Hallibel strengthened her attack and gave it all she had. " Any last words?" She said with a sneer.

"Yeah. Bankai!" he shouted. as wings and a tail of ice formed around him.

Hallibel used a cero hoping to stun Hitsugaya and not hurt him. She just wanted a bit of strain with his little Seer.

Toushiro was glad that he had perfected his bankai and used it's wings to lift him up and above the cero blast, letting the house's barrier absorb the shot.

Halibel wasn't expecting Hitsugaya to be this good and was getting irritated with Kusaka and his false information. She would do what he asked this time, but next time things would be very different." Let's end this for good!" She yelled and put full power behind her attack hoping this was her chance for victory.

"Yes, let's!" he shouted as he channeled reiatsu into his wings and sword, getting ready to use one of his new techniques, one that Rukia actually gave him the idea for.

Halibel was confident and let go a cero at the same time she was using her sword. This was going to be the final attack even if she died trying.

Toushiro could feel that she was putting all of her power into this last attack of hers, and as such, he did the same. Though he just hoped that it would be enough...

" This is the end!" Hallibel shouted and knew this would work. She didn't want to kill him, since Kusaka would kill her.

"That it is!" he shouted before thrusting his sword forward, creating a laser beam of ice, hoping that it would be enough to beat Halibel. 'I kinda feel bad for you Halibel,' he thought, wishing that he didn't have to fight her once again.

Halibel released a second cero after the first one she let out and kept on her attack knowing the Seer would be watching all this .

Hoshi was worried about her boyfriend and silently pleaded for Toushiro to be alright...

Tetsu wanted to be out there with Toshiro and help him fight but knew he had to stay here with Hoshi and Katia.

Toshiro was putting all of his energy into the attack, though he could feel that he was starting to lose the fight against Halibel's Cero, though he had a feeling that she was starting to feel the effects of using such energy as well.

Halibel was feeling the effects of this attack but she knew she had enough energy to beat Hitsugaya and then get back to Hueco Mundo in one piece.

Toushiro was panting lightly as he continued to push energy into the attack, hoping that itw ould be enough to push Halibel back.

Halibel put a bit more strength in this attack and knew she had to end this quicker. But she knew of she did, it would kill Hitsugaya.

"Gah!" Toushiro said as he cancelled the technique, jumping away from the area of the blast. However, since his strength was used to power the technique for so long, he was still caught in the aftershock of it. Luckily for him, he was able to use his wings to shield himself from most of the blast.

Halibel was glad the attack was work." Ready to surrender Shinigami? I can say the next time we will meet, you won't be as lucky."

"There is a saying that I think works here. Several actually, though the most current one I can think of is "I beat you once, I can do it again"

" I wouldn't try it. " Halibel said and gave Hitsugaya a light kiss on the cheek beofre leaving.

Hoshi had seen the kiss and was livid. Not at Toshiro but at Halibel for doing that. " He can't like her. Can he?" She said wanting to cry.

Toushiro wiped the kiss off of his cheek, wondering what she was trying to accomplish with that kiss...

" Are you hurt Toshiro?" Tetsu asked running out. He hated to see Hoshi so upset and hadn't seen the kiss.

"I'll live," he responded, but thanked Tetsu all the same for checking up on him.

" What happened that made Hoshi so upset ?" Tetsu asked concerned.
