not without Hoshi's permission that was.

Toushiro led Katia to one of the training grounds in the area, knowing that they would be safe here. "Now then, what do you know about Reiatsu and Kido techniques?" he asked once they arrived.

Hoshi giggled a little bit smiled." Thank you for not telling anyone." She said in a low voice. Hoshi wasn't sure how others would react to her dating Captain Hitsuagaya and hoped no one did find out, though not yet at least.

"I know that Reiatsu is the physical pressure that a person’s Reiryoku creates when released . I also know that kido is spells that serve a wide variety of uses." Katia said hoping she was correct.

"Don't mention it, Matsumoto responded as she noticed that they were now in front of the hospital.

" I'll see you later. I'm really looking forward to leaning more. " Hoshi said. She wanted to be a good fighter even if she wasn't as strong as her dad or Ichigo.

"Have fun. Unohana might be considered strict by others, but she's really a nice and caring person," Matsumoto said with a grin. Once seeing Hoshi successfully go into the hospital, she started heading back to the tenth division barracks. 'Why did you align yourself with Aizen, Gin? And why are you doing this now...' she thought to herself.

Hoshi was directed to Unohana's office and knocked on the door. " I can't help feeling nervous but I need to relax. "Hoshi thought to herself as she waited.

"Come in," Unohana said as she heard the knocking on the door.

"Correct. Now unlike the Quincy who use spirit particles from outside their body to use their techniques, Shinigami use their own energy to project energy attacks. Not to dissuade you, but as far as I know, there are 100 different kidou techniques, the higher the number, the higher the damage output and difficulty."

" I'm here for training Unohana-taicho. " Hoshi said when she opened the door and entered. She also respectfully bowed , knowing they were formal in there customs here in Soul Soicety.

Katia didn't think she would learn all the moves but wasn't dissuaded. "It doesn't sound too difficult. "She said.

"Hoshi-chan, correct?" Unohana said after returning the bow with one of her own.

"The first fifty or so aren't all that hard, I agree, but the 50-70 are difficult, 80-90 are very hard and the last 10 are extremely hard to learn," Toushiro said in agreement.
