"We can look at it once training is over. " Setsuna said since she knew the sooner they started the better.

"Now that's just being cruel..." Claudia commented.

" No, it teaches patience. " Setsuna said. It was how her father had trained her and she felt it was always best to do the work before the fun.

"If you say so," Claudia said with a sigh. Though Setsuna did have a point...

Setsuna finished her second doughnut and relaxed a bit. It was never good to train while a person was tense.

Claudia figured that it was best to start training relaxed rather than all tense, especially since she had a long day ahead of her.

" Ready to begin?" Setsuna asked and hoped Kisuke did install stairs to the training area.

"Ready," Claudia said.

Setsuna clenched the pendant on her wrist in her hand as they made their way down the stairs, since it helped her focus on what she would be doing and not the feeling in the air.

Claudia waited at the bottom of the stairs, wondering what Setsuna was going to teach her today.

" Now I understand that you need to be able to control your abilities. I understand how that can be and it isn't an easy road. But first show me what you are able to do." Setsuna said.

"Gotcha," Claudia said as she channeled her powers, a dome of metal appearing around her.

" What I'm going to do is to try and help you keep each level of your power steady while I shoot arrows at you." Setsuna said and drew her wind bow toward Claudia.

"Each level of my power?" Claudia asked, confused.

Every persons power has different levels. This is a basic arrow. And this one is the highest I can shoot. " Setsusa said and shot off two wind arrows to demonstrate. " From what I can observe you are using the basic power level of your abilities. The stronger you get the better you can control them. " She added.

"I see...Kisuke told me something similar about a...death god's sword and how it has two states," Claudia responded.

" Exactly. I have a feeling as you get stronger , your own power will change its form." Setsuna said. " See I'm what's called a Quincy and sometimes the shape of our bow can change as we get stronger." She added. Setsuna wondered how many old Quincy artifacts were in that Warehouse and knew they would be safer there and knew that Grimm key would be safer in a place like that. .

"Interesting..." Claudia said. "Though I'm curious as to what will happen then..."

" Me too. Now be prepared. I won't be too easy on you. " Setsuna said and got her bow ready to fire.

Claudia nodded as she got ready for anything, waiting for Setsuna to let the arrow fly.

Setsuna let the wind arrow fly and wanted to see how Claudia would react this these shots.

Claudia could feel that the arrow was coming towards her and focused on the metallic properties of the arrow. She wanted to try something, and instead of destroying it, she wanted to try catching it before sending it back.

Setsuna got ready to block the arrow and was impressed with what Claudia could do. She had a feeling that Claudia would be able to control her power as they continued.

Claudia grinned lightly, glad that her idea worked.

" Good job." Setsuna said and then fired a slightly stronger arrow toward Claudia.
