Dante heard her comment and mewed a bit as he looked down at the stairs "uhhhhh... i think its best if you do carry me down" he said as he looked up at her and smiled "i think i might fall down them if i try" he mewed looking back down them, he would probably collaps half way down

"Okay" Masy said softly as she carefully picked Dante up and pet him softly as she started down the stairs. It didn't take long before they were at the bottom and heading to a room. "Um...." she paused as she looked around and frowned some. "I don't think we have any extra rooms right now..." she said softly before walking into the room in front of them and sitting on the bed. She sat Dante in her lap as she stroked him softly and kindly... Though her hands would never have the same feel or effect as Karuku's for she was not a succubus.

Dante smiled a bit as she picked him up and petted him, he purred, but not as much as with Karuku, when she was at the bottom with him he mewed again "well... i could sleep on a pillow on the floor" he said smiling a bit, when she petted him on the bed, he sat on her lap purring a bit, but no where near as loud as when Karuku petted him, he sighed a bit and looked at her "it... it dont feel the same... when Karuku petted me it was better because she was a succabus... and i just... i miss her so much" he said as the tears began to flow, he nuzzled his head into her arm and sobbed "what if i never see her again?"

Masy smiled slightly when she heard him purring though then listened to him and felt bad again. She was shocked when she heard what his lover was and was curious as to how that worked.... She didn't think that succudi and incudi could love. "I'm sure she's okay and you'll see her again soon you just have to believe that you will." she said softly as she wiped the tears away then stroked him again softly hoping tosooth him some.

Dante listedn to her words and let them swim around in his head, the tears slowly stopped and once they had fully he looked at her and gave a slight smile "o-ok... i-i will start beleiving" he said and then went back to lightly purring as she stroked him, she may not have had Karuku's tupouch, but it still soothed him

Masy smiled some as she stroked him and tried to think of something to talk about. "Hm... can you think of anything you wanna talk about?" she asked with a bit of a smile and really wanted to get to know him though also wanted to talk and get his mind off of what was bothering him.

Dante continued to purr while shrugging "well......... lets see... what speices are you? i know your not human since you have taken me on bord" he said looking up at her with a small smile "so youve got to be some thing like a demon? angel? shifter?" he asked purring more

"Ow... um..." Masy paused her cheeks turning a very light pink. "Well...um... I'm a vampire... we're not very common anymore and allot of people hate us.... even though a good deal of us are nice and try not to hurt others." she said softly still stroking him a bit and hoped that he wouldn't be scared of her because she was a vampire... that's one of the reasons there weren't very many... they were feared and others took that fear and turned it into violence and killed allot of the population.

Dante heard what she was and looked at her wide-eyed "a v-vampire?... but... but..." he smiled a small bit "...i was told your kind was all dead... and i get to see one... in person and not in just a book" his smiled then widened more "the legends ARE true... its just a shame your kind was hunted" he said with his smile turning into a sad frown "they didn't deserve to die" he said sniffling a bit, it must be horrible being one of the last of your kind

"Well... no not all legonds are true... garlic doesn't bother me and neither do crosses... though holey water and purified silver does bother me... some silver doesn't bother me but allot of it would." Masy said softly and really didn't like how he looked at her wide-eyed when she said what she was though could understand a bit. "And no... some of the vampires that were hunted did deserve it though children and such? That's just wrong... I was almost killed when I was like three... almost my whole family is dead though there aren't that many hunters out there anymore... most think all vampires are dead even though many of the remaining just hide." she said smiling slightly at him and stroking him again. "So what was your crew like?" she asked curiously and wondered if he had always been a pirate or not.

Dante listened to her and looked down "oh...... that must have been horrible" when she began petting him he was too depressed to bother purring "my crew?....... never really... well... never really got to know them that much" he said still looking down "i only ever knew Karuku, the others... i never really saw much of them" he said shaking his head a little "i still don't even know if they want me on that ship or not"

"Ow..... So I guess you haven't been on the ship for long have you? Well you seem really nice, I don't see what crew wouldn't be happy to have you aboard." Masy said softly then smiled at the end some as she scratched behind his ear slightly hoping to cheer him up some.

(I think it's been like two weeks since Karuku found him hasn't it?)

Dante nodded a bit and smiled "thank you" he said as he purred when she scratched behind his ears, that was the most sensative spot, and no matter who it was doing the scratching, as long as it wasn't too hard, he would purr. Dante mewed a little as he lifted his head into her hand while she scratched

Masy smiled some and scratched him behind the ears a bit more as she felt him press his head into her hand. She thought he was just the cutest thing she had ever seen and she liked making him feel good by scratching him behind the ears.

Dante smiled more as she continued to sratch, he closed his eyes and his mind went blank, he suddenly felt no worry, no stress and no sadness, he continued to purr which slow, with time, started to get louder

About a week had passed and they had arrived at the port a day or two before though there had been no sign of Karuku or the ship or the crew there. Masy had slowly been easing Dante into comfort though when they hadn't found Karuku anywhere he seemed to get even worse. Finally she had an idea and last night put it into effect. She had somehow managed to get him to sleep with her... maybe it was a bit easier since he was used to having it every other night or something thanks to his lover being a succubus. Though in any case she still got him to sleep with her and at this time they were still in her room sleeping.

Karuku had the ship docked that morning after having been caught in a bit of a rough place the day before then again a few days before. She walked out of the ship with a dead look on her face. Her and the others began to search and ask around for Dante though no one knew where he was nor who he was. Mason overheard this and rushed back to the ship to tell Dante that his lover was in the town and looking for him.

Dante woke slowly to the sound of a mans voice, he looked up and saw Mason, the news made him smile instantly "SHES HERE!" he called out as he lept out of the bed and got changed at the speed of light "come on you two! we must go!" he said as he ran threw the corridors and skidded along the floor "hurry!hurry!hurry!" he called back to them, he near enough flew over the plank and onto the docks "Karuku!" he called out and glomped her

Masy awoke and was shocked at Dante's fast moves though smiled slightly and got up to get dressed then hurried up to fallow him. Karuku was shocked when she was tackled out of nowhere and didn't know who it was at first until she heard his voice. Tears filled her eyes as she turned and wrapped her arms around him tears forming in her eyes. "Ow Dante! I've missed you so much" she cried some as she hugged him tighter and didn't notice the scent right away though probably would before too long.

Dante began to cry too, he kissed her cheak and sniffed back some tears "ive missed you so much too" he said hugging her tightly, little did he know that she would soon sence his little 'fun' time from the night before, then again, he wasn't stupid, he just didn't know succabi could sence that sort of thing

(there's a SCENT acquainted with it XP a smell that is on him not a SENSE XD )

Karuku berried her face into his chest sobbing some before she slowly calmed down and relaxed some. Shishi, Doku, Kaze, and two little girls were with them though only Shishi was close at the moment. She smiled some at Dante happy to see him again. "Where have you been?! I thought I had lost you forever! I thought you had drowned." Karuku said then hiccupped and sobbed some at the thought of loosing him. Of course this wasn't like her to cry like this though she really did love him and it showed by her actions now.

Dante's opened like floodgates and unleased alot of tears and he hugged her close "i don't know... i fell over bord, last thing i remember was you calling my name, then i awoke on a ship... i thought i had lost you forever" he sobbed, it was clear how much he loved her as well as it was with her "i never want to lose you again" he said kissing her softly "im sorry i had you worried" he said trying to stop the tears

Karuku listened to him then smiled some and kissed him back right away then hugged him more. "It's okay... it's not like you weant to fall over board." she said softly then leaned up and kissed him softly though deeply on the lips. She cupped his face in her hands softly as she kissed him and just wanted to kiss him for a few minutes.

(her nose is too stuffy from crying to notice the scent right now XD )

(but i have no idea what to post now :gonk:)

(just have him kiss her back or something... have him think about what he had done or something so in my next post I can put her finding out something had happened XP )
