" Only if I'm not able to wake up. I hate to do that to you. I'll still be there when you need me, I promise. Dad said it's probably my Seer abilities catching up to my Shinigami ones. It probably won't happen but I don't want you to be mad if it does. " Hoshi said with a solemn look on her face.

"I'm not mad, I just wanted to make sure, that's all," Tatsuki said as she reassured Hoshi before she started eating her lunch.

Hoshi nodded understanding that Tatsuki wasn't mad at her. " Maybe the dream I had about everyone being mad at me was just a dream after all." Hoshi thought to herself as she ate her cheese and tomato sandwich. She didn't want to lose her friends .

Ichigo ate his sandwich in silence, not knowing what was happening between Tatsuki and Hoshi.

Hoshi finished her sandwich and sat there talking with her friends. The bell rang and they headed back to class. The rest of the day went without incident. The bell rang for the day and Hoshi put her books away in her bag.

Tatsuki finished her sandwich right before the bell rang, signalling that lunch was over. Heading back to the classroom, she paid somewhat attention on the class, the other half of her attention placed on the badge in her pocket. Ichigo had given it to her after he woke up from the coma and told her to keep it safe and that it would act like a detection device if any Hollows came into the area. She did, however, make a vow to go to Urahara's after school to get the same feature that the badge had to her necklace. Once the bell rang for the day, she headed out of the school with a purpose.

Ichigo heard the bell signalling for class to resume as he finished his lunch, heading back to the classroom where he listened to the teacher drone on about history and math. He marked down the pages for homework in the sections before the bell for the end of the day rang, letting him get up slowly and head towards the door.

Hoshi got up and headed toward the door. Hoshi usually got messages on her phone about hollows .Hoshi knew something didn't feel right in the air.She would mention it tomorrow to Tatsuki. " Want to walk home with me Ichigo? " Hoshi said as she followed him out of the school.

Ichigo heard Hoshi and nodded. "Sure," he said, before a small mischievous smirk etched his face. "Someone has to protect you from the perverts after all," he said, teasing Hoshi.

Hoshi blushed a little . She knew Ichigo was teasing her. " I don't like being flirted with . It makes me feel uncomfortable. Keigo I can handle, but other guys give me the creeps." Hoshi said as they walked.

"I can't say I know the feeling per say, but I think I have an idea of what you mean," Ichigo said as they started walking to Hoshi's house. After doing that, he would head over to his new job.

"I'll see you tomorrow Ichigo. Good luck at your job today. Hope you have a good evening and tell your family I said hello." Hoshi said with a smile once they arrived at her house." Any books you want me to bring for you tomorrow?" She asked him before he left.

"Thanks Hoshi, and I'll let the others know that you said hello. I'm still working on that one book you gave me, but thanks for the offer. Anyways, I should get going, don't want to be late." He said, waving towards her as he left.

Hoshi waved back and watched as he turned the corner. She then turned around and headed toward the house . Once inside, she locked the door and went up to her room to change into casual clothing. She had her phone close to her in case a Hollow was detected . She sat on her bed a little bit and thought about the day. " How much longer am I supposed to wait to be able to help Ichigo?"Hoshi thought before she heard a beep on her phone. Getting out of her body, she shunpoed toward the direction of where the hollow was spotted .

Tatsuki was working on some homework, trying to keep her thoughts on the stuff in front of her and off her friend Ichigo. She admitted that she was worried about him, but she knew that he could take care of himself. She then saw Ichigo's badge started blinking. She quickly brought reiatsu to the necklace and soon, she stood in shinigami garb. She exited through the window after focusing on the cold spirtual energy of the Hollow.

Hoshi arrived to find a hollow chasing a young ghost girl. She felt Tatsuki nearby and started to attack the Hollow. She dodged a swipe of a claw and took a swing.

Tatsuki just got to the scene and saw that Hoshi was engaged with the Hollow...or at least one of them. She saw another Hollow come up from behind Hoshi, trying to get at what seemed to be a little girl. She quickly used Shunpo to get in-between the ghost girl and the Hollow, using her sword to block the claw strike.

Hoshi was glad Tatsuki had arrived. She knew when the other Hollow had appeared but couldnt fight two at the same time . She brought her sword down on the mask of the Hollow , killing it and went to assist Tatsuki , not noticing how close they were to where Ichigo was.

Tatsuki didn't realize how close they were to Ichigo's place and chopped off the hand of the Hollow she was fighting before being surprised when the arm repaired itself. She ducked under the regenerated arm and thrusted her zanpakuto into the Hollow's mask.

Hoshi went to where the little ghost girl was . The girl was terrified and tried to hide from Hoshi. " You're safe now. Me and my friend are here to help you ." Hoshi said before she poked the girl with the hilt of her sword .After the girl disappeared, Hoshi went to join Tatsuki who had just finished killing the second Hollow.

Tatsuki turned towards Hoshi as she saw her friend konso the girl and grinned lightly after she disposed of the Hollow. She grinned when she saw the girl. "Good job on that konso," she said lightly. She then noticed that they were around Ichigo's place. "We should probably get going."

"Ichigo copied the work from an earlier sheet onto a clean piece of paper as he finished the homework for the third time. He would make sure to ask if they looked at the material tomorrow during lunch break, but doing homework for both Hoshi and Tatsuki was the least he could do for the girls. They were protecting the towns from Hollows after all.

" Thank you Tatsu. We should . I'll see you tomorrow at school." Hoshi said and then shunpoed toward home. She went threw her window and shifted back into the body. She went down the stairs and saw that her dad was home. They talked about the day and then Hoshi went up to finish her homework.She knew she had to keep her grades up if she wanted to graduate " It's strange that the hollows were close to Ichigo's. Why were they there. I hope they don't target his sisters. " Hoshi thought as she finished her homework and got ready for bed.

Ichigo yawned lightly and turned his desk lamp off. He turned to where his closet was and sighed lightly, as memories of the past came through. Ichigo shook his head to get rid of them as he headed to bed and fell into a dreamless sleep.

Tatsuki yawned lightly as she returned to her apartment and into her body. Why are the Hollows around Ichi's place? Is he getting his reiatsu back? she wondered to herself lightly. She felt like she was forgetting something but couldn't remember what. Oh well, it's probably not important she thought to herself as sleep finally claimed her.

Hoshi woke up the next morning and got in the shower.She was bothered that there were hollows near Ichigo's yesterday. She wondered what was going on and would ask Tatsuki what she thought. She got dressed in her uniform and placed her school books in her bag . She had her pendant on as usual and headed down for breakfast. Her dad had left early again. After breakfast she made her lunch and placed it in her bag. Locking the door , she headed toward school.

Tatsuki yawned and stretched, before realizing what it was that she forgot to do last night and cursed. Seeing that it was impossible to do it and sighed. She then went into the restroom and took a shower. Once dry, she got dressed into her uniform and grabbed her bag and lunch before heading to school. On her way there, she saw Ichigo and waved.

Ichigo suppressed a yawn and waved back once he saw Tatsuki waving to him. He waited for the dragon named girl to come towards him before saying hey.

Hoshi sat on the bench closest to the gate. She still was bothered by the fact the Hollows were close to Ichigo's house. She wondered if he was getting his reiatsu back. She also wondered if one of Ichigo's sisters also had high reiastu. She saw Ichigo and Tatsuki and waved.
