Anyways, I don't think the world will come to an end very soon, for many reasons. I can see people are worrying about all the naturals disasters and things Ode mentioned, but I must admit, I thought about it myself.

Worry = Confusion = Panic = Chaos, mayhem and destruction. :S

I don't know, that's how I'd picture the Apocalypse, people running around causing trouble, etc. xD

So, I don't think the world will come to an end, especially since so many great books and movies haven't been released yet. ;-; If it does, I guess just enjoy the rest of our lives. ;o

What I want to know is what are all these people going to do once the world does not end on the 21st?

I have never heard that before and I do not believe in the end of the world.

I was talking downtown today and I saw a billboard...wow these people are getting pretty vocal about all these shiz.

Well, they're spending a LOT of money on it. Like Wynna said, "what are they going to do when the world doesn't end?" Go bankrupt, me thinks.

Actually I am of the theory that it stops on that date not because it is the end of the world but merely the end of a cycle. On that date is when certain astrological events are to occur and not just one but many specific ones. If one looks at the calender they will note how it changes based of these events occurring. It could be that the occurrence of them converging is something that only happens once every so many centuries or millenia or what have you.

As for the May 21st theory.. this guy has predicted this set of events 10 times now and has been wrong each other time. Why should now be any different?

Off topic: Those o f you who are Christians I support your faith. Especially if you are those who follow your beliefs over forcing them down the throats of others without following them yourself. You do your faith proud by being what you are. The bad ones are just a very vocal minority.

Edit: Just noticed someone making similar arguments about may 21st as me. Kudos to smart people.

If the world is going to end, it's going to end. I'm not going to spend my time speculating about something I can't change. :O

It's the day of the so called end of the world and NOTHING has happened. The churches and everyone who believed it are now wrong and they will stay wrong on this subject. It's just so annoying how people come up with this stuff. Amazingly some people DO believe them and it scares them half to death. Can't they just stop being morrons for once? To answer my own question no, they must scare other idiots half to death.
