Ichigo sat down before taking his sandwich out of his bag as well as a small bag of chips before he took a bite out of his sandwich.

" Would you like the other half of my sandwich? " Hoshi asked Hitsugaya , when he sat down. She wasn't sure if he did have a lunch, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

"If you don't mind," Toshiro said politely.

Hoshi handed him the other half. " I hope you like peanut butter ." She said with a small smile.

"Thanks," Toshiro said as he took the sandwich from her and took a small bite of it.

Hoshi sat there and thought about what was said yesterday about a prophesy. " How am I involved and what is the outcome? Should I let anyone else know about that? I'm afraid to tell anyone."She thought . The bell rang a while later and she went back to class with the others . She took notes during her classes and worked hard to finish her homework . The bell rang for the day and she waited outside for the others . She kept her guard up , since she thought she saw someone watching her .

Ichigo heard the bell after finishing his sandwich and headed back to the classroom, not knowing what was going through Hoshi's mind at the moment. He noticed that something was bothering her though, and would only ask about it necessary. As class resumed, he took notes and answered questions even though his mind was elsewhere. He wished that he was told about Koga's death and sighed lightly knowing that he could have done nothing.

Once school was over for the day, Ichigo headed outside with a stack of finished homework in his bag where it would stay. Since he was scheduled to work that day, he asked Toushiro to walk Tatsuki to her house before making his way towards work.It was odd that he was scheduled right after work ended, but he didn't complain.

Hoshi didn't feel comfortable walking alone today .She would have asked Chad but didn't see him and assumed he already had left. She waved to Tatsuki and the others when she saw them come towards her.

Hitsugaya woke up early in the room that he was given by his old captain Isshin Kurosaki. He was actually glad that the ex-captain remembered him, but it would have been better if he actually called him Captain or at least with respect. He sensed something wrong near Hoshi's house and used a Shunpo to get there quickly.

Hoshi knew something was wrong near her home that morning. She had gotten into her spirit form and was fighting a group of hollows. She dodged a claw swipe and brought her blade on the mask. She knew she couldn't keep at this for much longer without help.

Toshiro appeared behind Hoshi and ducked under her blade due to a reflex swing from the girl. He didn't blame her for the swing, but he was lucky for his honed in reflexes. He then quickly turned around and slashed a mask clean off a Hollow's head. "Hoshi-san, use your shikai!" He shouted towards her.

Hoshi did use her Shikai which helped take out more hollows . Hoshi was now able to have the duplicates fight. After a bit the hollows were defeated . Hoshi sealed her zanpakto and returned the sword back in the sheath. " Are you alright captain?" Hoshi said after the hollows were defeated. She worried that the hollows were a distraction or a warning from who ever was controlling them.

"I'm fine Hoshi-san, but thank you for asking," Toushiro said. He used his senses to see if anyone was still in the area and only sensed one person. However, before he could focus on the source, it vanished completely. That can't happen... he thought to himself. "How about I walk you to school?" He asked.

" Chad has been walking with me to school lately , but I don't think he would mind if you joined him to get me. " She said with a small smile." Is there anything you would like me to do before I head home Taichou?" Hoshi asked .

Perhaps someone knew about the arrangement and went to attack before Chad could meet up with her... he thought to himself before he nodded. "I wouldn't mind accompanying you to school Hoshi-san," the captain said quickly.

" It would be nice if you did. I'll see you in an hour then?" Hoshi said before heading home to get ready for the day

Hoshi got home and shifted in her body and soon afterward took her shower. She was running a little bit behind as she got dressed in her uniform and headed down to breakfast. She was putting her lunch in her bag when she heard the knock on the door.

Toushiro nodded and headed back into his gigai before walking towards Hoshi's place. As he got there, he saw Chad knocking on the door.

Hoshi said good bye to her dad and went to meet Chad. She waved when she saw Hitsugaya outside of the gate. " Sorry if I'm late . " She apologized to the both of them.

"It's alright Hoshi-chan, you aren't late," he said as he looked around noticing some signs of a fight and wondered what had happened.

Toushiro waved back towards Hoshi as he started walking with them as well, his senses on high alert in case someone tried attacking them again. Just because they were in broad daylight did not cause the Shinigami Captain to lower his guard.

Hoshi had her guard up also as the three walked toward the school . She still knew she was being followed . They arrived at the school and sat down to wait for Ichigo and the others. Hoshi kept thinking about what was said on Wednesday and was unsure if she should tell anyone else about what she had heard . I bothered her that her stalkers were close enough for her to hear them.

Tatsuki woke up to Ryu shouting in her ear to get out of the way. Doing so on reflex thanks to her years in karate, the several thin icicles pierced only her bedding, and not any of her skin. She jumped towards the nightstand where she kept the necklace that Urahara had given her and placed it on her neck. She was about to channel reiatsu into it and separate her soul from her body when she realized that wouldn't be the best idea.

She ducked under another barrage of ice before summoning reiatsu around her limbs. "Come out you coward!" she shouted as she got into a fighter's stance.

Hoshi had been having the feeling since she got to school that something was wrong , but she didn't know what it was ." What if the hollows from last night were a distraction?" She said in a quiet voice. She tensed and hoped Tatsuki was safe.

Toshiro nodded. "It's a possibility. I think that Tatsuki-san and Ichigo-san can take care of themselves if that is the case," he replied in the same type of voice. "Or it could be a trap for us to leave you alone," he said.

Tatsuki was out of the house in her pajamas, still dodging icicles. However, before she could dodge another set, an extra long needle pierced her fire armor and one of her arms. Grimacing in pain, she quickly poured more reiatsu into the spot and melting the fire. She then felt a giant sword break a set of icicles that were coming from behind her. "Ichigo?" She asked hopefully.

Ichigo wasn't sure what possessed him to head out earlier than usual but when he went to Tatsuki's apartment, he saw something hit Tatsuki hard and winced lightly. Ducking into an alley and placing a seal above his body, he quickly swallowed the soul pill and went to help Ichigo. Once he heard his name, he smirked. "Little Dragon needs my help? That's a first."

"Banter later, help now." She said as she saw something in the distance glowing a light blue color.

Hoshi nodded and waited for Ichigo and Tatsuki. She wouldnt relax until she saw them come through the gates.

Once the danger passed, Tatsuki thought about elbowing Ichigo for his comment earlier, but decided against it, seeing as how quickly he came to help her. "Thanks," she replied quickly.

"You're welcome..." Ichigo started to say before blushing and quickly turning around. "Um...Tatsuki? I think your fire reiatsu singed your clothes..." he said.

Looking down, Tatsuki noticed what he was talking about and blushed heavily in embarrassment before rushing back inside to take a quick shower and put on her school uniform before coming back outside noticing that Ichigo was still turned around. She blushed lightly at the considerate thought before reigning it in and pushing it down before telling him it was alright for him to turn around and asked if he was ready to go, which he said he was.
