"It isn't that Star-chan. I understand Hitsugaya's reasoning but what I'm annoyed at is being taken off the battlefield before the battle is over. I'm not injured or anything...I just want to help Ichigo fight," was all that the dragon wielding girl said.

"Sorry to disappoint you Aizen, but Hoshi-chan is far out of your grasp. Why do you even want Hoshi?" He asked, knowing that there had to be a reason behind Aizen wanting his friend at any cost.

". I need both of her abilities to finish my plan. You probably already know what I'll do with her reiatsu abilities , but I doubt anyone knows about what I plan to do with her Seer side. I plan to use Hoshi to reshape the realms in to what I deem fit. Seers are nothing more than pets, both to humans and their extinct allies. " He knew that he would have a difficult time defeating Ichigo,

"A pet?! Is that all she is to you Aizen?!" Ichigo shouted in a mixture of his normal voice and that of his Hollow's, both getting annoyed at this man in front of him. Hichigo knew that he couldn't participate after Ichigo completed the training for the Final Getsuga, but he wasn't just going to let that comment slide.

" I would treat her better than Soul Society would if they ever found out the full extent of Seer powers . Then Seers would just end up like their allies." Aizen said knowing this would upset Ichigo. The sooner this fight ended the better. He didn't want Hoshi to meet any more Shinigami than she already had. That would make things difficult for him to get to her.

Hoshi suddenly felt a few very strong presences approach. One she recognized as Histugaya-taichou's but the others were unfamiliar to her. She had tried to figure out why Ichigo had told Urahara to bring Tatsuki back. It didn't make sense that he would do that unless it had to do with the dream she had during the time she slept . She was feeling tired again and laid down on the ground to sleep.

What Aizen said pissed Ichigo off and he quickly sent a wave of power at him. "I know what you're trying to do Aizen...and it isn't working." Ichigo said as he gathered some energy around Zangetsu, sighing lightly as to what was going to happen. "Enough of your talk...I grow weary of it." He said as a Getsuga formed around his sword.

"Are you going to throw another one of your attacks at me Kurosaki Ichigo?! Don't make me laugh," Aizen said with amusement in his voice. This was what Urahara had waited for? Kurosaki Ichigo to come at him in a normal way of attacking...how sad, and pitiful.

"No. This Getsuga is the last one you'll see. The Final Getsuga Tenshou" Ichigo said as he let it lose around himself, the energy wrapping around his form before he merged with it, his short orange hair lengthening and becoming pitch black, the rags of his shinigami outfit traded in for bandages that wrapped around his body in a mummified wave. Once the transformation was complete, the leftover energy spread out forcibly. "This...is your end." Ichigo said in a voice that broke no arguments.

Aizen was impressed at this development. Aizen got ready for this fight, even if he did lose there would be others that would carry out their agenda's against Soul Society. He got ready for what would happen next.

Hoshi woke up and sat up quickly. She had that dream again. She hoped Ichigo would be alright .

Ichigo flew towards Aizen, a blade of black energy forming around his arm as he attacked Aizen.

Aizen was having difficulty fighting back. How could it be possible that he would be defeated since he felt he was invincible throughout the fighting. Aizen fell to the ground and knew he would be finished now.

Ichigo stared down at the defeated Aizen and formed one last Getsuga. This attack would be for everything that Hoshi and her father had to deal with because of him, letting it lose across the spine of Aizen's back.

Aizen was killed as soon as the Getsuga had hit him . The things he had done to so many had been avenged .

Urahara knew that Aizen was dead. He had told Isshin to head to the shop to tell those there. He needed to bring Ichigo back since he was losing power quickly.He Shunpoed in the direction Ichigo was .

18 months later

It had been 18 months after the defeat of Aizen. Things had changed a lot since then. Her dad was more relaxed than he use to be, but was still protective of Hoshi . She woke up on Monday morning , which was the beginning of her Senior year of high school. She and Tatsuki had both had been doing the job of killing hollows , with help occasionally with Ishida.Hoshi also had been learning to use her Reiastu abilities .She knew Orihime and Chad had gotten stronger over these months too. The friends had promised to help keep Ichigo safe until he regained his abilities .

She got ready and brushed her hair which was almost to her shoulders. She put on her emerald colored pendant with a feeling of sadness. She felt terrible that Ichigo had lost his abilities but she knew she could help him regain them . She got dressed in her uniform and grabbed her school bag , putting her lunch in when she stopped in the kitchen. Tetsu had left earlier for work. She headed out the door and locked it, before heading off to school

Ichigo rolled out of bed after hearing the alarm clock going off near his head, slamming a hand down on it groggily. He had gotten used to it when he was a shinigami. A few weeks after using the Final Getsuga Tenshou, he realized that he could no longer hear the snores that came from the lion, which made him buy the alarm clock. He slowly got up and did his usual morning routine before getting out the door, turning to lock it.

Looking toward the vase of flowers that he placed for the ghost girl about one year ago stood there, he sighed, wishing that he could sense them again before heading towards school, placing another false smile on his face.

Hoshi arrived at the school and sat on a bench near the gate to wait for her friends. She missed seeing Rukia there and often wondered how her friend was doing. She hadn't seen her in 18 months , the day Ichigo's powers had left him. She knew he was miserable without them. She saw him and the others arrive and waved.

Ichigo saw Hoshi waving and waved back before heading over towards her. "Hey Star-chan," he said, noticing her frown lightly due to the fake smile that he was putting up for the sake of the others. Then again, only his true friends were able to see through the fake smile that he was putting on in order to fool the other people around him. He then counted to five slowly before elbowing Keigo who always made an attempt to try and seduce her with his "manly" looks and sighed lightly. "Guess some things will never change, ne?" he asked.

Hoshi blushed when Keigo flirted with her." I guess not . You would think after all this time he would give up. " Hoshi said with a small giggle."Dad still can't believe I'm a senior this year. Ready to head to class? "Hoshi said as the bell rang. She saw Orihime and Tatsuki enter the gate and she waved at them. She would miss seeing her friends when they went their separate ways after graduation.

"Really now? He still can't believe you're a senior? I remember him having the same reaction to you being a Junior last year," he said, teasing Hoshi. "Still, an overprotective father like yours is better than the perverted one I got," he started saying before hearing the bell off in the distance and Hoshi's question.

"As ready as I can be," he said feeling normal...and feeling normal sucked.

" Nope he can't . He's just being himself. I don't want to even think how he'll react when I go to college. " Hoshi laughed as they went to the gymnasium .She wished she could help Ichigo sooner. Ichigo didn't even know that she was learning to restore his abilities. They first went to orientation and were welcomed by the principal. There were a few more speeches and then they went to class. It was good that the friends were still in the same class together Hoshi sat down at a desk by the window. The teacher welcomed them and and went over the schedule that they would have this semester and handed out the books.

The morning went by quickly and then it was time for lunch.

Ichigo chuckled at Hoshi, the image of Tetsu fretting over his little girl when she went away to college for the first time. He pretended to listen to the orientation, since it was the same thing as last year's Orientation, only updated with different jokes. Ichigo was glad to note that they were altogether still. It would, however, pain him to see them leave at sudden times, knowing that they would be out doing what he couldn't do.

Hoshi got her lunch out of her bag once the bell rang. She wanted to talk to Tatsuki about something that had been bothering her lately.She hoped her friend wasn't mad at her. She waited outside the class room and waited for the others to meet her.

Tatsuki got her lunch out of her bag before standing up and heading out of the room. She noticed that Hoshi was there waiting for her, as was Orihime, Ichigo and the others.

" Tatsu I need to talk to you about something .Please don't be mad at me." Hoshi quietly said as the others headed up to the to the roof. Hoshi felt guilty about not being there as often to kill Hollows at night. Her Seer powers were still growing and it scared her that they were .

"oh? You can tell me anything Star," Tatsuki replied in the same tone that Hoshi used as they headed up the stairs to the roof.

" I think my Seer abilities are getting stronger again. I use to be able to wake up during the dreams but I can't as easily anymore. I'm worried that I won't be able to respond to any Hollow attacks. Dad knows about this and said not to worry about it." Hoshi said quietly as they reached the roof.

"I see. Just to make sure, I'm going to be on Hollow Patrol by myself?" She asked, not mad at Hoshi or anything, but just wanted to clarify what Hoshi was saying.
