" What happened ?" Hoshi asked wondering what Ichigo had said to annoy Tatsuki. She hoped it wasn't anything too bad this time.

"He asked if it wasn't wise to poke a sleeping dragon, then why was I running late?" She said, still annoyed at the joke. She knew it was only meant as a joke, but she always prided herself on being able to wake up at exactly the right time without the use of an alarm clock. Recently she had been using one, and only today did she not wake up with it.

Hoshi knew that wasn't a good thing to say, there would be some sort of revenge that would happen. " She didn't like it when these sort of things happened."I think he was just trying to be funny, but it still wasnt nice to say."Hoshi said ,feeling distracted by something in the air, but couldn't place what it was. She had to remain focused and not be distracted today.

"I know, and I apologized...Hoshi? You okay?" Ichigo asked suddenly. It looked as if she was distracted by something.

" I'll be alright. Sorry about being distracted." She said and then heard the bell ring. It was strange for her to have a feeling last this long.

Ichigo looked in concern at Hoshi, knowing that she was never distracted for that long. Maybe a few minutes at most, but never so long that she blanked out before the bell rang. He was concerned, yes, but he knew better than anyone to pry into someone else's business.

She followed Ichigo and Tatsuki to the classroom. Hoshi sat in her seat and got her homework out and handed it in. She had a little trouble keeping focus but the distraction of school helped.

Ichigo sat in his seat and also got his homework out before handing it in, noticing that Tatsuki's was in the pile as well. He kept focus on the lesson, but every once in a while turned his head and glanced at Hoshi. She still seems distracted...

The bell rang for lunch and Hoshi grabbed her's out of her bag. She wanted to stop at the library before the next class started. She waited by the door for her friends. The feeling was still there but had faded a little bit. " Why do I still have this feeling? Who am I going to see soon?" She thought to herself.

Rukia smiled lightly as she touched back down in Karakura Town. It had been at least one year since Ichigo had defeated Aizen...at the thought of that, a frown made it on the way to the young woman's face, glad that she wasn't so short anymore. She shook her head quickly so as to stop her thoughts from going down that negative path as she watched the bustling town from on top of one of the poles.

Telephone poles she remembered lightly, as one of the things that Ichigo first taught her about. She shook her head in an amused way as those memories came to the forefront of her mind and since she was in her shinigami form, she didn't have to worry about anyone up here noticing her. She then heard her pager go off and shot off of the roof, heading towards the signal of the Hollow.

Ichigo heard the bell for lunch and grabbed the bag for his lunch out of his schoolbag before heading out of the classroom, noticing that Tatsuki was already out of the door, conversing with Tatsuki. He was still a little concerned for his friend, seeing that she was distracted all this morning. She hid it well though, but still, it looked as if something was drawing her attention away from the normal routine of school.

Hoshi sat down and got her peanut butter and banana sandwich out. She thought she sensed a familiar presence but shook it off for now. She would wait till after school to investigate.

Ichigo took out his roast beef sandwich with Horseradish and started eating after sitting down. As he sat down, he thought he felt a similar presence but wasn't to sure. He left it alone and continued eating.

Rukia? Tatsuki thought as she felt the other girl's presence. It then disappeared and couldn't find it again. She sighed and started eating her sandwich. She did, however, keep her senses up in order to try sense the older shinigami.

Hoshi finished her sandwich and excused herself , saying she was going to the library. She went down the stairs and entered . She found the book she was looking for and checked it out. She still had a little bit of time before class started and headed toward the classroom. She kept her senses high in case anything bad happened.

Rukia took quick care of the Hollow, but its last words haunted her just a little. The fact that "he" was coming and would take revenge. The only person that she could think of though was Aizen or Gin, but both of them were either dead or in prison. She just hoped that Ichigo regained his powers by now...either now or very soon.

The bell rang and her classmates were coming back in . Hoshi put away the library book and waited for class to start. She hoped she would get the chance to thank Ishida for coming to help her and Tatsuki last night . Hoshi got her math book out . Hoshi thought she sensed Rukia again but it was only for a moment.

Ichigo, Tatsuki and the others heard the bell that signified that lunch was over before heading inside and back towards the classroom. Ichigo didn't feel Rukia's reiatsu after that brief event, but then again, he was still regaining his massive amount of power back. It would still be a long while before he would even hear Zangetsu's voice again, hoping that the shinigami spirit wouldn't be mad at him. Once sitting down, Ichigo got his math book out and listened to the teacher, taking notes as well.

Hoshi took notes and had a better time paying attention. She worked hard to finish her homework during study hall, which was unlike her. The bell rang and Hoshi put her books away in her bag. She hated being so distracted today. A feeling had never lasted this long before.

Ichigo thought he felt Rukia's spirit energy again and looked around for a few seconds before returning to the manga that he was reading since he already finished his homework during their study hall period. When the bell rang, he put his books away and got up. He was worried about Hoshi

" Ready to go?" Hoshi said when Ichigo was close. She had finished her homework and that would give her some time to look around before her dad got home.

"Yeah, sure." Ichigo said distractedly. He shook his head lightly and apologized to Hoshi before she could say anything. "I have to go to work though." Ichigo responded, not knowing that she was going to be looking for Rukia.

" That's alright. I'm just going to head home. " She said, not telling him what she was going to do.

"Alright. I'll see you tomorrow Star-chan," He replied as he headed to work.

Tatsuki saw the conversation and Ichigo leaving. Once he did so, she stepped beside her. "You're going to look for Rukia-chan, aren't you?" the older girl asked.

" I am.You want to come with me? I want to stop at home first and change into comfortable clothes." Hoshi said . If Tatsuki thought it was a bad idea Hoshi wouldn't go looking .

"Sure. I'm going to stop by home real quick first and change and then I'll meet up with you?" She asked.

" Sounds good to me . Where should we meet up?" Hoshi asked .
