" Ichigo , I want you to attack at the barrier. Maybe even use your Quincy abilities. Also I want Karin to use her Zanpaktou attack on it to see how well Claudia can use her powers. I promise you Claudia you won't get hurt. " Kisuke said. He was glad Pete was in the living room watching old Samurai movies with Byakuya and Rukia.

"...why do I have a feeling that if Pete knew about this, he'd have our heads for this?" Ichigo asked as prepared his bow.

Hoshi grinned lightly as the date with her boyfriend ended. "Thanks Toushiro-kun, I had a great time tonight."

" Because Artie made him promise to make sure I stayed safe. " Claudia said. She got ready to defend herself with the metal in front of her and wonder I'd it had any offensive capacities.

" I'm glad you did Hoshi-chan. " Toshiro said with a small smile on his face. It was good to spend some time with his girlfriend and was glad that this relationship was working out. It meant a lot to him to see Hoshi smile.

"so an overprotective big brother. That sounds eerily familiar," Karin said, glancing at Ichigo.

"It's our job Imouto," Ichigo replied, ignoring the jab.

Hoshi grinned lightly. "What about you, did you enjoy it?" she asked.

" I don't mind really. Pete's a good guy and so is Artie. But I'm ready to see what I can do. " Claudia said.

" I had a great time also. " Toshiro said with a smile.

"Alright then, just remember you said that," Ichigo said with a chuckle as he pulled back on his bow, three arrows notched and ready to fly. "You ready?" he asked.

" Ready as I'll ever be." Claudia said. She knew she needed to keep her focus on what she wanted to protect.

"Alright," Ichigo said as he let all three arrows fly. He just hoped that her metal could defend her against them.

Claudia was able to defend herself from the arrows and could feel she was getting better at this, but still wondered if she could use the shield offensively.

"Nice. Let's see what else it can do..." Ichigo said, having a feeling that Claudia wanted to try something offensive with the shield.

" Want me to try something?" Karin asked.

"Go ahead," Claudia said, willing to try anything.

Karin gave a grin and charged toward Claudia and hoped this idea of hers worked.

Claudia reacted by putting her arms out in front of her, surprised as blunt pieces of metal came out from the shield to hit Karin. 'Well...I did want offensive, though I wonder what else I can do...' she thought.

Ichigo watched and winced lightly when his sister got hit, but he knew that it was her fault and that she wanted to test something all the same. "Sis, you okay?" he asked once Claudia called back that metal shield. "Hey Magneto, you got any other tricks you want to show us?"

" I'm okay. Didn't expect that to happen. " Karin said.

" Hey! If Pete hears you call me that I'll never hear the end of it!" Claudia said knowing that Pete was a huge comic fan. She knew he was loving the movies that Marvel had been coming out with and had dragged her and Myka to a few of them. She sent a piece of metal toward Ichigo to see what he would do.

Ichigo nodded, knowing that Karin would voice if she was hurt in any way before smirking lightly. "So I guess that if I ever want to start a prank war with you, I know how to start it," he joked. "Seriously though, if you're going to be one of my friends, you need a cool nickname," he added. He thought Magneto was a good one, but if she didn't like it then that was fine with him.

" Right about that. " Claudia said. She didn't want to get into any trouble while she was here and knew Ichigo's friend Rukia didn't like her for some reason. " I don't mind the nickname. " She added.

Ichigo chuckled at that. "Just don't call you that around Pete, got it Magneto," he said with a grin. "Now then...mind if I try something?" he asked. He was curious to see what would happen if his Getsuga Tenshou met that shield of hers, both his shikai and bankai versions.

" Don't mind at all. " Claudia said.

"Alright," Ichigo replied before taking his badge out and quickly became a shinigami. "Now then...let's have some fun."

Claudia grinned knowing this would help her gain control of her powers even more.

Ichigo smirked before quickly charging energy into his zanpakuto. "You ready?"

" Ready as ever." Claudia said with a grin and got ready to fight off any attack that Ichigo would swing at her.

"Alright Magneto, here it comes. Getsuga Tenshou!" he shouted as the wave of energy rushed towards Claudia.

Claudia brought up the metal and pushed it forward hoping that the blast of energy in front of her would move with the metal. But surprisingly it just absorbed it.
