"Maybe it's fate?" Katia asked with a shrug.

" Maybe it is. " Hoshi said hoping one day Katia would find the person she was intended for.

Katia shrugged lightly as she got up, wondering if they should talk to their captain about what they saw in their visions.

" I'm thinking we should tell Captain Ukitake about our visions." Hoshi said and hoped this was the right course of action.

(Not sure about from canon ^^;;)

"agreed," Katia replied. She knew that they had to be ready for the battle ahead.

" We should get ready. I feel the sooner we tell someone the better. " Hoshi said.

"Good idea," Katia said as she got out of the bed. "Do you want the shower first or can I take it?" she asked.

" You can go first." Hoshi said with a smile.

(sorry to hear about your Lions today.)

"Thanks cousin," Katia said before getting out of the bed and headed into the bathroom. Soon after, sounds of water hitting the floor soon fell throughout the room.

Soji Kimura was feeling tense. He had been a Shinigami for a while but this was his first Squad transfer. He had been in Squad 7 but after fighting bravely in a battle he was promoted from 5th seat to 4th seat. Though the only opening was in Squad 13. He didn't like the tense feeling in the air and knew a battle would begin soon.

(And my Dallas Cowboys got a sloppy win against the G-men again)

Katia finished her shower and dried off before getting dressed. Getting out of the bathroom, she notified that the shower was free. She also had a feeling that she would be meeting someone soon, though she wasn't sure what it would mean.

( I have a feeling the Lions aren't going to win on Thursday. :(. Though they could pull a miracle if they really wanted to. )


Hoshi got in the shower and hoped Katia would meet the person she was intended for. Though she wasn't sure if it was going to be today or sometime in the recent future.

Katia headed out the room, looking for their captain. She wanted him to know as soon as possible that there could be a battle starting today. Seeing a new person who looked lost, she headed towards him.

Soji saw the young woman and gave a smile. " Hello. " He said and hoped she knew where Captain Ukitake's office was located.

"Morning," Katia replied. "You look lost...are you looking for Taichou's office?" she asked. She was actually surprised at how handsome he looked and hid a light blush.

" I am. I feel silly for getting lost on my first day. Could you please show me where his office is?" Soji asked with a smile. He thought this girl was quite lovely and blushed a bit when she did. His parents wanted him to marry but none of the women they had picked out had caught his eye.

"Sure. Follow me," Katia said as she led the new shinigami through the halls. "If you don't me asking, did you transfer to this division?" she asked.

" I did. I was in Squad 7 and just got promoted. I do apologize for being rude. I'm Soji Kimura. ' He said with a smile.

"Congratulations," Katia said, returning his smile with one of her own. "And it's nice to meet you Souji-san. I'm Matsuda Katia," she added.

" It's nice to meet you Katia-San. How long have you been a Shinigami here?" Soji asked and could sense something different about Katia. He didn't know what she was but had a feeling she still had a spiritual power.

"She's been here for a few months now, but has been a shinigami for longer than that," Ukitake said. "And you must be Souji-kun. Komamura-kun has told me about you," he said from behind.

" Ukitake-Taicho. It is good to finally meet you. He has?" Soji said turning around. He blushed a little bit since he had been surprised.

"He has," Ukitake said before coughing lightly.

Soji knew about Captain Ukitake's illness and understood that some days he wasn't available. " It was very nice meeting you Katia-San. " Soji said.
