" I don't know." Hoshi said , also saying that she and Hitsugaya were followed on the way to school. Hoshi had the feeling that something was going to happen soon.

Ichigo scowled at the news. "I think we need to bring the fight to them," Ichigo said after a while.

Hoshi nodded in agreement . " But we still don't know where they might be hiding ."

"I might be able to take care of that," Toushiro said as he explained how he took care of the Bount that was following him. "He's probably still alive since his doll is of the element fire, but he wasn't able to use it for long periods of time while he was fighting me."

Hoshi paled now knowing who had been following her . She was going to say something , but the bell had rung before she could. She stood up and headed to class . Once Hoshi was sitting at her desk, Hoshi passed her homework forward and tried to concentrate on the lecture .

Toushiro headed into the classroom and passed his homework up to the front while focusing halfway on the lecture and halfway on what to do with what to do with the Bount.

The bell rang for lunch and Hoshi grabbed hers out of her bag. She headed up to the roof with the others , still thinking about the morning's events.

Ichigo was glad when the lunch bell rang, finally getting away from the teacher's tangent about stuff unrelated to what he would actually need to know while living and making his way to to roof. Sometimes he felt like acting like his favorite manga protagonist, Urameshi Yusuke.

Hoshi sat down and got her turkey sandwich out. Things seemed normal , but she still had her guard up just in case. Hoshi wondered why this year's teacher always liked to talk about things that didn't make sense to her. She mentally shrugged and went back to eating her sandwich.

Ichigo ate his sandwich in silence, his eyes moving each way as if something was going to happen soon and wanted to be ready for it.

Hoshi finished her sandwich and talked a little bit before the bell rang. She went back to class and listened to the lectures. She did her homework in study hall in case something did happen . Hoshi wanted to be prepared in case she was needed .At the end of the day Hoshi waited inside . She had the feeling someone else was watching her now . But if it was a Bount or not she couldn't tell.

The young spirit watched Hoshi from afar, not wanting to aggregate her or her protectors. The young spirit wanted the Seer's help, but would wait until she was out of the establishment. She didn't want to bother the girl, but she needed the Seer's help...

She lowered her reiatsu as the Hollow passed nearby, looking for the young spirit child.

Hoshi sensed a hollow nearby and got out of her body . Making sure her body was hidden , she went out and blocked a claw strike . She then dodged another swipe and brought down her blade on the mask . Hollows rarely were on the school grounds , unless there was a spirit there . Hoshi looked around in case there was a spirit . She still sensed something , but couldn't figure out what . " It's safe now ." Hoshi said thinking the spirit might be scared .

The young spirit saw Hoshi slay the monster and heard her call out, and slowly inched her way out into the open.

Hoshi saw the young spirit come toward her . " It's alright . I won't hurt you ." Hoshi wanted to help the young girl feel safe. " Is there something I can help you with?" Hoshi asked , having a feeling that the spirit did need help.

"They have my brother...they're trying to make him do bad things..." The girl said as she tried not to cry.

" Who have your brother? It's alright. I can help you . I have friends that can help you too."Hoshi said to the girl and put a hand on her shoulder . Hoshi knew she needed to help the girl. " How about we go back to the school where it is safer?" Hoshi said , not liking being out in the open . She knew by now Ichigo and the others were out of class." My name is Hoshi . What is yours?" She asked trying to help the girl calm down.

(I'm going to assume you don't mind if I take names from the Eragon series)

The young spirit knew that Hoshi was trying to help calm her down and knew that it was working to a degree. "I don't know what exactly they are, but they have these strange creatures that have different elements and forms..." the girl started to say as tears threatened to spill from eyes once again, but fought as best as she could to keep them from falling and to answer Hoshi's question. "Elva...my name is Elva."

" That's a lovely name." Hoshi said with a small smile. " Elva , me and my friends can help you . Let's go to the school and let them know . Alright?" Hoshi said having the feeling that Ichigo and the others had to know .

Elva blushed lightly at hearing her name being called lovely. "A-alright," she said, still a little afraid of everything that was going on. Still, if Hoshi or Hoshi and her friends could help, she'd be very grateful to them all.

(Way past my bedtime...I blame the book for being too good, lol)

Hoshi took Elva's hand and lead her to the school . Hoshi got back into her body and saw that it was almost time for the bell to ring . " They should be here soon Elva ." Hoshi said with a smile . " What is your brother's name?" she asked trying to help Elva calm down . Hoshi didn't know what it was like to have a brother and couldn't imagine what Elva was going through .

Elva let Hoshi take her hand and lead her back to her friends, or so she assumed. She started talking mumbling lightly at first. "His name is Vincent..." she said softly.

" That's a nice name also ." Hoshi said quietly when the students started to come out of the class rooms. Hoshi's study hall teacher had dismissed the class early . The other students had left, but Hoshi had stayed . " I see my friends coming Elva . " Hoshi said when she saw Ichigo and the others coming toward her.

Ichigo saw Hoshi in her shinigami form with a young spirit and raised an eyebrow, wondering what was going on but didn't comment on it. Instead he told Hoshi that her body was in the infirmary and headed towards it, knowing that she would explain on the way.

Elva hid behind Hoshi as Ichigo came forward and started talking.

" Sorry to scare you like that Ichigo. Study hall was dismissed early so I waited in the front . I sensed a presense outside but wasn't sure what it was . I then sensed a low level hollow and went to fight it . I wondered if there was a spirit nearby. I said that everything was alright and Elva came out of the trees . She says the Bount have her brother Vincent and are making him do terrible things. I'll explain this to the others too. " Hoshi said as they walked to the infirmary .

She got back into her body and woke up . She explained to the nurse she had felt light headed before she had passed out . The nurse told Hoshi that she needed to eat more, since her blood sugar levels were low again . A little bit later she exited the infirmary and rejoined Ichigo .
