Yuzu nodded as she pulled the string back once more, wincing lightly as the string cut into the skin of her fingers. Focusing past the pain, Yuzu let the arrow fly, hitting the skill mask of the Hollow before going straight through it. With that, there was a small grin on Yuzu's face as she had just defeated her first Hollow.

" Wonderful job!" Isshin said and was happy for his youngest. He had a feeling now that her Quincy side was unlocked , her Shinigami side was soon to follow.

"Thanks papa," Yuzu replied with a smile.

" You are welcome. " Isshin said and wished Misaki was here to see their children both as Shinigami and Quincies.

Karin ducked under a hollow before using her Quincy Bow to shoot at it and the Hollow behind it, wondering how Yuzu was doing.

Hoshi hoped Yuzu was doing well and could feel she was getting stronger by using the new technique she was learning.

Tatsuki had a feeling that Yuzu was doing well, but could only hope that was the case. As of right now, she was using the new fire move that Ryuuenjin showed her, surprised that fire could get that cold.

" Okay ! Let's take a break. " Kisuke said knowing it would be best for everyone to eat lunch now.

Ichigo sighed lightly before letting Zangetsu shift back into it's dormant state.

Hoshi did the same to Indigo Fog and was glad to have been able to learn a new move. Though it would be a while till she mastered it .

Karin saw Yuzu panting lightly and made her way over to her younger sister. "Yuzu-nee, are you alright?" she asked

" Tired. Not used to this. " Yuzu said panting and was ready to rest a little.

"That's because it's your first time. You aren't use to using these powers like we are. Give it time, trust me," Karin replied.

Yuzu nodded. " I do hope so. " She said.

"Trust me, you will. I'm talking from experience here sis"

" Alright. " Yuzu said with a smile giving her twin and older sister a hug.

Karin returned the hug and smile as well. "Come on sis, we should get some food. Using reiyoku like that for the first time uses a lot of energy," she said. and with both of them being shinigami AND Quincies...Yuzu would be burning through a lot of energy in the coming days.

" Sounds like a good idea. " Yuzu said and headed to where the food was.

"Of course it's a good idea, I said it," Karin said with a light laugh before following her twin sister to where the food was.

" You all did well during training. " Tetsu said and was glad there were sandwiches as well as sushi for lunch.

"Thank you Tetsu," Karin and Yuzu said as they saw the sandwiches, both grabbing two sandwiches, one turkey and one ham.

" Yes thank you. " Saya said and started her sushi. She was ready to regain her strength as a Shinigami and happy that Soji was helping her.

Soji grinned as he watched his sister and her friends regain their strength, glad to be of any help that he could be for Ichigo, Saya and all the others.

" Now that you all have passed phase one of the training, I'm going to start you on phase two. " Kisuke said.

"Phase two?" Tatsuki asked, curious as to what else they were going to be doing after their lunch break.
